Further, since the terminal device is in the hybrid network area, during the network camping of the terminal device, the network information reported by the roaming network is also received, which causes misjudgment of the terminal device, and further causes a network camping failure, and the network information reported by the roaming network is ignored under the condition of receiving the network information reported by the roaming network. By neglecting the network information reported by the roaming network, the influence of the network information of the roaming network on the network residing operation is avoided.
