本发明是一种无稳定剂污染的PVC厨柜,其特征是:采用本人发明的一种无稳定剂污染的PVC粒料、精确衡量落料机、超高压单螺杆挤出机等产业链制造技术,根据PVC厨柜型材的规格形状,发明一系列射孔流道挤出成型模,设计一系列PVC厨柜型材的操作工艺技术,使PVC厨柜型材的加工热熔时间控制在45秒钟之内,远离PVC材料的HCL分解点,根据设计规格制造一种防水、防霉、防火、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐用、环保、美观的PVC厨柜。优点:PVC厨柜的使用寿命500年以上,是21世纪的新技术、新材料、新产品。

Description

一种无稳定剂污染的PVC厨柜
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种无稳定剂污染的PVC厨柜,属于塑料加工工业技术领域。
背景技术
厨柜是现代家居的主要部件,既要防水性能好,受潮后不霉、不烂、不变形;又要防火性能好,即使是灶具不慎失火也烧不着,消除房屋的火灾隐患;还要绿色环保,无霉、无毒、无味。根据现代厨柜的功能要求,PVC材料是无可挑剔的最佳选材。虽然PVC材料的热稳定性差、120℃以上出现HCL分解的致命弱点,实际上与厨柜<50℃温度的使用环境没有任何关系。所以,PVC材料同时具备防水、防霉、防火、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐候、耐用、环保、美观等材质性能,能够让厨柜的功能质量达到无与伦比的特殊效果。
但是,由于PVC材料的材质坚硬、脆性,必须充分剪切混炼<2纳米的原始微区核才能发挥PVC的材质性能,而且PVC材料在≥120℃温度开始分解HCL,但PVC制品的加工热熔温度180℃~220℃,必须添加稳定剂中和反应HCL,才能加工制作PVC制品。但是,从技术原理上讲,只要PVC材料在加工制作过程中出现了HCL分解,或者是添加了其它物质,就损坏了PVC材料的纳米晶体链结构,必然影响PVC材料的耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐候、耐用性能。所以,PVC材料1912年问世以来,始终没有PVC制品的制造技术,存在二大技术错误:
一是PVC制品的加工制作过程中,必须添加稳定剂中和反应HCL,既污染了PVC制品的环保性能,又破坏了PVC材料的纳米晶体链结构,大大降低了PVC制品的耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐候、耐用性能。尽管欧盟国家高度重视稳定剂的污染问题,早在上世纪九十年代计划2025年前开发出无毒稳定剂,但至今未见重大的技术性突破。
二是PVC制品加工制作过程的热熔历史太长(约300~600秒),必然造成PVC材料的热降解现象非常严重,虽然有稳定剂中和反应HCL,实质上严重损坏PVC材料的纳米晶体链结构,造成了PVC材料在阳光紫外线照射下容易分解的错误认识。换言之,只要PVC制品出现HCL分解,即使在没有阳光紫外线照射的黑暗环境中,活跃的HCL同样也会出现泛黄变色的老化现象。
由此可见,开辟一种无稳定剂污染的PVC制品制造技术,是全世界科技界梦寐以求、望而却步的重大科研课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对传统厨柜的功能质量缺陷,开辟一种无稳定剂污染的PVC厨柜新技术,本发明技术的解决方案是:(一)根据PVC材料在≤250℃温度中停留100秒内不分解HCL的特点,紧紧围绕60秒内加工制作PVC制品的科研课题开展技术攻关,使用本人发明的一种无稳定剂污染的PVC粒料、精确衡量落料机、超高压单螺杆挤出机等产业链制造技术,根据PVC厨柜型材的规格形状,发明一系列射孔流道挤出成型模,设计一系列加工制作PVC厨柜型材的操作工艺技术。使PVC厨柜型材的加工热熔时间控制在45秒钟之内,远离PVC材料的HCL分解点。(二)根据设计规格制造一种防水、防霉、防火、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐用、环保、美观的PVC厨柜。
本发明的优点
(一)一种无稳定剂污染的PVC厨柜,同时具备防水、防霉、防火、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐用、环保、美观等综合功能。
(二)一种无稳定剂污染的PVC厨柜,绿色环保,无霉、无毒、无味。
(三)一种无稳定剂污染的PVC厨柜,装饰效果好,高档豪华、坚固耐用。
(四)一种无稳定剂污染的PVC厨柜,使用寿命500年以上,是21世纪的新技术、新材料、新产品。
具体实施方式
实施例:超高压挤出成型技术制造PVC材料
工作内容:制造一种无稳定剂污染的PVC厨柜
挤出机口径Φ65mm,螺杆压缩比32倍,螺杆转速58转/分,电机功率10kw。
操作过程:(一)第一步采用移动式加热装置对超高压单螺杆挤出成型机加热到180℃,射孔流道挤出成型模加热到195℃,然后移开挤出机筒的加热装置,第二步启动超高压单螺杆挤出成型机,添加一些软质PVC开机料,第三步启动精确衡量落料机,逐渐加料使超高压单螺杆挤出成型机进入正常工作状态,第四步打开挤出机筒的冷却装置,使机筒出口的温度稳定在≤170℃,第五步打开挤出螺杆冷却装置,将射孔流道挤出成型模的温度稳定在≤195℃,此次PVC厨柜型材的加工热熔时间38秒,远离PVC材料的HCL分解点,每小时产量42kg,连续生产60天未见黄料、结碳现象。(二)根据设计规格加工制作一种防水、防霉、防火、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐、耐用、环保、美观的PVC厨柜。
