The left hinge hole 12 and the right hinge hole 13 are respectively fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 51 of the damper 5. The rotating shaft 51 is interference-fitted with the hinge hole 12. The damper 5 further includes an upper end surface 52 and a lower end surface 54, the upper end surface 52 and the lower end surface 54 being fixed with respect to each other, and a shift range 53 for adjusting the damping amount of the clockwise rotation and the counterclockwise rotation of the rotary shaft 51 about the upper end surface 52 and the lower end surface 54. The damper 5 mentioned in the present invention may be selected from conventional torque adjustable permanent magnet dampers on the market.
The lower end faces of the two dampers are respectively and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 41 at one end of one leg rotating frame 4 coaxially, and the fixed connection is bonding, welding and the like. The outer diameter of the fixed shaft 41 is the same as the outer diameter of the damper 5 and the outer diameter of the seat hinge hole 12.
In order to structurally stabilize the leg swivels 4, each leg swivel 4 has a lower bar and two side bars 42. The fixed shaft 41 is arranged outside the bottom rod, one end of the side rod 42 far away from the fixed shaft 41 is provided with a sliding chute 43, and a movable sliding plate 6 is arranged in the sliding chute 43, so that the sliding plate 6 can move in the direction close to or far away from the fixed shaft 41 in the sliding chute 43, and the use requirements of patients with different leg lengths are met. The length of each leg rotating frame 4 in the direction perpendicular to the fixed shaft 41 (i.e., the length of the side bar) is about 40cm, which is the average length of the lower legs of the adult male of normal weight, and the width in the direction parallel to the rotating shaft 41 (i.e., the length of the lower bar) is about 20cm, which is the average outer diameter of the lower legs of the adult male of normal weight. The distance between the centers of the two leg rotating frames 4 in the direction parallel to the rotation axis 41 is about the distance between the centers of the two lower legs when a normal adult is seated or standing.
The leg pressing device can simultaneously lift and press the legs. When the patient lies or sits on the chair surface during exercise, the two knee sockets are respectively positioned at the two rotating frame fixing shafts 41, the sliding plate 6 moves to a proper position and is fixed, the lower leg is placed on the sliding plate 6, the lower leg and the sliding plate 6 are bound together by means of the rope belt, and the through hole on the sliding plate 6 can be used for fixing the rope belt. By adjusting the damper gear 53, the damping of clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of the leg rotating frame and the like relative to the seat surface 1 can be controlled, and then different exercise strengths and the effects of lifting and pressing on the same chair can be achieved.
The invention can measure the bending angle of the leg.
