In the second embodiment, the four-ram blowout preventer 1 is installed, the drift diameter is 5.12 inches, the working pressure is 105MPa, the equipment specification is large, the volume is large, at the moment, four heightening devices 7 are required to be installed between the shoulder fasteners 2 and the transport pry frame 4, and the double-lug plates at the lower end are fixed with the double-hole lug plates 407 on the upright post of the transport pry frame 4 through pin shafts; the uppermost hole of the upper single ear plate is used for installing the shoulder fastener 2, the thickness of the single ear plate is equal to the width of the through hole bushing 408, the second hole of the single ear plate is used for fixing the upper end of the adjustable limiting block 6, and the upright post is provided with a pin hole with a matched interval for fixing the lower end of the adjustable limiting block 6. The thin side bolster 602 is selected to match the width of the four ram blowout preventer 1. The thicker lower backing plate 5 is selected to be used for heightening the mounting surface and accommodating a flange with a higher bottom of the four-ram blowout preventer 1. After the installation is completed, the height space after the height is increased is equal to the shoulder of the four-ram blowout preventer 1, and finally the four-ram blowout preventer 1 is stably fixed.

the shoulder fastener (2) is formed by combining and welding trapezoid plates and round tubes, an integrated structure is formed by a top bridge deck (203), a high shoulder (204) and a low shoulder (205), the high shoulder (204) is vertically arranged at one end of the top bridge deck (203) downwards, the low shoulder (205) is vertically arranged at the other end of the top bridge deck downwards, the arm length of the high shoulder (204) is long, and the arm length of the low shoulder (205) is short, so that the high shoulder structure and the low shoulder structure are formed; the high shoulder (204) and the low shoulder (205) are provided with a plurality of gradually-enlarged round holes (206) from bottom to top, and round tubes (207) are welded in the round holes (206) to play a reinforcing role; the small round holes at the lowest positions of the high shoulder (204) and the low shoulder (205) are used as fixing pin shaft holes and matched with the pin combination (3), and the large round hole at the highest position is used as a hoisting hanging point;
