Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to improve the cleaning effect on the dewaxing net 5, a driving shaft 16 is rotatably arranged in the connecting pipe 4, the driving shaft 16 and the connecting pipe 4 are on the same axis, a plurality of scrapers 17 are arranged on the driving shaft 16, the scrapers 17 are abutted on the dewaxing net 5, a second driving member for driving the driving shaft 16 to rotate to drive the scrapers 17 to rotate is further arranged in the dewaxing box 1, and the second driving member comprises a third motor 18 arranged on the dewaxing box 1; the third motor 18 is started, the third motor 18 drives the scraping plate 17 to rotate, and the scraping plate 17 rotates to scrape wax crystals on the dewaxing net 5, so that the cleaning effect of the dewaxing net 5 is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to reduce the influence of the scrapers 17 on the natural gas transportation, the scrapers 17 are all rotatably arranged on the driving shaft 16, the scrapers 17 facing the first pipe body 2 are positioned in the same direction, the scrapers 17 facing the second pipe body 3 are positioned in the same direction, the forward projections of the scrapers 17 on two sides of the dewaxing net 5 on the dewaxing net 5 are intersected, and the rotation axis of the scrapers 17 is perpendicular to the length direction of the driving shaft 16; in the present embodiment, the included angle between the scrapers 17 on both sides of the dewaxing wire 5 is 180 ° to avoid the interaction of the scrapers 17 between adjacent dewaxing wires 5. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a sleeve pipe 24 is arranged on an output shaft of the third motor 18, the sleeve pipe 24 stretches along the gas conveying direction, an inserting head is arranged at the end of the sleeve pipe 24, an inserting groove for inserting the inserting head is formed at one end, close to the sleeve pipe 24, of the sliding rod 20, and the inserting head is connected to the sliding rod 20 through the inserting groove so as to push or pull the sliding rod 20 to slide; the natural gas dewaxing system further comprises a push rod 25 arranged to drive the sleeve 24 to slide, in this embodiment, the sleeve 24 comprises two mutually adjustable joints, one joint is coaxially arranged on the output shaft of the third motor 18, the body of the push rod 25 is arranged on the joint close to the third motor 18, and the other joint is fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the push rod 25; and the push rod 25 is started to drive the joint pipe to drive the plug connector to be plugged into the plugging groove, then the third motor 18 is started, the third motor 18 drives the driving shaft 16 to rotate, and then the scraping plate 17 is driven to rotate to clean the dewaxing net 5.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the mesh of the dewaxing mesh 5 is gradually reduced in the gas transport direction; a water pump 26 is arranged in the dewaxing box 1 and positioned in the dewaxing agent, a water outlet pipe 27 is arranged at the water outlet end of the water pump 26, and the water outlet of the water outlet pipe 27 is opposite to the air inlet end of the connecting pipe 4; under the action of the water pump 26, the dewaxing agent entering the connecting pipe 4 flows out of the connecting pipe 4 to finish the flow of the dewaxing agent in the connecting pipe 4 so as to improve the dissolution effect on wax crystals.
The implementation principle of the natural gas dewaxing system in the embodiment of the application is as follows:
when natural gas is conveyed, the second motor 11 is started, the second motor 11 drives the first gear 12 to rotate, and the connecting sleeve 10 is driven to rotate under the action of the tooth-shaped groove 13, so that the connecting sleeve 10 slides to be separated from the first pipe body 2 and the second pipe body 3; starting the first motor 7, and driving the disc 6 to rotate by the first motor 7, wherein the disc 6 is driven to rotate; the connecting pipe 4 rotates;
when the connecting pipe 4 rotates to a position between the first pipe body 2 and the second pipe body 3, the second motor 11 is started, the second motor 11 drives the first gear 12 to rotate, and under the action of the tooth-shaped groove 13, the connecting sleeve 10 is driven to rotate, so that the connecting sleeve 10 slides to sleeve the first pipe body 2 or the second pipe body 3, and the connection of the first pipe body 2 and the second pipe body 3 is completed;
then, starting the push rod 25 to drive the joint pipe to drive the plug connector to be plugged into the plugging groove so as to drive the scraping plate 17 to rotate to be attached to the dewaxing net 5, and then starting the third motor 18, wherein the third motor 18 drives the driving shaft 16 to rotate so as to drive the scraping plate 17 to rotate to clean the dewaxing net 5; the water pump 26 is started, and the water pump 26 pumps the dewaxing agent into the connecting pipe 4 to wash the wax crystals.
The embodiment of the application discloses a natural gas dewaxing method, referring to fig. 1, the natural gas dewaxing method uses a natural gas dewaxing system and further comprises the following steps of;
s1: in the conveying process of the natural gas, the connecting pipe 4 is refrigerated by the refrigerating piece, and the natural gas passing through the connecting pipe 4 is cooled;
s2: after the temperature of the natural gas is reduced, wax crystals precipitated in the natural gas are attached to the dewaxing net 5;
s3: the first motor 7 drives the disc 6 to rotate, and the disc 6 rotates to drive the connecting pipe 4 in a connecting state to rotate into the dewaxing agent; meanwhile, the connecting pipe 4 positioned in the dewaxing agent on the disc 6 rotates to enter between the first pipe body 2 and the second pipe body 3;
s4: starting the second motor 11, wherein the second motor 11 drives the connecting sleeve 10 to rotate, and the connecting sleeve 10 rotates to sleeve the first pipe body 2 and the second pipe body 3 so as to recover the natural gas transportation;
s5: a connecting pipe 4 immersed in the dewaxing agent, wherein wax crystals on the dewaxing net 5 are dissolved in the dewaxing agent; starting the push rod 25, and pushing the sleeve pipe 24 to slide out and abut against the slide rod 20 by the push rod 25 so as to drive the rack 22 to run, and driving the scraper 17 to rotate so as to be attached to the dewaxing net 5 by rotating the belt gear 23;
s6: the third motor 18 is started, the third motor 18 drives the sleeve pipe 24 to rotate, the sleeve pipe 24 rotates to drive the sliding rod 20 to rotate, and then the driving shaft 16 is driven to rotate, so that the scraping plate 17 is driven to rotate to clean the dewaxing net 5.

Claims (9)

1. A natural gas dewaxing system characterized by: the device comprises a dewaxing box (1) which is used for being communicated with a gas transmission pipeline, wherein the gas transmission pipeline comprises a first pipe body (2) which enters the dewaxing box (1) and a second pipe body (3) which moves out of the dewaxing box (1), and the first pipe body (2) and the second pipe body (3) are coaxially arranged; a plurality of connecting pipes (4) are arranged in the dewaxing box (1), the connecting pipes (4) are used for communicating the first pipe body (2) and the second pipe body (3), a plurality of layers of dewaxing nets (5) are arranged in the connecting pipes (4), the layers of dewaxing nets (5) are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the connecting pipes (4), and refrigerating pieces for refrigerating the connecting pipes (4) are further arranged in the dewaxing box (1); the connecting pipe (4) is rotatably arranged in the dewaxing box (1), and the rotation axis of the connecting pipe (4) is parallel to the conveying direction of the gas; the dewaxing device is characterized in that a dewaxing agent is arranged in the dewaxing box (1), and a first driving piece which is used for driving the connecting pipe (4) to rotate into the dewaxing agent and driving the connecting pipe (4) in the dewaxing agent to be in the same axis with the first pipe body (2) is also arranged in the dewaxing box (1); the dewaxing box is characterized in that a driving shaft (16) is rotationally arranged in the connecting pipe (4), the driving shaft (16) and the connecting pipe (4) are located on the same axis, a plurality of scrapers (17) are arranged on the driving shaft (16), and a second driving piece for driving the driving shaft (16) to rotate and driving the scrapers (17) to rotate and scraping condensed wax on the dewaxing net (5) is further arranged in the dewaxing box (1).
