when the safety bolt (302) is pulled out of the bolt through hole (301) and the safety hole, the intelligent alarm (503) receives the state information, transmits the state information data to a system monitoring controller or a remote terminal user in a wireless transmission mode or a wired transmission mode, and meanwhile releases an alarm signal.
