According to the ceramic ink filtering device, the anti-leakage assembly is arranged, when the filter screen 7 needs to be taken out, the box door 4 is opened, and the right rotating plate 10 and the left rotating plate 15 of the anti-leakage assembly are respectively poked to rotate upwards, so that the two are magnetically adsorbed; wherein, the left and right ink absorbing plates 11 of the anti-seepage component absorb most of the ink seeped by the filter screen 7; when a small part of the residual ink overflows through a gap between the right rotating plate 10 and the left rotating plate 15, the residual ink can flow to the surfaces of the left air bag 13 and the right air bag 13 of the anti-leakage assembly, and is absorbed by quicklime powder on the air bags 13 to generate heat, so that the air bags 13 expand after being heated; the air bags 13 are limited by the limiting plates 12 of the anti-leakage assemblies, the surfaces of the left air bag 13 and the right air bag 13 after expansion are tightly attached to prevent ink from continuously seeping, and finally the mounting frame 5 can be smoothly taken out to clean impurities on the filter screen 7; so prevent the ink drippage when changing the filter screen in order to realize, be convenient for filter.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 9, the embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that: a ceramic ink filter system, the filter system comprising the steps of:
s1: closing the box door, injecting ceramic ink into the shell from the feed hopper, and performing multi-channel filtration on the ink by the filter assembly;
s2: analyzing whether the filter assembly needs to be replaced or not in real time, and if so, entering S3; if not, continue with S1;
s3: opening the box door, and rotating the two rotating plates of the anti-leakage component upwards by two hands until the rotating plates are close to the mounting frame until the rotating plates are attached;
s4: ink in the filter screen of the installation component seeps downwards to the ink absorption plate of the anti-leakage component, and a small part of the ink flows out of the rotating plate;
s5: the ink flowing out through the gap between the two rotating plates is absorbed by the quicklime powder on the surface of the air bag in the limiting plate;
s6: the air bag generates heat to expand, the bottoms of the left end and the right end of the mounting frame are grasped by two hands, and the mounting frame is pulled out from the shell in parallel.
Claims (10)
1. A ceramic ink filter device, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
the ink filter comprises a shell (1) and a filter body, wherein the shell (1) is used for accommodating accessories for filtering ceramic ink, and sliding grooves are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the shell (1);
the filtering component is responsible for filtering ink impurity and making the filter screen clear up smoothly, movable mounting in the spout, including: a mounting assembly and a leakage-proof assembly;
the installation component is responsible for portable clearance and change the filter screen, including: the ink blocking device comprises an installation frame (5), a connecting plate (6), a filter screen (7) and ink blocking strips (8), wherein the installation frame (5) is installed on a sliding groove, the connecting plate (6) is installed on the installation frame (5), a left circular groove and a right circular groove are respectively formed in the left bottom end and the right bottom end of the front inner wall and the right inner wall of the installation frame (5), the filter screen (7) is installed on the connecting plate (6), and the ink blocking strips (8) are installed on the connecting plate (6);
antiseep subassembly is responsible for preventing the ink drippage when changing the filter screen, including: right-hand member (9), right-hand member board (10), inhale blotting board (11), limiting plate (12), gasbag (13), left-hand member axle (14) and left-hand member board (15), right-hand member axle (9) are installed to right circular slot, right-hand member board (10) are installed to right-hand member axle (9), it inhales blotting board (11) to install right-hand member board (10), limiting plate (12) are installed to right-hand member board (10), install gasbag (13) between limiting plate (12) and right-hand member board (10), left-hand member axle (14) are installed to left-hand circular slot, left-hand member board (15) are installed to left-hand member axle (14).
2. The ceramic ink filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: liquid inlet hopper (2) and liquid outlet pipe (3) are installed in casing (1), and chamber door (4) are installed in casing (1).
3. The ceramic ink filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mounting rack (5) is in a shape of a square plate penetrating up and down and is used as a carrier for mounting the right rotating shaft (9) and the left rotating shaft (14).

The ceramic ink filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the connecting plate (6) is in a short square batten shape, the front width and the rear width of the connecting plate (6) are equal to the distance between the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the mounting frame (5), and the connecting plate is responsible for mounting the filter screen (7).
5. The ceramic ink filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ink blocking strip (8) is in a thin strip plate shape and is responsible for blocking ink from flowing to the right rotating shaft (9) and the left rotating shaft (14), and an arc groove is formed in the ink blocking strip (8).
6. The ceramic ink filter of claim 1, wherein: the right rotating plate (10) is in a long straight plate shape and is responsible for supporting the ink absorbing plate (11), the bottom end of the right rotating plate (10) is in a wedge shape, and the right rotating plate (10) has magnetism.
7. The ceramic ink filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ink absorption plate (11) is made of sponge and is responsible for absorbing most of ink flowing out of the filter screen (7).
8. The ceramic ink filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the limiting plate (12) is in a shape of an inverted J-shaped plate with a convex top and a right vertical side, and the air bag (13) is coated with quicklime powder and is responsible for absorbing residual ink.

The ceramic ink filter as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the board (15) of turning left also is long straight plate shape and the bottom also is the wedge form, is responsible for supporting jointly with board (10) cooperation of turning right and inhales black board (11), and the upper and lower length of board (15) of turning left is shorter than the upper and lower length of board (10) of turning right, board (15) of turning left can agree with the butt joint with board (10) mortise and tenon of turning right, and board (15) of turning left has the magnetism different with board (10) of turning right, and limiting plate (12) are also installed to board (15) of turning left, also install gasbag (13) between limiting plate (12) and board (15) of turning left.
10. A ceramic ink filter system, comprising: a ceramic ink filter according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the filter system comprising the steps of:
s1: closing the box door, injecting ceramic ink into the shell from the feed hopper, and performing multi-channel filtration on the ink by the filter assembly;
s2: analyzing whether the filter assembly needs to be replaced or not in real time, and if so, entering S3; if not, continue with S1;
s3: opening the box door, and rotating the two rotating plates of the anti-leakage component upwards by two hands until the rotating plates are close to the mounting frame until the rotating plates are attached;
