According to the ceramic ink filtering device, due to the fact that the anti-leakage assembly is arranged, when the filter screen 7 needs to be taken out, the box door 4 is opened, and the right rotating plate 10 and the left rotating plate 15 of the anti-leakage assembly are respectively pulled up to rotate, so that the anti-leakage assembly and the left rotating plate are magnetically adsorbed; wherein, the left and right ink absorbing plates 11 of the anti-leakage component absorb most of the ink permeated by the filter screen 7; when the rest ink overflows from the gap between the right rotating plate 10 and the left rotating plate 15, the ink can flow to the surfaces of the left and right air bags 13 of the anti-leakage assembly, and is absorbed by quicklime powder on the air bags 13, and heat is generated, so that the air bags 13 are expanded after being heated; the air bags 13 are limited by the limiting plate 12 of the anti-leakage assembly, the surfaces of the left and right air bags 13 after expansion are closely attached to each other to prevent ink from leaking downwards again, and finally the mounting frame 5 can be taken out smoothly to clean impurities on the filter screen 7; so prevent the ink drip in order to realize when changing the filter screen, be convenient for filter.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 9, the embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that: a ceramic ink filtration system, the filtration system comprising the steps of:
s1: closing the box door, injecting ceramic ink into the shell from the feed hopper, and filtering the ink for a plurality of times by the filter assembly;
s2: analyzing whether the filter assembly needs to be replaced or not in real time, if yes, entering S3; if not, continuing S1;
s3: opening the box door, and respectively stirring two rotating plates of the anti-seepage assembly by two hands to upwards rotate to be close to the mounting frame until the two rotating plates are attached;
s4: ink in the filter screen of the installation component seeps downwards to the ink absorbing plate of the anti-seepage component, and a small part of ink flows out of the rotating plate;
s5: ink flowing out through a gap between the two rotating plates is absorbed by quicklime powder on the surface of the air bag in the limiting plate;
s6: the air bags expand by heating, the bottoms of the left end and the right end of the mounting frame are grasped by two hands, and the mounting frame is pulled out in parallel from the inside of the shell.
Claims (8)
1. A ceramic ink filter device, characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
the ceramic ink filter comprises a shell (1) which is used for accommodating various accessories for filtering ceramic ink, wherein sliding grooves are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the shell (1);
the filter component is responsible for filtering ink impurities and enabling the filter screen to be cleaned smoothly, and is movably mounted in the chute, and comprises: a mounting assembly and an anti-leakage assembly;
installation component is responsible for portable clearance and change filter screen, including: the ink blocking device comprises a mounting frame (5), a connecting plate (6), a filter screen (7) and ink blocking strips (8), wherein the mounting frame (5) is installed in a chute, the connecting plate (6) is installed in the mounting frame (5), a left circular groove and a right circular groove are respectively formed in the left bottom end and the right bottom end of the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the mounting frame (5), the filter screen (7) is installed in the connecting plate (6), and the ink blocking strips (8) are installed in the connecting plate (6);
antiseep subassembly is responsible for preventing ink drip when changing the filter screen, including: the device comprises a right rotating shaft (9), a right rotating plate (10), an ink absorbing plate (11), a limiting plate (12), an air bag (13), a left rotating shaft (14) and a left rotating plate (15), wherein the right rotating shaft (9) is arranged in a right circular groove, the right rotating plate (10) is arranged on the right rotating shaft (9), the ink absorbing plate (11) is arranged on the right rotating plate (10), the limiting plate (12) is arranged on the right rotating plate (10), the air bag (13) is arranged between the limiting plate (12) and the right rotating plate (10), the left rotating shaft (14) is arranged in a left circular groove, and the left rotating plate (15) is arranged on the left rotating shaft (14);
the limiting plate (12) is in an inverted J-shaped plate shape with a top protruding outwards and a right vertical, and the air bag (13) is coated with quicklime powder and is responsible for absorbing residual ink;
the left rotating plate (15) is also in a long straight plate shape, the bottom end of the left rotating plate is also in a wedge shape, the left rotating plate is in charge of supporting the ink absorbing plate (11) together with the right rotating plate (10), the upper and lower lengths of the left rotating plate (15) are shorter than those of the right rotating plate (10), the left rotating plate (15) can be in mortise-tenon fit butt joint with the right rotating plate (10), the left rotating plate (15) has magnetism different from that of the right rotating plate (10), the left rotating plate (15) is also provided with the limiting plate (12), and the air bag (13) is also arranged between the limiting plate (12) and the left rotating plate (15).
2. A ceramic ink filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the liquid inlet hopper (2) and the liquid outlet pipe (3) are arranged on the shell (1), and the box door (4) is arranged on the shell (1).

A ceramic ink filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mounting frame (5) is in a shape of a Chinese character 'hui' and is in a shape of a Chinese character 'hui' penetrating up and down and is responsible for being used as a carrier for mounting the right rotating shaft (9) and the left rotating shaft (14).

A ceramic ink filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the connecting plate (6) is in a short square strip shape, the front-back width of the connecting plate (6) is equal to the distance between the front inner wall and the back inner wall of the mounting frame (5), and the filter screen (7) is arranged.
5. A ceramic ink filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ink blocking strip (8) is in a thin strip shape and is responsible for blocking ink from flowing out to the right rotating shaft (9) and the left rotating shaft (14), and the ink blocking strip (8) is provided with an arc groove.

A ceramic ink filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the right rotating plate (10) is in a long straight plate shape and is responsible for supporting the ink absorbing plate (11), the bottom end of the right rotating plate (10) is in a wedge shape, and the right rotating plate (10) has magnetism.
7. A ceramic ink filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ink absorbing plate (11) is made of sponge and is responsible for absorbing most of ink flowing out of the filter screen (7).
8. A ceramic ink filtration system, characterized by: a ceramic ink filter device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the filter system comprising the steps of:
s1: closing the box door, injecting ceramic ink into the shell from the feed hopper, and filtering the ink for a plurality of times by the filter assembly;
s2: analyzing whether the filter assembly needs to be replaced or not in real time, if yes, entering S3; if not, continuing S1;
s3: opening the box door, and respectively stirring two rotating plates of the anti-seepage assembly by two hands to upwards rotate to be close to the mounting frame until the two rotating plates are attached;
s4: ink in the filter screen of the installation component seeps downwards to the ink absorbing plate of the anti-seepage component, and a small part of ink flows out of the rotating plate;
s5: ink flowing out through a gap between the two rotating plates is absorbed by quicklime powder on the surface of the air bag in the limiting plate;
s6: the air bags expand by heating, the bottoms of the left end and the right end of the mounting frame are grasped by two hands, and the mounting frame is pulled out in parallel from the inside of the shell.
