if the fingerprint lock cannot be normally opened, receiving a first operation instruction of a user to a target area in the fingerprint lock;
sending first prompt information according to the first operation instruction;
receiving a second operation instruction input to the target area by the user according to the first prompt message;
sending out second prompt information according to the second operation instruction;
receiving a third operation instruction input to the target area by the user according to the second prompt message;
judging whether the second operation instruction and the third operation instruction are matched with an emergency unlocking instruction, wherein the emergency unlocking instruction is an instruction stored in the fingerprint lock in advance;
and if the second operation instruction and the third operation instruction are matched with the emergency unlocking instruction, controlling the fingerprint lock to be unlocked.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a fourth operation instruction input to the target area by the user;
responding to the fourth operation instruction, and setting the emergency unlocking instruction according to the fourth operation instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the fingerprint lock is started for the first time, receiving a fifth operation instruction of the user to the target area, wherein the fifth operation instruction is a starting instruction for setting a fingerprint for the first time on the fingerprint lock;
sending a third prompt message according to the fifth operation instruction;
receiving a sixth operation instruction input to the target area by the user according to the third prompt message;
and generating an input fingerprint corresponding to the fingerprint lock according to the sixth operation instruction.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
monitoring the operation duration of the user on the target area in real time;
and if the operation time length exceeds the preset time length, sending a fourth prompt message.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
periodically detecting the residual capacity of the fingerprint lock;
and if the residual electric quantity of the fingerprint lock is lower than a preset value, sending a fifth prompt message.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
receiving a seventh operation instruction of the user on the target area when the fingerprint lock is in an open state;
and restoring factory settings of the fingerprint lock according to the seventh operation instruction.
7. An unlocking device of a fingerprint lock is characterized by comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a first operation instruction of a user to a target area in the fingerprint lock if the fingerprint lock cannot be normally opened;
the prompting unit is used for sending out first prompting information according to the first operation instruction;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a second operation instruction input to the target area by the user according to the first prompt information;
the prompt unit is further used for sending out second prompt information according to the second operation instruction;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a third operation instruction input to the target area by the user according to the second prompt information;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the second operating instruction and the third operating instruction are matched with an emergency unlocking instruction, and the emergency unlocking instruction is an instruction which is stored in the fingerprint lock in advance;
and the control unit is used for controlling the fingerprint lock to be unlocked if the second operation instruction and the third operation instruction are matched with the emergency unlocking instruction.
8. The apparatus of claim 7,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a fourth operation instruction input to the target area by the user;
and the control unit is also used for responding to the fourth operation instruction and setting the emergency unlocking instruction according to the fourth operation instruction.
9. A computer device, comprising:
at least one processor, a memory and a transceiver connected, wherein the memory is used for storing program codes, and the processor is used for calling the program codes in the memory to execute the steps of the unlocking method of the fingerprint lock according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer storage medium, comprising:
instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of the method of unlocking a fingerprint lock of any one of claims 1 to 6.
