the cartridge positioning module (2) is positioned at one side of the jacking rotation module (1) and is provided with a second base fixing plate (20), an up-down adjustment fixing assembly A (21) arranged on the second base fixing plate (20), a front-back movement assembly A (22) arranged on the up-down adjustment fixing assembly A and a cartridge positioning assembly (23) arranged on the front-back movement assembly A; the vertical adjustment fixing assembly A (21) comprises a flanged base A (211), upright posts A (212) and square brackets A (213), wherein a pair of flanged bases A (211) are fixed on the second base fixing plate (20), two upright posts A (212) are fixedly arranged on the pair of flanged bases A (211), the square brackets A (213) are arranged on the two upright posts A (212) through detachable bolts and are used for adjusting the height of the square brackets A (213), and the front-back movement assembly A (22) is a sliding table cylinder A (221) fixedly arranged on the square brackets A (213);
the color ring brushing module (3) is positioned at the other side opposite to the jacking rotating module (1) and is provided with a third base fixing plate (30), an up-down adjusting and fixing assembly B (31) arranged on the third base fixing plate, a front-back moving assembly B (32) arranged on the up-down adjusting and fixing assembly B and a color ring brushing assembly (33) arranged on the front-back moving assembly B; the vertical adjustment fixing assembly B (31) comprises a flanged base B (311), upright posts B (312) and square brackets B (313), a pair of flanged bases B (311) are fixed on the third base fixing plate (30), two upright posts B (312) are fixedly installed on the pair of flanged bases B (311), the square brackets B (313) are installed on the two upright posts B (312) through detachable bolts and are used for adjusting the height of the square brackets B (313), and the front and back movement assembly B (32) comprises a sliding table cylinder fixing plate (321) fixed on the square brackets B (313) and a sliding table cylinder B (322) fixed on the sliding table cylinder fixing plate (321);
the color brushing ring assembly (33) comprises a collecting box fixing plate (331), a liquid collecting box (332), a hairbrush (333) and a single-liquid dispensing valve (334), wherein the collecting box fixing plate (331) is fixed on the lower side surface of the square bracket B (313), and the liquid collecting box (332) is placed on the upper side surface of the collecting box fixing plate (331); the hairbrush (333) and the single-liquid dispensing valve (334) are respectively arranged at two sides of the guide piston of the sliding table cylinder B (322);
after the tray carrier (100) for carrying the cartridge is conveyed to the jacking rotary module (1) by a carrier conveying line, the jacking component (11) drives the rotary component (12) and the carrier positioning component (13) on the rotary component to move upwards, so that the carrier positioning component (13) positions the tray carrier, and the tray carrier (100) is jacked to be separated from the carrier conveying line; the cartridge positioning module (2) moves the cartridge positioning assembly (23) to one side surface of the tray carrier (100) through the up-down adjustment fixing assembly A (21) and the front-back movement assembly A (22) to position the cartridge (101) on the tray carrier (100); the brush ring module (3) moves the brush ring assembly to the other side surface of the tray carrier (100) through the up-down adjustment fixing assembly B (31) and the front-back movement assembly B (32), the rotating assembly (12) of the jacking rotating module (1) drives the tray carrier (100) and the cartridge (101) to rotate, and meanwhile the brush ring assembly (33) performs brush ring operation on the cartridge (101).

The automatic cartridge brush ring mechanism of claim 1, wherein: the jacking assembly (11) comprises a lifting cylinder (111), an up-and-down moving plate (112) and guide rods (113), wherein at least three guide rods (113) are fixedly arranged on the first base fixing plate (10) along the vertical direction, and the up-and-down moving plate (112) is arranged on at least three guide rods (113) through flanged linear bearings; the base of the lifting cylinder (111) is fixed on the first base fixing plate (10), and a piston rod of the lifting cylinder (111) is fixedly connected with the up-down moving plate (112) and used for driving the up-down moving plate (112) to move up and down relative to the first base fixing plate (10).
3. The automatic cartridge brush ring mechanism of claim 2, wherein: two sides between the first base fixing plate (10) and the up-down moving plate (112) are respectively provided with a pair of limiting blocks (114) for adjusting the lifting height of the lifting cylinder.

The automatic cartridge brush ring mechanism of claim 2, wherein: the rotating assembly (12) comprises a rotating plate (121), a servo motor (122), a pinion (123), a large gear (124) and a crossed roller bearing (125), wherein the servo motor (122) is fixed on the up-down moving plate (112), is in transmission connection with the pinion (123) through a speed reducer and is used for driving the pinion (123) to rotate; the inner ring of the crossed roller bearing (125) is fixed on the up-down moving plate (112), the large gear (124) is matched and installed on the outer ring of the crossed roller bearing (125), and meanwhile, the large gear (124) is fixed on the lower side surface of the rotating plate (121) and is meshed and connected with the small gear.

The automatic brush ring mechanism of a cartridge of claim 4, wherein: the carrier positioning assembly (13) is at least two positioning pins (131) fixedly arranged on the rotating plate (121) so as to position the tray carrier and ensure that the relative positions of the tray carrier relative movement components are consistent all the time in the jacking and rotating processes.
