Abstract
The invention discloses an ice storage box mounting structure and a refrigerator, comprising: the support frame comprises a base and an ice storage box inlet and outlet; an ice bank for being disposed on the base; the ice storage box mounting structure can omit the traditional structures such as a rail rib, a reversing shaft and the like, so that the ice storage box mounting structure is simple in structure, strong in reliability and good in ice storage box taking and placing convenience.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first groove 101 and a second groove 102 are sequentially formed at intervals toward the ice bank entrance 3 on an upper surface of the base, i.e., the first groove 101 is closer to the inside of the support frame 100 than the second groove 102, a step 103 on the base is formed between the first groove 101 and the second groove 102, and a first protrusion 201 corresponding to the first groove 101 and a second protrusion 202 corresponding to the second groove 102 are provided on the bottom of the ice bank 200. The ice bank 200 can be prevented from popping out under the condition of excessive force when the ice bank 200 is placed by the limit fit of the first groove 101 and the first bulge 201 and the limit fit of the second groove 102 and the second bulge 202.
In addition, the upper surface of the base near the ice bank entrance 3 may further be provided with a guide slope 104, the guide slope 104 is near the ice bank entrance 3 with respect to the second recess 102, the guide slope 104 is inclined downward toward the second recess 102, and the uppermost end of the guide slope 104 is higher than the step 103. In this way, when the ice bank 200 is returned to the base, the ice bank can automatically slide into the position-limiting position through the guiding slope 104.
The second magnetic member 2 may be attached to the bottom of the ice bank 200 in various suitable manners, the bottom of the ice bank 200 having the first and second sandwiching plates 203 and 204 spaced apart from each other in the height direction of the ice bank 200, the second magnetic member 2 being positioned in the interlayer between the first and second sandwiching plates 203 and 204, and particularly, the second magnetic member 2 may be adhered to the first or second sandwiching plate 203 or 204 by means of adhesion.
In addition, the base may include a support floor 105 for supporting the ice bank 200 and support risers 106 connected at both sides of the support floor 105, and the first magnetic member 1 is disposed at a lower side of the support floor 105. Referring to fig. 2, a first limiting vertical plate 107 and a second limiting vertical plate 108 may be further disposed at an interval on the lower side of the supporting base plate 105, the first limiting vertical plate 107 and the second limiting vertical plate 108 may be integrally formed with the supporting base plate 105, a limiting hook facing the second limiting vertical plate is disposed at the lower end of the first limiting vertical plate 107, and the first magnetic member 1 is disposed between the first limiting vertical plate 107 and the second limiting vertical plate 108 and is limited and fixed by the limiting hook.
Of course, the ice bank 200 may include side enclosures 205 and handles 206 connected to upper ends of the side enclosures 205. The support frame 100 may specifically include a side frame 109 connected to the upper side of the base, and one end of the side frame 109 forms the ice bank inlet/outlet 3.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a refrigerator including the above ice bank mounting structure, the support bracket 100 being fixedly provided in a case of the refrigerator. 1. An ice bank mounting structure, comprising:
the support frame comprises a base and an ice storage box inlet and outlet;
an ice bank for being disposed on the base;
the first magnetic part is arranged on the support frame, and the second magnetic part is arranged at a corresponding position of the ice storage box, so that the ice storage box can be adsorbed and fixed to the base by attracting the second magnetic part through the first magnetic part;
the support frame also comprises a side frame connected to the upper side of the base, and one end of the side frame forms an inlet and an outlet of the ice storage box;
the base comprises a supporting bottom plate for supporting the ice storage box, and the first magnetic piece is arranged on the lower side of the supporting bottom plate;
the lower side of the supporting base plate is provided with a first limiting vertical plate and a second limiting vertical plate at intervals, the lower end of the first limiting vertical plate is provided with a limiting hook facing the second limiting vertical plate, and the first magnetic part is arranged between the first limiting vertical plate and the second limiting vertical plate and is fixed through the limiting hook.
2. The ice bank mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the first magnetic member is disposed at the base, and the second magnetic member is disposed at a bottom of the ice bank.

The ice bank mounting structure of claim 2, wherein a first groove and a second groove are sequentially formed at intervals with an upper surface of the base facing the ice bank inlet and outlet, a step is formed on the base between the first groove and the second groove, and a first protrusion corresponding to the first groove and a second protrusion corresponding to the second groove are provided at a bottom of the ice bank.

The ice bank mounting structure of claim 3, wherein an upper surface of the base near the ice bank inlet/outlet is provided with a guide slope near the ice bank inlet/outlet with respect to the second groove, the guide slope being inclined downward toward the second groove, an uppermost end of the guide slope being higher than the step.
5. The ice bank mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the first magnetic member is a magnet and the second magnetic member is an iron plate.
6. The ice bank mounting structure of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a bottom of the ice bank has first and second sandwiching plates spaced apart from each other in a height direction of the ice bank, and the second magnetic member is located in a sandwich between the first and second sandwiching plates.
7. The ice bank mounting structure of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the ice bank comprises side walls and a handle connected to upper ends of the side walls.
8. A refrigerator, characterized in that the refrigerator comprises a compressor and the ice bank mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
