Therefore, the installation and the disassembly of the positioning seat 200 in the installation groove 110 are more convenient through the arrangement of the avoiding space 150 in the embodiment.
In some embodiments, the avoiding space 150 may be a groove structure or a perforated structure with a left-right span larger than that of the mounting groove 110, so that the positioning seat 200 can slide into and out of the mounting groove 110.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the refrigerator further includes a terminal wire 500, the terminal wire 500 extends in a front-rear direction and passes through an upper side of the upper hinge 300, the terminal wire 500 has a front end 510 and a rear end 520, the rear end 520 penetrates into the predetermined space 140 from the escape space 150 and is connected to the inner container of the refrigerator, and the front end 510 extends to a front side of the cabinet 100 and is connected to the door. In this embodiment, the terminal wires 500 are routed such that the terminal wires 500 are not easily accidentally broken through during the process of fixing the upper hinge 300 to the mounting groove 110 by using the fastener.
In further some embodiments, the avoiding space 150 is a perforated structure, the refrigerator further includes a terminal plug box 700, the terminal plug box 700 is disposed at the lower side of the top plate 120 and blocks the avoiding space 150 from the lower side, the rear end 520 of the terminal wire 500 is plugged into the terminal plug box 700, and the terminal plug box 700 is disposed to facilitate the plugging of the terminal wire 500.
The refrigerator liner refers to an integrated structure including a refrigerating chamber, a refrigerating system component and the like.
In some optional embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the refrigerator further includes a cover plate 800, the cover plate 800 is disposed on the upper hinge 300 protruding from the opening and encloses a routing space with the upper hinge 300 protruding from the opening, and the front end 510 of the terminal wire 500 passes through the routing space and is connected to the door. In this embodiment, the cover plate 800 is provided to protect the terminal line 500, thereby preventing the terminal line 500 from being directly exposed. Preferably, a wire clamp is disposed in the wire routing space to clamp and fix the terminal wire 500 in the wire routing space.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 10 to fig. 12, the refrigerator further includes a cover 600, the cover 600 is disposed on the mounting groove 110, and an upper side of the cover 600 is flush with the top of the box 100. In this embodiment, through the setting of lid 600, good protection effect has been played to the structure that positioning seat 200 and last hinge 300 etc. are in mounting groove 110, and sets up the top through with lid 600 to flush in the top of box 100, can make the top of box 100 level and smooth, has improved the harmony of box 100 outward appearance.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 12, a first fastening portion 610 is disposed on a lower side surface of the cover 600, a second fastening portion 114 is disposed on a sidewall of the mounting groove 110, the first fastening portion 610 and the second fastening portion 114 are adapted to each other, and the first fastening portion 610 and the second fastening portion 114 are fastened to each other. In this embodiment, the cover 600 is mounted on the top of the case 100 by means of a snap, so that the mounting is convenient.
In other embodiments, the cover 600 may be mounted on the case 100 by other means, such as welding, bolting, etc.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 12, the mounting groove 110 has a first sidewall 111 and a second sidewall 112, and the first sidewall 111 and the second sidewall 112 are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction; the number of the first fastening portions 610 and the number of the second fastening portions 114 are respectively multiple and are in one-to-one correspondence, at least one second fastening portion 114 is disposed on the first sidewall 111, and at least one second fastening portion 114 is disposed on the second sidewall 112. In the present embodiment, by providing a plurality of first engaging portions 610 and second engaging portions 114, the cover 600 can be connected to the case 100 from a plurality of positions, and the effect of stable attachment of the cover 600 is improved; in addition, at least one second buckling part 114 is arranged on the first side wall 111, and at least one second buckling part 114 is arranged on the second side wall 112, so that the cover body 600 can be stably installed and fixed from two sides.
In summary, the present invention provides a refrigerator, in which when the refrigerator is assembled, the positioning seat 200 is first installed in the installation groove 110 at the top of the refrigerator body 100, the upper hinge 300 is positioned on the positioning seat 200 by the mutual cooperation of the first positioning portion 210 and the second positioning portion 310, so that the upper hinge 300 is indirectly positioned on the top of the refrigerator body 100, and then the door is rotatably connected to the upper hinge 300 protruding from the opening, so that the door is rotatably installed on the refrigerator body 100.
Based on the above assembling process, the refrigerator of the present embodiment additionally sets the positioning seat 200 to position the upper hinge 300, so that the refrigerator of the present embodiment avoids the formation of a positioning structure on the top of the refrigerator body 100 during the assembling process, and the upper hinge 300 can be accurately positioned on the refrigerator body 100 by a low-difficulty processing process.

Claims (10)

1. A refrigerator, characterized by comprising:
the box body is provided with a mounting groove at the top, the mounting groove extends towards the front side of the box body and is provided with an opening arranged on the front side of the box body;
the positioning seat is installed in the installation groove, and a first positioning part is arranged on the positioning seat;
the upper hinge is stacked above the positioning seat, the upper hinge part protrudes out of the opening, a second positioning part is arranged on the upper hinge, and the second positioning part is matched and connected with the first positioning part, so that the upper hinge is installed on the positioning seat; and
and the box door is arranged on the front side of the box body and is rotatably connected to the upper hinge protruding from the opening.
2. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the first positioning portion includes a protrusion extending upward, and the second positioning portion includes a through hole through which the protrusion passes.
3. The refrigerator according to claim 1, further comprising:
the fastening piece sequentially penetrates through the upper hinge and the positioning seat and is connected to the bottom of the mounting groove, so that the upper hinge and the positioning seat are fixed in the mounting groove.
4. The refrigerator of claim 1, further comprising a refrigerator liner;
the refrigerator body comprises a top plate and a protection plate, the protection plate is connected to the front side of the top plate, and a preset space for accommodating the refrigerator inner container is formed below the top plate and behind the protection plate;
the mounting groove is formed by downward sinking of the top plate, and an opening of the mounting groove is formed in the protection plate;
the mounting groove is provided with a first side wall and a second side wall, the first side wall and the second side wall are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction, and the second side wall is provided with strip-shaped holes which are communicated with the preset space and extend forwards and backwards;
the positioning seat comprises a first part and a second part which are arranged along the left-right direction, the first part is arranged in the mounting groove and abutted against the second side wall, the second part penetrates through the strip-shaped hole and extends into the preset space, and the front end of the second part is abutted against the rear side of the protection plate.
5. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second portion has an abutment portion extending upward and abutting against an outer side of the first sidewall.
6. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 4, wherein the top plate is formed with an escape space at a rear side of the mounting groove, a rear end of the bar-shaped hole communicates with the escape space, and the positioning seat can slide forward from the escape space into the mounting groove.
7. The refrigerator according to claim 6, further comprising:
the terminal wire extends in the front-back direction and passes through the upper side of the upper hinge, the terminal wire is provided with a front end and a rear end, the rear end penetrates into the preset space from the avoiding space and is connected with the refrigerator inner container, and the front end extends to the front side of the box body and is connected with the box door.
8. The refrigerator according to claim 1, further comprising:
the cover body is arranged on the mounting groove in a covering mode, and the upper side face of the cover body is flush with the top of the box body.
9. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 8, wherein a first locking portion is disposed on a lower side of the cover, a second locking portion is disposed on a side wall of the mounting groove, the first locking portion and the second locking portion are adapted to each other, and the first locking portion and the second locking portion are locked to each other.
10. The refrigerator of claim 9, wherein the mounting groove has a first sidewall and a second sidewall, the first sidewall and the second sidewall being spaced apart in a left-right direction;
the first buckling parts and the second buckling parts are respectively in a plurality of numbers and are in one-to-one correspondence, at least one second buckling part is arranged on the first side wall, and at least one second buckling part is arranged on the second side wall.
