Abstract
The invention discloses a quick reinforcing device of a cylindrical template and a construction method thereof, wherein the quick reinforcing device comprises the following steps: the length of the four telescopic rod components is adjustable, and the four telescopic rod components are connected end to end and enclosed to form a rectangular locking frame which is sleeved outside the cylindrical template; and the top support assembly comprises socket sleeves, insertion rods and clamping plates, the intersection of two adjacent telescopic rod assemblies is connected with the socket sleeves, the socket sleeves are arranged along the radial direction of the cylindrical template, each insertion rod is provided with a first end and a second end, the first ends of the insertion rods are connected to the clamping plates, the second ends of the insertion rods are movably inserted into the socket sleeves, the middle positions of the insertion rods are adjustably provided with limiting parts, the limiting parts abut against the end surfaces of the socket sleeves, and the clamping plates at the two ends of the diagonal line of the locking frame are clamped on the cylindrical template. The invention solves the problems that different steel strap belts are required to be configured for reinforcing the existing concrete cylindrical templates with different sizes, the turnover rate is low and the resource waste is serious.

Technical Field

Background
The concrete column construction usually adopts design cylinder steel strap and cooperates the scaffold to consolidate the cylinder template. and adjusting the position of a middle limiting part of the insertion rod of the top support assembly to enable the clamping plates of each top support assembly to press against the cylindrical template, so that the clamping plates at two ends of the diagonal line of the locking frame are clamped on the cylindrical template.
The quick reinforcing device for the cylindrical template has the beneficial effects that the assembled size-adjustable cylindrical template locking frame is adopted, and the telescopic adjusting shoring assemblies are arranged on the four sides of the rectangular locking frame to clamp the cylindrical template, so that the eight-point symmetric reinforcement of the cylindrical templates with different diameters is quickly realized.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a rapid reinforcing apparatus for a cylindrical formwork, including: a telescopic rod assembly 1 and a top bracing assembly 2.
In the embodiment, the lengths of the telescopic rod component 1 and the top bracing component 2 can be independently adjusted. The number of the telescopic rod assemblies 1 and the number of the top bracing assemblies 2 are four respectively.
Wherein, four telescopic rod subassemblies 1 end to end enclose and close the frame that forms the rectangle. The locking frame is used for being sleeved outside the cylindrical template 4, and the cylindrical template is pressed against the inner side wall of the locking frame.
The top bracing assembly 2 comprises a socket sleeve 21, a plug rod 22, a clamping plate 23 and a limiting piece 24. Wherein, the junction of two adjacent telescopic rod components 1 is connected with a socket sleeve 21. The socket sleeves 21 are arranged in the radial direction of the cylindrical die plate 4. The bayonet rod 22 has opposite first and second ends. The first end of the bayonet rod 22 is connected to a clamping plate 23. The second end of the insertion rod 22 is movably inserted into the socket sleeve 21. The middle position of the insertion rod 22 is adjustably provided with a limiting member 24, and the limiting member 24 abuts against the end surface of the socket sleeve 21. The clamp plates 23 at both ends of the diagonal line of the lock frame are clamped to the cylindrical mold plate 4.
Referring to fig. 2, after the locking frame is sleeved on the cylindrical formwork, the inner side of each telescopic rod assembly presses against the cylindrical formwork, and the clamping plate of each top bracing assembly presses against the cylindrical formwork. Four telescopic rod components and four splint are along the circumferencial direction equidistant setting of circumference template. The four telescopic rod components and the four clamping plates are respectively arranged in a centrosymmetric manner by taking the central axis of the circumferential template as a symmetric center, namely, the four telescopic rod components and the four clamping plates are arranged in an eight-point symmetric manner.
The quick reinforcing device for the cylindrical template disclosed by the invention adopts the assembled size-adjustable cylindrical template locking frame, and the telescopic adjusting shoring assemblies are arranged on the four sides of the rectangular locking frame to clamp the cylindrical template, so that the eight-point symmetrical reinforcement of the cylindrical templates with different diameters is quickly realized.
In this embodiment, the inner side of the telescopic rod assembly 1 and the side of the clamping plate 23 far away from the insertion rod 22 are respectively laid with the anti-slip pad layer 3. The cylindrical template 4 is pressed against the anti-skid pad layer 3.
In a preferred embodiment, the anti-slip pad layer is a rubber pad layer.
In this embodiment, the telescopic rod assembly 1 comprises: two end sleeves 11, a core rod 12 and a locking piece 13.
Wherein, the two end sleeves 11 are coaxially arranged. The end sleeves 11 of two adjacent telescopic rod components 1 are fixedly connected together. Two ends of the core bar 12 are movably inserted into opposite ends of the two end sleeves 11, respectively. The locking member 13 is detachably attached to the tip end sleeve 11. The locking member 13 is used to lock the stem 12.
Specifically, the end socket 11 is provided with a first lock hole. The core bar 12 is provided with a plurality of second locking holes arranged along the length direction of the core bar 12. The locking member 13 is detachably inserted into the first locking hole of each end sleeve 11 and a second locking hole aligned with the first locking hole.
In this embodiment, the number of the first locking holes of the end socket sleeve and the number of the second locking holes of the core bar are respectively multiple. Wherein, the end sleeve is provided with two rows of first lock holes, and the core bar is provided with two rows of second lock holes.
In some embodiments, the retaining member 24 defines a threaded through-hole. The outside of the insertion rod 22 is formed with an external thread. The insertion rod 22 is screwed in the threaded through hole.
In this embodiment, the two opposite sides of the limiting member are respectively formed with a handle. When the position of the limiting piece is adjusted, the limiting piece is rotated through the handle, and then the inserting depth of the second end of the inserting rod in the socket sleeve is adjusted.
The invention provides a construction method of a quick reinforcing device of a cylindrical template, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the lengths of the four telescopic rod assemblies 1 are adjusted so that the diameter of the inscribed circle of the locking frame is adapted to the outer diameter of the cylindrical formwork 4.
Firstly, binding a cylindrical steel bar structure, cleaning the bottom of the cylindrical steel bar structure, and finally sleeving a cylindrical template outside the cylindrical steel bar structure.
The lengths of the four telescopic rod components 1 are adjusted by adjusting the inserting depth of the core rod and the end sleeve, so that the diameter of the inscribed circle of the locking frame is matched with the outer diameter of the cylindrical template 4.
S2: and sleeving a plurality of locking frames outside the cylindrical template 4, wherein the plurality of locking frames are arranged along the axial direction of the cylindrical template 4.
S3: the position of the middle position-limiting part 24 of the insertion rod 22 of the top bracing assembly 2 is adjusted, so that the clamping plate 23 of each top bracing assembly 2 is pressed against the cylindrical template 4, and the clamping plates 23 at the two ends of the diagonal line of the locking frame are clamped on the cylindrical template 4.
In this embodiment, the limiting members on the two diagonal lines of the locking frame are synchronously adjusted, so that the clamping plates at the two ends of the diagonal line of the locking frame tightly clamp the cylindrical template and push the cylindrical template tightly.
And after the cylindrical template is reinforced, pouring cylindrical concrete. After the concrete pouring is completed and the form removal strength is reached, the locking piece is pulled out, the core rod is loosened, the locking frame and the cylindrical template are taken down, and then the next turnover can be carried out.

sleeving a plurality of locking frames outside the cylindrical template, wherein the locking frames are arranged along the axial direction of the cylindrical template;
