The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
An industrial waste air stripping treatment method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is applied to an industrial waste air stripping treatment device, and an execution main body of the industrial waste air stripping treatment method is a controller in the industrial waste air stripping treatment device, as shown in fig. 1, a schematic flow diagram of the industrial waste air stripping treatment method is shown, and steps included in the method are specifically described below with reference to fig. 1.
And S101, acquiring target characteristic parameters in the industrial waste stripping treatment equipment.
Wherein the target characteristic parameters comprise a first current concentration in the cavity, a second current concentration of current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank and/or a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the blow-off unit, the processing object of the industrial waste blow-off processing equipment can comprise industrial waste, and the industrial waste can comprise at least one of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules such as VOCs, H2S, NH3, CO2, HCN, CS2 and the like and wastewater containing a large amount of toxic and harmful dissolved gas such as VOCs, H2S, NH3, CO2, HCN, CS2 and the like.
Specifically, a sensor may be disposed in the industrial waste air-stripping treatment device, and the sensor may be configured to detect a first current concentration in a cavity of the industrial waste air-stripping treatment device, a second current concentration of current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank, and/or a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the air-stripping unit, that is, the sensor may detect the first current concentration in the cavity, the second current concentration of current gas at the gas outlet, the first current water level of the water tank, and/or the second current water level of the water leakage tank in the air-stripping unit, and send the detected first current concentration, the detected second current concentration, the detected first current water level, and/or the detected second current water level to the controller. Thus, the controller may receive a first current concentration of gas present at the gas outlet, a second current concentration of gas present at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank, and/or a second current water level of a water sink in the blow-off unit, as detected by the sensor.
In addition, when the controller obtains the target characteristic parameters in the industrial waste air-stripping treatment equipment, the controller can obtain the target characteristic parameters individually, two or three of the target characteristic parameters, or simultaneously, for example, the controller can obtain a first current concentration of the gas at the gas outlet, a second current concentration of the gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank and a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the air-stripping unit individually and sequentially, also can obtain a first current concentration of the gas at the gas outlet and a second current concentration of the gas leakage tank in the air-stripping unit first, then obtain a first current water level of the water tank and a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the air-stripping unit, and also can obtain a first current concentration of the gas at the gas outlet and a first current water level of the water leakage tank in the air-stripping unit later, and then obtain a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the air-stripping unit simultaneously, or simultaneously obtain a first current concentration of the gas in the cavity, A second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank, and a second current water level of a water leakage tank in the blow-off unit. And is not particularly limited herein.
And S102, determining a target strategy matched with the target characteristic parameters.
Specifically, when receiving a target characteristic parameter sent by a sensor, the controller may match the target characteristic parameter with preset target characteristic information, so as to obtain a target adjustment strategy matched with the target characteristic parameter; when the target characteristic parameters include a first current concentration in the cavity, a second current concentration of a current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank and/or a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the air stripping unit, the preset target characteristic information may include a first preset reference concentration, a second preset reference concentration, a first preset reference water level and/or a second preset reference water level.
Thus, when the target characteristic parameter comprises a first current concentration within the cavity of the industrial waste blow-off processing apparatus, step S102 may be implemented by the following sub-steps:
and S1021, matching the first current concentration with a first preset reference concentration to obtain a first target matching result.
Wherein the first predetermined reference concentration can be used to characterize the concentration of volatile toxic harmful gas molecules contained in the gas sufficient to indicate that the gas is a flammable gas. The first preset reference concentration may be a first reference concentration threshold, or may be a first reference concentration range. And is not limited herein.
Specifically, when the controller obtains a first current concentration in the cavity through the sensor, the first current concentration may be matched with a first preset reference concentration, for example, the first current concentration is compared with a first reference concentration threshold, or the first current concentration is respectively compared with a maximum value and a minimum value of a first reference concentration range, so as to obtain a first target matching result.
Step S1022, when the first target matching result indicates that the first current concentration is higher than the first preset reference concentration, determining a target processing strategy including reduction of fan power.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the first target matching result represents that the first current concentration in the cavity is higher than the first preset reference concentration, it can be considered that the concentration of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules contained in the cavity of the industrial waste air stripping treatment equipment is too high and explosion can occur in the cavity, and at this time, a target treatment strategy including reduction of the power of the fan can be determined, so that the air stripping amount of the blown volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules is reduced; wherein, the first current concentration in the cavity being higher than the first preset reference concentration includes the first current concentration being greater than a first reference concentration threshold or the first current concentration being greater than a maximum value of a first reference concentration range.
And S1023, when the first target matching result indicates that the first current concentration is lower than the first preset reference concentration, determining a target strategy which comprises the step of keeping the current power of the fan unchanged.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the first target matching result represents that the first current concentration in the cavity is lower than the first preset reference concentration, it can be considered that the concentration of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules contained in the cavity of the industrial waste air stripping treatment equipment is not high and explosion in the cavity cannot be caused, and at this time, a target strategy including keeping the current power of the fan unchanged can be determined, so that the equipment controls the fan to carry out air stripping treatment according to the current power; wherein the first current concentration within the cavity being higher than the first preset reference concentration may include the first current concentration being less than a first reference concentration threshold, the first current concentration being less than a minimum of a first reference concentration range, or the first current concentration being between the minimum and maximum of the first reference concentration range.
In the actual processing process, when the target characteristic parameter includes a second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet of the industrial waste air stripping processing equipment, the step S102 may be implemented by the following sub-steps:
and step S11, matching the second current concentration with a second preset reference concentration to obtain a second target matching result.
Wherein the second predetermined reference concentration can be used to characterize the concentration of the toxic and harmful molecules in the gas sufficient to indicate that the gas is a clean gas meeting the emission standard. The second preset reference concentration may be a second reference concentration threshold, or a second reference concentration range. And is not limited herein.
Specifically, when the controller obtains the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet via the sensor, the second current concentration may be further matched with a second preset reference concentration, for example, the second current concentration is compared with a second reference concentration threshold, or the second current concentration is respectively compared with a maximum value and a minimum value of a second reference concentration range, so as to obtain a second target matching result.
And step S12, when the second target matching result indicates that the first current concentration is higher than the second preset reference concentration, determining a target processing strategy including increasing microwave power.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the second target matching result represents that the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet is higher than the second preset reference concentration, the current gas generated after being treated by the industrial waste air stripping treatment equipment can be considered to contain toxic and harmful components, and at this time, a target treatment strategy including increasing microwave power can be determined, so that clean gas which meets the emission standard and does not harm the environment and human health is generated after being treated by the equipment; the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet being higher than the second preset reference concentration may include the second current concentration being greater than a second reference concentration threshold or the second current concentration being greater than a maximum of a second reference concentration range.
Step S13, determining a target treatment strategy including exhausting the current gas when the second target matching result indicates that the second current concentration is lower than the second preset reference concentration.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the second target matching result represents that the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet is lower than the second preset reference concentration, the current gas generated by the industrial waste air stripping treatment equipment can be considered to contain no toxic and harmful components, and at this time, a target treatment strategy including discharging the current gas can be determined, so that the current gas is collected or discharged into the air as clean gas; wherein the second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet being lower than the second preset reference concentration comprises the second current concentration being lower than a second reference concentration threshold, the second current concentration being lower than a minimum value of a second reference concentration range, or the second current concentration being between the minimum value and the maximum value of the second reference concentration range.
In the actual process, when the target characteristic parameter includes a first current water level of a water tank of the industrial waste blow-off treatment equipment, the step S102 may be implemented by the following sub-steps:
and step S21, matching the first current water level with a first preset reference water level to obtain a third target matching result.
The first preset reference water level can be used for representing the water level in the water tank and is used for indicating that the water amount of the water tank is enough and/or a filter screen on the surface of the water tank is not blocked and can be normally used for the waste gas and wastewater air-blowing treatment. The first preset reference water level may be a first reference water level threshold, or a first reference water level range. And is not limited herein.
Specifically, when the controller acquires the first current water level of the water tank of the industrial waste air-stripping treatment equipment through the sensor, the first current water level can be further matched with the first preset reference water level, for example, the first current water level is compared with a first reference water level threshold value, or the first current water level is respectively compared with the minimum value and the maximum value of the first reference water level range, so that a third target matching result is obtained.
And step S22, when the third target matching result indicates that the first current water level is higher than the first preset reference water level, determining a target treatment strategy comprising continuing to execute target waste water and waste gas treatment.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the third target matching result represents that the first current water level of the water tank is higher than the first preset reference water level, it may be considered that the amount of water in the water tank is sufficient and the filter screen on the surface of the water tank is not blocked, and the water can be normally and continuously used for the waste water and waste gas blow-off treatment, so that a target treatment strategy including continuously performing the target waste water and waste gas treatment may be determined; the first current water level of the water tank is higher than the first preset reference water level, and the first current water level may include that the first current water level is higher than a first reference water level threshold, the first current water level is higher than a maximum value of a first reference water level range, or the first current water level is between a minimum value and a maximum value of the first reference water level range; and the water tank can be used for containing water, and the contained water can be clear water without volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules and can also be waste water containing volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules.
Step S23, when the third target matching result indicates that the first current water level is lower than the first preset reference water level, determining a target processing strategy including executing an alarm prompt.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the third target matching result represents that the first current water level of the water tank is lower than the first preset reference water level, the controller may determine that the amount of water in the water tank is insufficient and/or a filter screen on the surface of the water tank is blocked and cannot be normally used for the waste gas and waste water air-stripping treatment, so that a target treatment strategy including execution of alarm prompt may be determined to remind a user to inject waste water into the water tank and/or block the filter screen, thereby improving the effective utilization rate and the service life of the equipment; the first current water level of the water tank being lower than the first preset reference water level may include the first current water level being lower than a first reference water level threshold or the first current water level being lower than a minimum value of a first reference water level range.
In the actual process, when the target characteristic parameter includes a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the blow-off unit of the industrial waste blow-off processing equipment, the step S102 may be implemented by the following sub-steps:
and step S31, matching the second current water level with a second preset reference water level to obtain a fourth target matching result.
Wherein, the second preset reference water level can be used for representing that the water level in the upper water leaking tank in the air stripping unit is enough to indicate that the filter screen on the surface of the upper water leaking tank is not blocked and can be normally used for the air stripping treatment of the waste gas and the waste water. And, the second preset reference water level may be a second reference water level threshold, or a second reference water level range. And is not limited herein.
Specifically, when the controller acquires the second current water level of the water leakage groove in the air stripping unit through the sensor, the second current water level can be further matched with the second preset reference water level, for example, the second current water level is compared with the second reference water level threshold, or the second current water level is respectively compared with the minimum value and the maximum value of the second reference water level range, so that a fourth target matching result is obtained.
And step S32, when the fourth target matching result indicates that the second current water level is higher than the second preset reference water level, determining a target processing strategy including execution of jam clearing prompt.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the fourth target matching result represents that the second current water level of the water leakage tank in the air-stripping unit is higher than the second preset reference water level, it may be considered that a filter screen on the surface of an upper water leakage tank in the air-stripping unit of the industrial waste air-stripping treatment equipment is blocked, so that the water level is too high, waste water in the upper water leakage tank flows into the MW-LEP unit, and the MW-LEP unit cannot be normally used for waste gas and waste water air-stripping treatment, and at this time, a target treatment strategy including execution of blockage clearing prompt may be determined, so that the adjusted water level of the upper water leakage tank of the air-stripping unit is lower than the second preset reference water level; the second current water level of the water leakage groove in the blow-off unit is higher than the second preset reference water level, and the second current water level may be greater than the second reference water level threshold or greater than the maximum of the second reference water level range.
And step S33, when the fourth target matching result indicates that the second current water level is lower than the second preset reference water level, determining a target treatment strategy comprising continuing to execute target waste water and waste gas treatment.
Specifically, when the controller determines that the fourth target matching result represents that the second current water level of the water leakage tank in the air stripping unit is lower than the second preset reference water level, it can be considered that a filter screen on the surface of the upper water leakage tank in the air stripping unit of the industrial waste air stripping treatment equipment is not blocked and waste water in the upper water leakage tank cannot flow into the MW-LEP unit, and at the moment, a target treatment strategy including continuing to execute target waste water and waste gas treatment is determined, so that the purpose of quickly and efficiently performing waste water air stripping treatment is achieved; the second current water level of the water leakage groove in the air stripping unit is lower than a second preset reference water level and comprises a minimum value of the second current water level being smaller than a second reference water level threshold or the second current water level being smaller than a second reference water level range.
It should be noted that when the target characteristic parameters obtained by the controller include at least two of a first current concentration in the cavity, a second current concentration of the current gas at the gas outlet, a first current water level of the water tank, and a second current water level of the water leakage tank in the blow-off unit, matching the first current concentration with a first preset reference concentration, matching the second current concentration with a second preset reference concentration, matching the first current water level with the first preset reference water level, and matching the second current water level with the second preset reference water level may be performed in a corresponding manner, so as to obtain at least two corresponding target matching results, thereby determining a target strategy corresponding to the at least two target matching results. The specific matching process is as described in the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again.
And step S103, controlling and executing target processing operation according to the target strategy.
In the actual processing procedure, the specific implementation procedure of step S103 may include the following sub-steps:
and step S1031, when the target processing strategy comprising reducing the power of the fan is determined, controlling to reduce the current wind speed of the fan at the air inlet to obtain first target adjusted information.
Specifically, when the controller determines a target processing strategy including reduction of the power of the fan, it can be considered that the concentration of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules contained in the cavity of the industrial waste air stripping processing equipment is too high and explosion occurs in the cavity, and at the moment, the controller can control and execute reduction operation aiming at the current wind speed of the fan at the air inlet, so that the concentration of the volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules generated after air stripping through the equipment is lower than a first preset reference concentration.
The first target adjusted information may include an adjusted wind speed after the current wind speed of the fan at the air inlet is reduced.
And S1032, controlling to execute target waste water and waste gas treatment operation under the action of the first target adjusted information.
Specifically, the controller can control the equipment to execute the waste gas and waste water blow-off treatment operation under the action of the first target adjusted information, so as to achieve the purpose of efficiently and quickly treating the waste water and/or the waste gas.
It should be noted that step S103 can also be implemented by the following process:
and step S41, when the target processing strategy including increasing the microwave power is determined, controlling to reduce the current power of the microwave source in the MW-LEP unit to obtain second target adjusted information.
Specifically, when the controller determines a target treatment strategy including increasing the microwave power, it may be considered that the current gas generated after being treated by the industrial waste blow-off treatment equipment contains toxic and harmful components, and at this time, the controller may control to perform an operation of increasing the current power of the microwave source in the MW-LEP unit in the equipment, so that the gas generated after being treated by the equipment does not contain toxic and harmful components.
Wherein the second target adjusted information may include an adjusted power after the current power of the microwave source in the MW-LEP unit in the industrial waste blow-off treatment facility is increased.
And step S42, under the action of the second target adjusted information, controlling to execute target waste water and waste gas treatment operation.
Specifically, the controller can control the equipment to execute the waste gas and waste water blow-off treatment operation under the action of the information after the second target is adjusted, so that the aim of efficiently and quickly treating the waste water and/or the waste gas is fulfilled.
It should be noted that, when the controller determines the target processing strategy including executing the blockage clearing prompt, it may be considered that the filter screen on the surface of the upper water leakage tank in the air-releasing unit of the industrial waste air-releasing processing equipment is blocked to cause the water level to be too high and the waste water in the upper water leakage tank may flow into the MW-LEP unit, and the filter screen cannot be normally used for the waste gas and waste water air-releasing processing, at this time, the controller may issue an alarm in a voice prompt manner of sound and/or characters, so that the user may timely block the filter screen on the surface of the upper water leakage tank, for example, replace or clean the filter screen on the surface of the upper water leakage tank.
In addition, when the controller determines that the target treatment strategy including the execution of the alarm prompt is determined, the controller can be used for judging that the water quantity in the water tank is insufficient and/or the filter screen on the surface of the water tank is blocked and cannot be normally used for the waste gas and waste water blow-off treatment, and at the moment, the controller can also give an alarm in a voice prompt mode of sound and/or characters to prompt a user to timely inject waste water into the water tank and/or perform blockage treatment on the filter screen on the surface of the water tank, such as replacement or cleaning of the filter screen on the surface of the water tank, so that the service rate and the service life of the equipment are improved.
In addition, when the controller determines a target strategy for keeping the current power of the fan unchanged, the concentration of volatile toxic and harmful gas molecules contained in the cavity of the industrial waste air stripping treatment equipment is not high, and explosion in the cavity cannot be caused, and at the moment, the controller can continuously control the fan to blow air into the cavity at the current air speed, so that the aim of waste water and waste gas air stripping treatment is fulfilled.
Further, when the controller determines that the target treatment strategy including the current gas discharge is determined, it may be considered that the current gas generated via the industrial waste blow-off treatment apparatus does not contain a toxic or harmful component, and at this time, the controller may control the current gas to be discharged as a clean gas for collection or discharge into the air.
In addition, when the controller determines a target treatment strategy including continuing to perform the target wastewater and exhaust gas treatment, the apparatus may be controlled to continue to perform the exhaust wastewater blowdown treatment operation so as to timely and efficiently treat the wastewater and/or the exhaust gas.
