Detailed Description
In the prior art, a printer driver interacting with a user or an application program on a mobile device such as a mobile phone also provides a function of saving printing paper. For example, there is a function that can print a document containing several pages of contents into a booklet. For another example, some functions may print a document in an "N in 1" mode, that is, during printing, N pages of contents in the document are temporarily stored by the system, and the N pages of contents are laid out to one page in a way of reducing and combining, so as to reduce the number of pages to be printed and save printing paper. For example, as shown in fig. 1, when the document original to be printed includes 15 pages of contents and the paper type is a4 paper, the document original can be rearranged to 2 pages of a4 paper by using the "9 in 1" mode, and the number of printed paper is significantly reduced. However, the mode of "N in 1" tends to sacrifice the clarity of the page contents when the page contents are reduced. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, when printing in the "9 in 1" mode, the page size of the document original will be scaled down, greatly reducing the clarity of the page contents.
In the prior art, although some application programs can also rearrange the document content to be printed, the application programs can only be applied to specific types of documents or software and cannot take effect on all types of documents.
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that in various embodiments of the disclosure, numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the disclosure. However, the technical solution claimed in the present disclosure can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments. The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and no limitation should be made to specific implementations of the present disclosure, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.
One embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a method for typesetting print data, the flow of which is shown in fig. 3, and the method includes:
step 301, obtaining data to be printed, where the data to be printed includes a plurality of output objects arranged according to the initial layout format.
Illustratively, the output object includes at least one of a character, an Image (Image), and a Graphic (Graphic). The characters are the general names of characters and symbols, including but not limited to Chinese characters, letters, numbers, operation symbols, punctuation marks and other symbols, and some functional symbols. The image is a digital image generated by capturing an actual picture by an input device such as a scanner or a camera, and is a bitmap composed of a pixel array. The figure refers to a vector diagram formed by external contour lines, namely, a straight line, a circle, a rectangle, a curve, a chart and the like drawn by a computer.
The initial layout format may be a layout format of the data to be printed for display in the screen. For example, for convenience of reading, a larger pitch, such as 1.5 times, 2 times, etc., may be set between the output objects arranged according to the initial layout format. Of course, the specific setting of the initial layout format is not limited in this embodiment, as long as the plurality of output objects are arranged according to the initial layout format.
Note that, this embodiment also does not limit the file type of the data to be printed. For example, the data to be printed may be a text document, and specifically may be a document in txt, doc, docx, pdf, or the like. Alternatively, the data to be printed may also be a table document, and specifically may be a document in a format of xls, xlsx, or the like. Or, the data to be printed may also be a presentation, specifically, a file in a format such as ppt, pptx, etc. Of course, the data to be printed may be other types of files, and those skilled in the art can set the data according to actual needs.
302, determining initial attribute information of a plurality of output objects according to the initial typesetting format, and rearranging each output object according to the initial attribute information of the plurality of output objects to obtain a target typesetting format; and the size of the output object in the target typesetting format is the same as that of the output object in the initial typesetting format.
Specifically, the initial attribute information includes, but is not limited to, the size, the pitch, the initial layout position, and the like of the output object. The re-typesetting of the output objects can be completed by adjusting the space of the output objects, the initial typesetting position and the like, and the target typesetting format is obtained.
Here, the output object size refers to a size of the output object, such as a size of a font of a character, a length and a width of an image or a picture, and the like.
It should be further noted that the method for typesetting print data according to this embodiment may be applied to a driver module of a printer, and the driver module may be connected to any type of application module, so that any type of application module can rearrange a plurality of output objects arranged according to the initial typesetting format in the data to be printed into an arrangement according to the target typesetting format without changing the size of the output objects through the driver module.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the plurality of output objects arranged according to the initial typesetting format are rearranged by utilizing the initial attribute information, so that the plurality of output objects are arranged according to the target typesetting format, the sizes of the output objects are kept unchanged in the process of rearranging, the problem of waste of printing paper caused by the output objects according to the initial typesetting format is effectively solved, and the definition of the output objects is not influenced.
Exemplarily, the determining initial attribute information of the plurality of output objects according to the initial layout format, and rearranging each output object according to the initial attribute information of the plurality of output objects to obtain the target layout format includes:
respectively determining the initial line spacing of every two adjacent lines of output objects according to the initial typesetting format;
and when the initial line spacing of any two adjacent lines of output objects exceeds a preset line spacing threshold value, readjusting the initial line spacing of any two adjacent lines of output objects to obtain the target typesetting format.
Specifically, the initial attribute information here includes the line spacing and the initial layout position of the output object. The preset line spacing threshold may be set according to actual needs, for example, the preset line spacing threshold may be 20 pixels (dot), or 30 pixels, and so on.
When the initial line spacing of any two adjacent lines of output objects is readjusted, the adjustment can be performed according to a preset line spacing threshold value. For example, readjusting the initial line spacing of any two adjacent lines of output objects may include:
and adjusting the initial line spacing of any two adjacent lines of output objects to be equal to or smaller than the line spacing threshold value.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, according to the initial layout format, the initial line spacing between two adjacent lines of output objects "H" and "W" may be 200dot, and the preset line spacing threshold may be 30dot, at this time, since 200 is greater than 30, the line spacing between the output objects "H" and "W" may be reduced, and the initial line spacing between "H" and "W" may be adjusted to the line spacing threshold of 30dot or a value less than the line spacing threshold of 30dot, such as 25dot, so as to achieve the purpose of saving printing paper.
According to the embodiment, when the initial line spacing of two adjacent lines of output objects exceeds the preset line spacing threshold value, the initial line spacing of two adjacent lines of output objects is adjusted to be the same as or smaller than the line spacing threshold value, so that the line spacing of two adjacent lines of output objects can be effectively reduced, and printing paper is greatly saved.
Exemplarily, the determining initial attribute information of the plurality of output objects according to the initial layout format, and rearranging each output object according to the initial attribute information of the plurality of output objects to obtain the target layout format includes:

and when the initial character distance between any two adjacent output objects exceeds a preset character distance threshold value, readjusting the initial character distance between any two adjacent output objects to obtain the target typesetting format.
Specifically, the initial attribute information here includes the character pitch and the initial layout position of the output object. The preset character spacing threshold may be set according to actual needs, for example, the preset character spacing threshold may be 10 dot, or 15dot, and so on.
When the initial character spacing between any two adjacent output objects is readjusted, the initial character spacing can be adjusted according to a preset character spacing threshold value. For example, readjusting the initial character spacing of any two adjacent output objects may include:
and adjusting the initial character spacing of any two adjacent output objects to be equal to or smaller than the character spacing threshold.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, according to the initial typesetting format, the initial character distance between two adjacent output objects "r" and "d" may be 180dot, and the preset character distance threshold may be 15dot, at this time, since 180 is greater than 15, the character distance between the output objects "r" and "d" may be reduced, and the initial character distance between "r" and "d" may be adjusted to the character distance threshold of 15dot or a value smaller than the character distance threshold of 15dot, such as 12dot, so as to achieve the purpose of saving printing paper.
According to the embodiment, when the initial character distance between two adjacent output objects exceeds the preset character distance threshold value, the initial character distance between any two adjacent output objects is adjusted to be the same as or smaller than the character distance threshold value, so that the character distance between the two adjacent output objects can be effectively reduced, and printing paper is greatly saved.
