Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to a pull-stop sunshade curtain structure.
Background
A sun-shading curtain is generally equipped on an automobile skylight to shade sunlight, and most sun-shading curtains are generally of a structure which stops when being pulled, and are used for opening and closing the sun-shading curtain at any required position.
The existing sun-shading curtain capable of being stopped immediately after being pulled comprises a sun-shading curtain assembly, a winding drum, a skylight frame, a pulley block structure, an operation plate and a damping system. When the sun-shading curtain is opened immediately after being pulled, the operation plate pulls the flexible cable to enable the rotating wheel at the end of the roller to release the flexible cable, and the rotating wheel drives the roller to roll the sun-shading curtain; when the sunshade curtain is closed, the operation plate pulls the sunshade curtain assembly to enable the winding drum to rotate to release the curtain cloth, and the rotating wheel at the end of the winding drum is driven to wind the flexible cable.
However, in the case of a vehicle with a large acceleration, due to the inertia effect, there is a potential failure mode in which the position of the sunshade assembly itself changes, and in the prior art, the damping of the damping system is usually increased to avoid the potential failure mode, but this mode also greatly increases the operating strength of the operator for operating the operation panel, which is not favorable for the comfort of the sunshade operation.

In order to avoid the occurrence of the potential failure mode of the sunshade curtain and improve the operation comfort of the sunshade curtain, the invention provides a pull-stop sunshade curtain structure.
The pull-stop sunshade structure according to the present invention comprises: the skylight comprises a skylight frame, wherein guide rails are respectively formed on two sides of the skylight frame in the width direction; the winding drum is rotatably arranged between two sides of the skylight frame in the width direction and is close to one end of the guide rail, rotating wheels are arranged at two ends of the winding drum, and flexible cables are wound on the rotating wheels; the sunshade curtain can be reeled and covered on the outer side wall of the reel in a retractable manner; a pulley assembly mounted on the other end of the guide rail; the free end of the flexible cable is connected with one end of the operating plate after being wound by the pulley assembly, and the other end of the operating plate is connected with the sunshade screen, wherein the pulley assembly comprises a pulley base which is elastically inserted on the guide rail and a pulley block which is connected with the pulley base; under the motion state, the operation panel pulls the flexible cable to drive the pulley block to be separated from the damping block.
Furthermore, the pulley base comprises a base body inserted on the guide rail and an elastic piece elastically compressed and abutted between the guide rail and the base body, and the base body is connected with the pulley block.
Further, a space is formed between the bottom wall of the guide rail opposite to the opening of the guide rail and the skylight frame, so that the base body is inserted on the bottom wall.
Furthermore, the inserting end of the base body is provided with an inserting groove, and a positioning component for installing the elastic piece is formed in the inserting groove.
Furthermore, the elastic part is a spring, the positioning part is constructed into a mounting shaft, and the end part of the spring is sleeved on the mounting shaft; or the positioning member is configured as a mounting hole with the spring coaxially disposed within the mounting hole.
Further, one end of the guide rail close to the pulley base is formed with a stop block for preventing the operating plate from falling off the guide rail, and the damping block is connected with the stop block.
Further, a damping block is attached to the skylight frame near an end of the guide rail near the sheave base.
Further, the outer edge of the pulley block is formed in a circular shape, and the shape of the surface of the damping block abutting against the pulley block is configured to fit the circular shape.
Further, the outer edge of the pulley block is formed in a tooth shape, and the surface of the damping block abutting against the pulley block is shaped to engage with the tooth shape.
Furthermore, damping devices are respectively arranged on two sides of the skylight frame in the width direction, the winding drum is fixed between the two damping devices, and the rotating wheel is located between the winding drum and the damping devices.
According to the pull-stop-while-pull sunshade curtain structure, the pulley base is elastically inserted into the guide rail, so that the pulley block continuously bears elastic ejection force, the damping block is additionally arranged at the outer end of the pulley block, and the sunshade curtain is additionally damped in a non-operation state, therefore, when the sunshade curtain is positioned at a certain position, the additional resistance can effectively prevent the sunshade curtain from moving due to the inertia effect, namely, the potential failure mode of the sunshade curtain can be effectively prevented. When the sunshade curtain is operated, the pulley block overcomes the elastic ejecting force after being subjected to the pulling force of the flexible cable, so that the pulley block is separated from the damping block, and the damping is reduced at the moment, so that the lower damping can reduce the operating force of an operator to improve the operating comfort of the sunshade curtain.

Preferably, the elastic element 64 may also be a spring piece, and the shape of the spring piece is preferably Z-shaped, and the Z-shaped spring piece elastically abuts between the bottom wall of the insertion groove 611 and the side surface of the bottom wall 21 of the guide rail 2.
As shown in fig. 4, one end of the guide rail 2 near the pulley base 61 is formed with a stopper 22 for preventing the operating plate 7 from falling out of the guide rail 2, and in a preferred embodiment, a damping block 63 may be connected to the stopper 22. In this embodiment, the damping block 63 may be a separately manufactured part or may be an integral part of the stopper block 22.
In another preferred embodiment, the damping block 63 may be connected to the sunroof frame 1 located near one end of the guide rail 2 near the pulley base 61.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer edge of the pulley block 62 may be formed in a circular shape, and the surface of the damping block 63 abutting against the pulley block 62 may be shaped to conform to the circular shape. This form of fit may make the pulley block 62 and the damping mass 63 more stable when in contact.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the outer edge of the pulley arrangement 62 may also be formed as teeth 631, the face of the damping mass 63 abutting the pulley arrangement 62 being shaped to engage the teeth 631. Compared to the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, the arrangement of this embodiment ensures that the least elastic ejecting force F2 can be overcome when operating the shade 5, so as to further reduce the additional operating force caused by the elastic ejecting force F2 when operating the shade 5, and to obtain as much damping as possible in the non-operating state.
Preferably, the teeth 631 may be preferably triangular teeth.
According to the invention, two sides of the skylight frame 1 in the width direction are respectively provided with a damping device, the winding drum 3 is fixed between the two damping devices, and the rotating wheel is positioned between the winding drum and the damping devices. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, during the process of opening the sunshade curtain 5, the operating plate 7 pulls the flexible cable 8, so that the rotating wheel 4 at the end of the winding drum 3 releases the flexible cable 8, and the rotating wheel 4 overcomes the resistance of the damping device and drives the winding drum 3 to wind the sunshade curtain 5; in the closing process of the sunshade screen 5, the operation plate 7 pulls the sunshade screen 5, the sunshade screen 5 drives the winding drum 3 to rotate, so that the rotating wheel 4 at the end part of the winding drum is driven to overcome the resistance of the damping device and roll up the flexible cable 8, and the function of stopping the sunshade screen 5 immediately along with pulling is realized. On the basis of the arrangement of the damping device, the pulley base 61 is elastically inserted on the guide rail 2, and the damping block 63 is additionally arranged at the outer end part of the pulley block 62, so that the operating comfort of the sun-shading curtain 5 can be improved while the potential failure mode of the sun-shading curtain 5 is avoided.
