The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an industrial waste stripping treatment method, which is applied to industrial waste stripping treatment equipment, wherein the execution main body of the industrial waste stripping treatment method is a controller in the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of the industrial waste stripping treatment method, and the steps included in the method are specifically described with reference to fig. 1.
Step S101, obtaining target characteristic parameters in the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment.
The target characteristic parameters include a first current concentration in the cavity, a second current concentration of current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank and/or a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the stripping unit, the treatment object of the industrial waste stripping treatment device can comprise industrial waste, and the industrial waste can comprise at least one of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules such as VOCs, H2S, NH3, CO2, HCN, CS2 and the like and wastewater containing a large amount of toxic and harmful dissolved gas such as VOCs, H2S, NH3, CO2, HCN, CS2 and the like.
Specifically, a sensor may be provided in the industrial waste blow-off processing apparatus, and the sensor may be configured to detect a first current concentration in a cavity of the industrial waste blow-off processing apparatus, a second current concentration of a current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank, and/or a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the blow-off unit, that is, the sensor may detect the first current concentration in the cavity, the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet, the first current water level of the water tank, and/or the second current water level of the water leakage tank in the blow-off unit, and send the detected first current concentration, second current concentration, first current water level, and/or second current water level to the controller. Thus, the controller may receive a first current concentration in the cavity detected by the sensor, a second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank, and/or a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the blow-off unit.
In addition, when the controller obtains the target characteristic parameters in the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment, the controller can obtain the target characteristic parameters independently, can obtain the target characteristic parameters in the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment in pairs, can obtain the target characteristic parameters in three pairs simultaneously, can obtain the first current concentration in the cavity, the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet, the first current water level of the water tank and the second current water level of the water leakage tank in the stripping unit independently and sequentially, can obtain the first current concentration in the cavity, the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet and the first current water level of the water tank, and can obtain the second current water level of the water leakage tank in the stripping unit simultaneously. Nor is it particularly limited herein.
Step S102, determining a target strategy matched with the target characteristic parameters.
Specifically, when the controller receives the target characteristic parameter sent by the sensor, the controller can match the target characteristic parameter with preset target characteristic information so as to acquire a target adjustment strategy matched with the target characteristic parameter; when the target characteristic parameter includes a first current concentration in the cavity, a second current concentration of current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank, and/or a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the blow-off unit, the preset target characteristic information may include a first preset reference concentration, a second preset reference concentration, a first preset reference water level, and/or a second preset reference water level.
Thus, when the target characteristic parameter comprises a first current concentration within the cavity of the industrial waste blow-off treatment device, step S102 may be implemented by the following sub-steps:
and step S1021, matching the first current concentration with a first preset reference concentration to obtain a first target matching result.
Wherein the first predetermined reference concentration may be used to characterize the concentration of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules contained in the gas sufficient to indicate that the gas is a readily-explosive gas. The first preset reference concentration may be the first reference concentration threshold or the first reference concentration range. And are not limited herein.
Specifically, when the first current concentration in the cavity is obtained by the sensor, the controller may match the first current concentration with a first preset reference concentration, for example, compare the first current concentration with a first reference concentration threshold, or compare the first current concentration with a maximum value and a minimum value of a first reference concentration range respectively, so as to obtain a first target matching result.
Step S1022, determining a target processing strategy including reducing fan power when the first target matching result characterizes that the first current concentration is higher than the first preset reference concentration.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the first current concentration in the cavity represented by the first target matching result is higher than the first preset reference concentration, the controller can consider that the concentration of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules contained in the cavity of the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment is too high and can cause explosion in the cavity, and at the moment, a target treatment strategy comprising reducing the power of a fan can be determined, so that the stripping amount of the volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules is reduced; wherein the first current concentration in the cavity being higher than the first preset reference concentration comprises the first current concentration being greater than a first reference concentration threshold or the first current concentration being greater than a maximum value of a first reference concentration range.
Step S1023, when the first target matching result represents that the first current concentration is lower than the first preset reference concentration, determining a target strategy for keeping the current power of the fan unchanged.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the first current concentration in the cavity represented by the first target matching result is lower than the first preset reference concentration, the controller can consider that the concentration of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules contained in the cavity of the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment is not high and does not cause explosion in the cavity, and at the moment, a target strategy for keeping the current power of the fan unchanged can be determined, so that the equipment controls the fan to carry out gas stripping treatment according to the current power; wherein the first current concentration within the cavity being higher than the first preset reference concentration may include the first current concentration being less than a first reference concentration threshold, the first current concentration being less than a minimum value of the first reference concentration range, or the first current concentration being between a minimum value and a maximum value of the first reference concentration range.
In the actual treatment process, when the target characteristic parameter includes the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet of the industrial waste stripping treatment device, step S102 may be implemented by the following substeps:
And step S11, matching the second current concentration with a second preset reference concentration to obtain a second target matching result.
Wherein the second predetermined reference concentration may be used to characterize the concentration of toxic and harmful molecules in the gas as sufficient to indicate that the gas is a clean gas that meets emission standards. And, the second preset reference concentration may be the second reference concentration threshold or the second reference concentration range. And are not limited herein.
Specifically, when the controller obtains the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet through the sensor, the controller may further match the second current concentration with a second preset reference concentration, for example, compare the second current concentration with a second reference concentration threshold, or compare the second current concentration with a maximum value and a minimum value of a second reference concentration range respectively, so as to obtain a second target matching result.
And step S12, when the second target matching result represents that the first current concentration is higher than the second preset reference concentration, determining a target processing strategy comprising increasing microwave power.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the second target matching result indicates that the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet is higher than the second preset reference concentration, the current gas generated after being processed by the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment can be considered to contain toxic and harmful components, and at the moment, a target treatment strategy comprising increasing microwave power can be determined, so that clean gas which meets the emission standard and does not harm the environment and human health is generated after being processed by the equipment; wherein the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet being higher than the second preset reference concentration may comprise the second current concentration being greater than a second reference concentration threshold or the second current concentration being greater than a maximum value of the second reference concentration range.
And S13, determining a target treatment strategy comprising discharging the current gas when the second target matching result indicates that the second current concentration is lower than the second preset reference concentration.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the second target matching result indicates that the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet is lower than the second preset reference concentration, the current gas generated by the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment can be considered to contain no toxic and harmful components, and at the moment, a target treatment strategy for discharging the current gas can be determined so as to collect or discharge the current gas as clean gas into the air; wherein the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet being lower than the second preset reference concentration comprises the second current concentration being less than a second reference concentration threshold, the second current concentration being less than a minimum value of the second reference concentration range, or the second current concentration being between a minimum value and a maximum value of the second reference concentration range.
In the actual process, when the target characteristic parameter includes a first current water level of the water tank of the industrial waste blow-off processing apparatus, step S102 may be implemented by the following sub-steps:
and step S21, matching the first current water level with a first preset reference water level to obtain a third target matching result.
The first preset reference water level can be used for representing the water level in the water tank to indicate that the water amount of the water tank is enough and/or a filter screen on the surface of the water tank is not blocked and can be normally used for waste gas and waste water stripping treatment. And, the first preset reference water level may be a first reference water level threshold or a first reference water level range. And are not limited herein.
Specifically, when the controller obtains the first current water level of the water tank of the industrial waste blow-off processing device through the sensor, the controller may further match the first current water level with a first preset reference water level, for example, compare the first current water level with a first reference water level threshold value, or compare the first current water level with a minimum value and a maximum value of a first reference water level range respectively, so as to obtain a third target matching result.
And S22, determining a target treatment strategy comprising continuously executing target wastewater and exhaust gas treatment when the third target matching result indicates that the first current water level is higher than the first preset reference water level.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the first current water level of the water tank is higher than the first preset reference water level, which is represented by the third target matching result, the controller can consider that the water amount in the water tank is enough and the filter screen on the surface of the water tank is not blocked, so that the water tank can be normally and continuously used for the waste gas and waste water stripping treatment, and therefore, a target treatment strategy including continuously executing target waste water and waste gas treatment can be determined; wherein the first current water level of the water tank being higher than the first preset reference water level may include the first current water level being greater than a first reference water level threshold, the first current water level being greater than a maximum value of the first reference water level range, or the first current water level being between a minimum value and a maximum value of the first reference water level range; and the water tank can be used for containing water, and the contained water can be clear water without volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules or waste water containing volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules.
And S23, determining a target processing strategy including executing alarm prompt when the third target matching result represents that the first current water level is lower than the first preset reference water level.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the first current water level of the water tank is lower than the first preset reference water level, which is represented by the third target matching result, the controller can consider that the water in the water tank is insufficient and/or the filter screen on the surface of the water tank is blocked and cannot be normally used for waste gas and waste water stripping treatment, so that a target treatment strategy comprising executing alarm prompt can be determined, so that a user is conveniently reminded of injecting waste water into the water tank and/or blocking the filter screen, and the effective utilization rate and the service life of equipment are improved; wherein the first current water level of the water tank being lower than the first preset reference water level may include the first current water level being lower than a first reference water level threshold or a minimum value of the first current water level being lower than a first reference water level range.
In the actual treatment process, when the target characteristic parameter includes the second current water level of the water leakage tank in the blowing-off unit of the industrial waste blowing-off treatment apparatus, step S102 may be implemented by the following sub-steps:
and step S31, matching the second current water level with a second preset reference water level to obtain a fourth target matching result.
The second preset reference water level can be used for representing that the water level in the upper water leakage groove in the stripping unit is enough to indicate that the filter screen on the surface of the upper water leakage groove is not blocked and can be normally used for waste gas and waste water stripping treatment. And, the second preset reference water level may be a second reference water level threshold value or a second reference water level range. And are not limited herein.
Specifically, when the controller obtains the second current water level of the water leakage groove in the blowing-off unit through the sensor, the controller may further match the second current water level with a second preset reference water level, for example, compare the second current water level with a second reference water level threshold value, or compare the second current water level with a minimum value and a maximum value of a second reference water level range respectively, so as to obtain a fourth target matching result.
And S32, determining a target treatment strategy comprising executing a blockage cleaning prompt when the fourth target matching result indicates that the second current water level is higher than the second preset reference water level.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the second current water level of the water leakage groove in the blowing-off unit is higher than the second preset reference water level according to the fourth target matching result, it can be considered that the filter screen on the surface of the water leakage groove at the upper part in the blowing-off unit of the industrial waste blowing-off treatment device is blocked, so that the water level is too high, the waste water in the water leakage groove at the upper part can flow into the MW-LEP unit and cannot be normally used for blowing-off waste gas and waste water, and at the moment, a target treatment strategy including executing a blocking cleaning prompt can be determined, so that the adjusted water level of the water leakage groove at the upper part of the blowing-off unit is lower than the second preset reference water level; the second current water level of the water leakage groove in the blow-off unit being higher than the second preset reference water level may include that the second current water level is greater than a second reference water level threshold value or that the second current water level is greater than a maximum value of a second reference water level range.
And step S33, when the fourth target matching result represents that the second current water level is lower than the second preset reference water level, determining a target treatment strategy comprising continuously executing target wastewater and exhaust gas treatment.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the second current water level of the water leakage groove in the blowing-off unit is lower than the second preset reference water level, which is represented by the fourth target matching result, it can be considered that the filter screen on the surface of the water leakage groove at the upper part in the blowing-off unit of the industrial waste blowing-off treatment device is not blocked and the waste water in the water leakage groove at the upper part cannot flow into the MW-LEP unit, and at the moment, a target treatment strategy including continuously executing target waste water and waste gas treatment is determined, so that the purpose of quickly and efficiently performing waste gas and waste water blowing-off treatment is achieved; wherein the second current water level of the water leakage groove in the blow-off unit being lower than the second preset reference water level comprises a minimum value that the second current water level is smaller than a second reference water level threshold value or the second current water level is smaller than a second reference water level range.
It should be noted that, when the target characteristic parameters obtained by the controller include at least two of a first current concentration in the cavity, a second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank, and a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the stripping unit, matching the first current concentration with a first preset reference concentration, matching the second current concentration with a second preset reference concentration, matching the first current water level with the first preset reference water level, and matching the second current water level with the second preset reference water level, so as to obtain corresponding at least two target matching results, thereby determining a target strategy corresponding to the at least two target matching results. The specific matching process is described in the foregoing embodiments, and will not be described herein.
And step 103, controlling and executing target processing operation according to the target strategy.
In the actual processing procedure, the specific implementation procedure of step S103 may include the following sub-steps:
and step S1031, when a target processing strategy including reducing the power of the fan is determined, controlling to reduce the current wind speed of the fan at the air inlet to obtain first target adjusted information.
Specifically, when the controller determines the target treatment strategy including reducing the power of the blower, the controller can consider that the concentration of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules contained in the cavity of the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment is too high and can cause explosion in the cavity, and at the moment, the controller can control the execution of the operation of reducing the current wind speed of the blower at the air inlet, so that the concentration of the volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules generated after the equipment stripping is lower than the first preset reference concentration.
Wherein the first target adjusted information may include an adjusted wind speed of the wind turbine at the inlet after the current wind speed of the wind turbine is reduced.
Step S1032, under the action of the first target adjusted information, controlling to execute the target wastewater and exhaust gas treatment operation.
Specifically, the controller can control the equipment to execute the waste gas and waste water stripping treatment operation under the action of the information after the first target adjustment, so as to realize the purpose of efficiently and quickly treating the waste water and/or waste gas.
It should be noted that, step S103 may also be implemented by the following procedure:
and S41, when a target processing strategy comprising increasing the microwave power is determined, controlling to reduce the current power of the microwave source in the MW-LEP unit to obtain second target adjusted information.
Specifically, when the controller determines the target treatment strategy including increasing the microwave power, the controller can consider that the current gas generated after the treatment by the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment contains toxic and harmful components, and at the moment, the controller can control the current power increasing operation of the microwave source in the MW-LEP unit in the equipment to be performed, so that the gas generated after the treatment by the equipment does not contain toxic and harmful components.
Wherein the second target adjusted information may comprise an adjusted power after the current power of the microwave source in the MW-LEP unit in the industrial waste blow-off treatment device is increased.
And step S42, controlling and executing target wastewater and exhaust gas treatment operation under the action of the second target adjusted information.
Specifically, the controller can control the equipment to execute the waste gas and waste water stripping treatment operation under the action of the information after the second target adjustment, so as to realize the purpose of efficiently and quickly treating the waste water and/or waste gas.
When the controller determines that the target treatment strategy including the blockage cleaning prompt is executed, it can be considered that the filter screen on the surface of the upper water leakage tank in the blowing-off unit of the industrial waste blowing-off treatment device is blocked, so that the water level is too high, and the waste water in the upper water leakage tank can flow into the MW-LEP unit and cannot be normally used for blowing-off waste gas and waste water, and at the moment, the controller can send out an alarm in a voice prompt mode of sound and/or words, so that a user can timely perform blockage treatment on the filter screen on the surface of the upper water leakage tank, such as replacing or cleaning the filter screen on the surface of the upper water leakage tank.
In addition, when the controller determines that the target treatment strategy including executing the alarm prompt is determined, the controller can consider that the water in the water tank is insufficient and/or the filter screen on the surface of the water tank is blocked and cannot be normally used for the waste gas and waste water stripping treatment, and at the moment, the controller can also send out an alarm in a voice prompt mode of sound and/or words so as to prompt a user to timely inject waste water into the water tank and/or perform blocking treatment on the filter screen on the surface of the water tank, such as replacing or cleaning the filter screen on the surface of the water tank, thereby improving the use rate and service life of the equipment.
In addition, when the controller determines that the target strategy for keeping the current power of the fan unchanged is included, the concentration of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules contained in the cavity of the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment can be considered to be low, explosion can not be caused in the cavity, and at the moment, the controller can continuously control the fan to blow air into the cavity at the current wind speed of the fan, so that the purpose of waste water and waste gas stripping treatment is realized.
In addition, when the controller determines that the target treatment strategy including discharging the current gas is included, it may be considered that the current gas generated via the industrial waste blow-off treatment apparatus does not include toxic and harmful components, and the controller may control the current gas to be discharged as clean gas so as to be collected or discharged into the air.
In addition, when the controller determines a target treatment strategy including continuing to perform a target wastewater and exhaust gas treatment, the apparatus may be controlled to continue to perform an exhaust gas and wastewater stripping treatment operation in order to treat the wastewater and/or exhaust gas in a timely and efficient manner.
