The paper sizing system and the paper sizing process provided by the invention can change the pH value of the paper sizing solution, so that the printing ink is matched with the pH value of the surface of paper, and the paper inking is ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paper manufacturing, in particular to a paper sizing system with an adjustable pH value of a sizing agent and a sizing process for printing white paper.
Background
Starch is often boiled into surface sizing liquid in the papermaking process, the starch is not washed cleanly or washed thoroughly in the processing process, and the starch contains partial acidic substances under the influence of microorganisms in the storage process, so that the starch presents certain acidity. The surface sizing itself is carried out in an acidic environment, and the acidity of the starch is uncertain and varies in a negligible manner.
The paper needs to be printed after glue is applied, the PH value of the printing ink adopted in the printing process is about 6, and the paper cannot be inked in some places during printing due to too large PH deviation between the paper surface and the printing ink, so that the paper is exposed.

According to the invention, the alkaline solution tank connected with the first glue tank is arranged, and the control valve is opened/closed by the control unit according to the pH value of the starch solution, so that a certain mass of caustic soda solution in the alkaline solution tank is added into the first glue tank, and the automatic adjustment of the pH value of the starch solution is realized, thus the pH value is matched with the pH value of the printing ink, and the paper subjected to surface sizing by using the starch solution can not generate white spots during printing.
