An external spline is processed on the main shaft 101, an internal spline is processed on the grinding disc connecting piece 109, and the two are matched to form a spline pair. The spline pair and the disc spring 108 form a flexible loading mechanism, the disc spring 108 is pre-tightened by a flange nut 111 and a thin nut 112 at the lower end of the main shaft 101 during installation, the disc spring 108 has certain compression amount and rebound amount, and in order that the grinding disc 114 can move slightly upwards when the grinding disc 114 is in contact with a semi-finished product of a flywheel disc, the deformation of the main shaft 101 and the grinding disc 114 when a rigid structure is stressed and contacted is prevented. Rotating the flange nut 111 and the thin nut 112 adjusts the height of the disc attachment 109 relative to the shoulder to adjust the amount of compression of the disc spring 108. Meanwhile, the main function is to play a role in flexible loading when the flywheel disc semi-product is ground and polished, when the grinding disc 114 is in contact with the flywheel disc semi-product, the level error between the grinding disc and the flywheel disc semi-product is controlled through the yielding and flexible loading characteristics of the flexible loading mechanism, the integral flatness of the flywheel disc semi-product in the grinding and polishing processing process is guaranteed, and the integral processing quality is indirectly guaranteed. The fastener I107 and the fastener II 113 are both a bolt and nut set, the fastener I107 is used for connecting the bearing seat 105 and fixing the lower plate 106, and the fastener II 113 is used for connecting the grinding disc connecting piece 109 and the grinding disc 114.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the Z-axis lifting mechanism is composed of a servo motor 201, an upright column sliding table 202, a profile frame 203, a profile upright column 204, and a profile base 205; the servo motor 201 is installed on the upright column sliding table 202 through a motor connecting seat and a fastener, the upright column sliding table 202 is installed on the section bar base 205 through a G-shaped clamp and a fastener, the section bar frame 203 is installed on the upright column sliding table 202 and the section bar upright column 204 through a left connecting plate, a right connecting plate and a fastener, and the section bar upright column 204 is installed on the section bar base 205 through a section bar corner piece and a fastener; the pressure regulating device is used for lifting the main shaft rotating mechanism, regulating the distance between the grinding disc 114 and the flywheel disc semi-finished product and regulating the pressure in the grinding and polishing process through precise force position control.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the flywheel disc semi-finished product fixing mechanism is composed of a water tank 301, a permanent magnetic chuck 302, a magnetic disc pressing plate 303 and a magnetic disc connecting plate 304; a water tank 301 is arranged on a sliding block of the horizontal moving mechanism through a magnetic disk connecting plate 304 and a fastener, a permanent magnetic chuck 302 is arranged on the water tank 301 through a magnetic disk pressing plate 303 and the fastener, and a flywheel disc semi-finished product is fixed on the permanent magnetic chuck 302; the device is used for fixing the flywheel disc semi-finished product, discharging grinding waste and connecting with a moving mechanism.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the horizontal moving mechanism is composed of a stepping motor 401, a motor connecting plate 402, and a horizontal sliding table 403; the stepping motor 401 is arranged on the horizontal sliding table 403 through a motor connecting plate 402 and a fastener; the device is used for horizontally moving the flywheel disc semi-finished product fixing mechanism and transferring the flywheel disc semi-finished product to a grinding and polishing station and a thickness measuring station.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the laser ranging mechanism is composed of a laser ranging sensor 501, a sensor connecting plate 502, a profile cross beam 503, and a profile vertical beam 504; the laser ranging sensor 501 is installed on a profile cross beam 503 through a sensor connecting plate 502 and a fastener, the profile cross beam 503 and a profile vertical beam 504 are connected together through a profile corner piece and a fastener, and the profile vertical beam 504 is installed on a profile base 205 through the profile corner piece and the fastener; the thickness measuring device is used for measuring the thickness of the flywheel disc semi-finished product after grinding and polishing.
In the embodiment of the invention, the structural design is reasonable, the structure is simple under the condition of realizing the function, and the flow is tight; the functions of grinding and polishing repair of the flywheel disc semi-finished product, pressure control, fixation of the flywheel disc semi-finished product, movement of the flywheel disc semi-finished product and automatic thickness measurement are realized; the surface defects generated in the processing and transportation of the flywheel disc semi-finished product are repaired, the problem of position stress concentration of the defects generated on the surface of the flywheel disc is solved, the quality of the flywheel disc semi-finished product required by a flywheel related processing enterprise is ensured, a good foundation is laid for the subsequent flywheel stamping processing technology and the assembly precision, the waste problem of unqualified flywheel disc semi-finished products is solved, and the cost and economic burden of the enterprise is reduced; the flywheel disc semi-finished product grinding and polishing repairing device is high in automation degree, production efficiency is improved, factory benefits are increased, labor is greatly reduced, and factory cost is reduced.

step 1: placing the flywheel disc semi-finished product on a permanent magnet sucker 302, fixing the flywheel disc semi-finished product through the upper magnetism of the permanent magnet sucker 302, transferring the flywheel disc semi-finished product to the lower part of a main shaft rotating mechanism through a horizontal sliding table 403, and adjusting the position of the flywheel disc semi-finished product to enable the flywheel disc semi-finished product and a grinding disc 114 to be coaxial;

and 4, step 4: after the processing is finished, the grinding disc 114 is restored to the initial position through the upright column sliding table 202 of the Z-axis lifting mechanism, the flywheel disc semi-finished product is transferred to the position below the laser ranging mechanism through the horizontal sliding table 403, and the distance between the flywheel disc semi-finished product and the sensor is measured through the laser ranging sensor 501;
