chemical degreasing → cleaning → acid cleaning → high-temperature water cleaning → black water cleaning → blow drying → soap soaking → water cleaning two → blow drying two → warehousing;
chemical oil removal: pouring 6g/L of sodium phosphate, 15g/L of sodium carbonate, 25g/L of sodium silicate and 35g/L of sodium dodecyl sulfate into the processing tank, adjusting the temperature inside the processing tank to 65 ℃, then placing an aluminum plate (4) into the processing tank, and standing for 15-20 min;
and (3) water washing: placing the deoiled aluminum plate (4) into a cleaning device, and cleaning by the cleaning device;
acid pickling and rust removing: 100-150g/L sulfuric acid, pouring 5-6g/L corrosion inhibitor into the pickling device, then placing the aluminum plate (4) into the pickling device, and cleaning the aluminum plate (4) through the pickling device at normal temperature until rust is removed;
and (3) high-temperature water washing: cleaning the pickled aluminum plate (4) by a hot water storage device;
blackening: and (3) directly putting the aluminum plate (4) into the blackening liquid for soaking and shaking for 15-20min, carrying out blackening treatment, and then carrying out subsequent processing on the aluminum plate (4) through a first washing step, a first blowing step, a soap soaking step, a second washing step, a second blowing step and a warehousing step.
