The lateral conveying device further comprises a side baffle 122, and the side baffle 122 is fixed on the conveyor belt bracket 114 and is on the same side as the cylinder 121. In this embodiment, the side guards 122 are "L" shaped plates that are screwed to the top of the belt support 114 to prevent the premade package strip from deviating from the belt 111 during lateral transportation. The bottom of the belt support 114 is mounted on a device support 123, and the device support 123 supports the entire device, and the shape thereof is not particularly limited.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the longitudinal conveyor 2 is located at the end of the transverse conveyor 1 and is composed of a chain-link conveyor 21 and a plurality of cigarette pushing components, each cigarette pushing component is composed of a cigarette pushing plate 22 and a hook plate 23, and both the cigarette pushing plate 22 and the hook plate 23 are fixed on the outer surface of the chain-link conveyor 21.
The chain plate conveying belt 21 is driven by a motor 24, specifically, the motor 24 is connected with a driving belt wheel of the chain plate conveying belt 21, and drives the driving belt wheel, the chain plate conveying belt 21 and a driven belt wheel to drive in turn, so as to provide power for the whole longitudinal conveying device 2. The driving pulley and the driven pulley are fixed to the base plate 6 by a pulley holder (not shown).
The cigarette pushing plate 22 is a square plate, and the hook plate 23 is a bending plate or an arc plate. In a preferred embodiment, the smoke pusher 22 is a rectangular plate and the hook plate 23 is an "L" shaped bent plate. As shown in fig. 5, the distance between the cigarette pushing plate 22 and the hook plate 23 corresponding thereto is adapted to the length of the prefabricated package strip 8, so that the lid of the prefabricated package strip 8 can be overlapped on the hook plate 23.
In a preferred embodiment, the cigarette pushing component further comprises a cigarette pressing block 25, and the cigarette pressing block 25 is fixed on the outer surface of the chain plate conveyor belt 21 and is positioned between the cigarette pushing plate 22 and the hook plate 23 corresponding to the cigarette pushing plate. The cigarette pressing block 25 is of a square block structure, an inverted inclined surface 25-1 is arranged on the cigarette pressing block, the inverted inclined surface 25-1 faces the prefabricated packaging strip box conveyed transversely, and the included angle between the inverted inclined surface 25-1 and the horizontal plane is 15-60 degrees. Referring to fig. 5, when the cigarette pressing block 25 is conveyed below the chain plate conveyor belt 21, the distance b between the cigarette pressing block 25 and the bottom plate 6 is 0.5-1mm smaller than the thickness of the prefabricated packaging strip box 8, which not only ensures that the prefabricated packaging strip box 8 enters between the cigarette pushing plate 22 and the hook plate 23, but also ensures that the cigarette pressing block 25 applies proper pressure to the prefabricated packaging strip box 8 to press the strip box, and the strip box is prevented from jumping.
In the present embodiment, there are four cigarette pushing components composed of the cigarette pushing plate 22, the hook plate 23 and the cigarette pressing block 25, and in practical applications, the number of the cigarette pushing components is set according to the actual sizes of the chain plate conveyor 21 and the prefabricated packaging strip case 8, which is not limited in particular.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the group pushing device 3 is located at the end of the longitudinal conveying device 2 and is composed of a group pushing plate 31 and an electric cylinder 32. The cigarette group push plate 31 is formed by three square plates through a die in an integrated mode or formed by welding, the width of the cigarette group push plate 31 is matched with the width of the cigarette group 9(1 group comprises 10 small cigarette packets), and the cigarette group 9 can be pushed. The cigarette group pushing plate 31 is coincided with the chain plate conveying belt 21 along the longitudinal central line, the distance between the cigarette group pushing plate 31 and the chain plate conveying belt 21 is matched with the total length of the cigarette group 9, so that the cigarette group 9 pushed by corresponding equipment can enter between the cigarette group pushing plate 31 and the chain plate conveying belt 21, the cigarette group pushing plate 31 is installed at the bottom of the electric cylinder 32 and can reciprocate along the longitudinal direction under the driving of the electric cylinder 32, and the cigarette group 9 is pushed into the prefabricated packaging strip box with the opened box cover and conveyed by the longitudinal conveying device 2 to be reset. The electric cylinder 32 is fixed to the base plate 6 by an electric cylinder bracket (not shown). Preferably, one side of cigarette group push pedal 31 is equipped with cigarette group baffle 33, and cigarette group baffle 33 is "L" template, through fix with screw on bottom plate 6, and in the in-process that cigarette group push pedal 31 promoted cigarette group 9, cigarette group baffle 33 can prevent that cigarette group 9 from deviating.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the end of the longitudinal conveyor 2 (i.e., the leading end of the apron conveyor 21) is provided with a cartridge positioning device 7. The barrel positioning device 7 comprises a movable sleeve opening 71 and two positioning elastic sheets 72, the movable sleeve opening 71 is connected with a moving part, the moving part is connected with an upper folder and a lower folder of the packaging equipment, the upper folder and the lower folder move up and down to provide power for the moving part, and therefore the moving part drives the movable sleeve opening 71 to move. The two positioning elastic pieces 72 are fixed on the movable looping 71 and are symmetrically arranged along the center of the movable looping 71.
As shown in fig. 6, the movable sleeve opening 71 is a straight arch structure, the inner walls of both sides are provided with installation slopes, and the distance between the inner walls of both sides is adapted to the width of the cigarette group 9, so that the cigarette group 9 can smoothly pass through the movable sleeve opening 71 and enter the prefabricated packaging strip box 8 with the opened box cover. In a preferred embodiment, the distance is 0.5mm greater than the width of the group 9 of cigarettes. The front end of the movable sleeve opening 71 is provided with a sleeve opening inverted inclined surface, and the included angle between the sleeve opening inverted inclined surface and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees, so that the cigarette group 9 can conveniently enter and pass through the movable sleeve opening 71.
The positioning spring plate 72 is formed by two square plates, and is integrally formed through a mold or welded. Two countersunk holes are formed in one square plate, and the whole positioning elastic sheet 72 is fixed on the installation inclined surface of the movable sleeve opening 71 through two countersunk screws; another square plate can be inserted into the prefabricated packaging strip box 8 with the box cover opened. In a preferred embodiment, the included angle between the two square plates is 160 degrees, and the thickness of the positioning elastic sheet 72 is 0.5 mm.
The moving parts connected to the movable pocket 71 include a slider 73, a guide rail 74, a guide rail bracket 75, a guide plate 76, and a guide rod 77. In this embodiment, the slider 73 is a rectangular parallelepiped structure, the guide rail 74 is a rectangular long rod structure, and the slider 73 passes through the slider 73 and can move back and forth along the guide rail 74. Both ends of the guide rail 74 are fixed to the guide rail brackets 75, the guide rail 74 and the two guide rail brackets 75 are fixed by welding, and the two guide rail brackets 75 are welded to the bottom plate 6.
One side (right side) of the sliding block 73 is fixedly welded with the movable looping 71, and the sliding block 73 can drive the movable looping 71 to move back and forth. A guide plate 76 is fixed to the other side (left side) of the sliding block 73, as shown in fig. 6A, the guide plate 76 is a triangular plate structure, an inclined sliding groove 76-1 and a plurality of threaded holes 76-2 are formed in the guide plate 76, and the guide plate 76 is fixed to the sliding block 73 through a plurality of screws. In a preferred embodiment, the guide plate 76 is a right-angled triangular plate, the inclined sliding grooves 76-1 are arranged along the inclined sides of the guide plate 76, and the number of the threaded holes 76-2 is three and is distributed at three angular positions of the guide plate 76. In practical applications, the guide plate 76 may also be configured as a circular plate, a square plate or other shapes, and is not limited herein.
The guide bar 77 is connected at its upper portion to the guide plate 76, penetrates the base plate 6, and is connected at its lower portion to the upper and lower folders. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6B, the guide bar 77 is provided at an upper portion of one side thereof with a roller 77-1 and at a lower portion thereof with a connecting rod 77-2, and both the roller 77-1 and the connecting rod 77-2 are threadedly mounted on the guide bar 77. The rollers 77-1 are installed in the inclined slide grooves 76-1 and can slide in the inclined slide grooves 76-1. The connecting rod 77-2 is connected to the upper and lower folders of the packaging apparatus, which provide power to the connecting rod 72 and the guide rod 7 to move them up and down.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the barrel pushing device 4 and the box cover closing device 5 are respectively located on both sides of the longitudinal conveying device 2 and are arranged corresponding to each other. Specifically, the barrel ejecting device 4 is located on the left side of the link plate conveyor belt 21 between the barrel positioning device 7 and the conveyor belt 111, and the box cover closing device 5 is located on the right side of the link plate conveyor belt 21.
As shown in fig. 7, the barrel pushing-out device 4 includes a barrel pushing plate 41 and a rack and pinion power box 42, the barrel pushing plate 41 is a square plate and is mounted on the right end portion of the rack and pinion power box 42 through a pushing rod 43, and the rack and pinion power box 42 is fixed on the bottom plate 6. The rack and pinion power box 42 drives the barrel push plate 41 to reciprocate, so that the barrel push plate 41 pushes the prefabricated packaging barrel 8 with the cigarette group 9 to the right and then resets.
As shown in fig. 7, the box cover closing means 5 includes a triangular plate 51, a first shutter 52 and a second shutter 53. The triangular plate 51 is a right-angled triangular plate, two right-angled edges of which are respectively arranged in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and preferably, the inclined edge of the triangular plate is arranged in an arc shape, which is more beneficial to pressing down the closed box cover. The top of the triangular plate 51 is higher than the top of the opened lid so that the lid of the pre-formed packaging carton containing the group of cigarettes pushed out by the carton pushing device first comes into contact with one of the corners (non-right angle) of the triangular plate 51, starting at a and gradually being pressed down by the triangular plate 51 until the lid closure is completed. The triangular plate 51 is fixed to the base plate 6 by means of an "L" shaped bracket 54. The first baffle plate 52 and the second baffle plate 53 are both L-shaped plates, the first baffle plate 52 is positioned at the right side of the triangular plate 51 and fixed on the bottom plate 6 through screws, the second baffle plate 53 and the first baffle plate 52 are parallel to each other, the distance between the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate is matched with the length of the prefabricated packaging strip box 8, and the second baffle plate 53 is fixed on the bottom plate 6 through screws.
The invention provides a using method and a working principle of prefabricated packaging barrel conveying and cigarette group filling equipment, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, the power mechanism 115 operates to manually place the prefabricated packaging strip box 8 with the box cover opened on the conveying belt 111, and the box cover faces to the front side. The plurality of barrel boxes are conveyed transversely in sequence, the box cover is opened to be larger through the left guide rod 113, and then the barrel boxes are conveyed rightwards to the longitudinal conveying device 2 through the movable baffle 118 and the right guide rod 112 in an opening state. In this process, if a defective cartridge is placed on the conveyor belt 111 due to a manual operation error, the photoelectric sensor 119 detects the defective cartridge when the defective cartridge is conveyed to the flapper 118, and transmits the detection signal to the air cylinder 121. The cylinder 121 moves the cigarette picking rod 120, and the cigarette picking rod 120 moves forward to push the defective carton to apply force to the rotating part 118-2 of the movable baffle 118. The rotating part 118-2 rotates 90 degrees around the hinge 118-3 to the front side after being stressed, and the top surface of the rotating part 118-2 is flush with the top surface of the conveying belt 111 at the moment, so that the defective barrel on the conveying belt 111 is removed through the rotating part 118-2.
Secondly, the motor 24 is electrified to operate, and the chain plate conveying belt 21 is used for transmission. The prefabricated packaging strip box 8 with the opened box cover conveyed by the transverse conveying device 1 enters between the cigarette pushing plate 22 and the hook plate 23, the cigarette pressing block 25 compresses the prefabricated packaging strip box 8 in the entering process, and the opened box cover is overlapped on the hook plate 23. Finally, the pre-formed packaging carton 8 is transported longitudinally forward by the longitudinal transport device to the target position, i.e. the group filling position.
Thirdly, when the prefabricated packaging strip box 8 reaches the target position for filling the cigarette group, the upper folder and the lower folder drive the connecting rod 77-2 and the guide rod 77 to move upwards, meanwhile, the roller 77-1 slides towards the oblique front in the oblique sliding groove 76-1, so that the sliding block 73 moves backwards along the guide rail 74, the movable sleeve opening 71 connected with the sliding block 73 moves backwards, and the positioning elastic sheet 72 is inserted into the prefabricated packaging strip box 8 with the opened box cover to position the prefabricated packaging strip box 8. After the positioning is completed, on one hand, the upper and lower folders drive the connecting rod 77-2 and the guide rod 77 to move downwards, and as the principle is described above, the movable sleeve opening 71 moves forwards, and the positioning elastic sheet 72 comes out of the prefabricated packaging barrel 8 to prepare for positioning the next barrel.
Fourthly, after the positioning is finished, on the other hand, the electric cylinder 32 drives the cigarette group pushing plate 31 to move longitudinally backwards, and the cigarette group pushing plate 31 pushes the cigarette group 9 into the prefabricated packaging strip box 8 with the box cover opened through the movable sleeve opening 71. Before that, the cigarette group 9 is pushed rightwards by the output push plate of the original YB55 small box packing machine to the position between the cigarette group push plate 31 and the longitudinal conveying device 2. After the groups 9 have been loaded into the pre-formed pack, on the one hand, the electric cylinder 32 drives the push plate 31 of the group longitudinally forward, ready to push the next group.
After the cigarette group 9 is filled into the prefabricated packaging strip box, on the other hand, the rack and pinion power box 42 drives the strip box push plate 41 to move rightwards, the strip box push plate 41 pushes the strip box filled with the cigarette group to move rightwards, and in the process, the opened box cover is gradually pressed downwards by the triangular plate 51 in the box cover closing device 5 until the box cover closing is completed.
It should be noted that: the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention. Therefore, any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A prefabricated packaging carton conveying and cigarette group filling device is characterized by comprising a transverse conveying device, a longitudinal conveying device, a cigarette group pushing-in device, a carton pushing-out device, a box cover closing device and a bottom plate, wherein the longitudinal conveying device is positioned at the tail end of the transverse conveying device, the cigarette group pushing-in device is positioned at the tail end of the longitudinal conveying device, the carton pushing-out device and the box cover closing device are respectively positioned at two sides of the longitudinal conveying device and are arranged correspondingly to each other, the longitudinal conveying device, the cigarette group pushing-in device, the carton pushing-out device and the box cover closing device are all arranged on the bottom plate,
the transverse conveying device consists of a conveying belt and a conveying guide rod, the conveying guide rod is arranged on one side of the conveying belt and is used for keeping the box cover open,
the longitudinal conveying device consists of a chain plate conveying belt and a plurality of cigarette pushing components, each cigarette pushing component consists of a cigarette pushing plate and a hook plate, the cigarette pushing plates and the hook plates are fixed on the outer surface of the chain plate conveying belt,
the cigarette group pushing device and the barrel pushing device are both provided with reciprocating push plates, the cigarette group pushing device can push cigarette groups into a barrel with an opened box cover along the longitudinal direction, the barrel pushing device can push out a barrel along the transverse direction,
the box cover closing device comprises a triangular plate which can be in contact with the box cover of the strip box and close the box cover.
2. The prefabricated packaging carton conveying and cigarette pack filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said conveying guide rod comprises a right guide rod and a left guide rod, said right guide rod is a straight rod, said left guide rod is a bent rod, and the front ends of both are fixed to said conveyor belt bracket through a guide rod bracket.

The prefabricated packaging carton conveying and cigarette pack filling equipment according to claim 2, wherein the transverse conveying device is further provided with a removing device, the removing device is composed of a movable baffle, a photoelectric sensor, a cigarette removing rod and a cylinder, the movable baffle is positioned between the right guide rod and the left guide rod, the tops of the movable baffle, the right guide rod and the left guide rod are flush, the photoelectric sensor is positioned above the movable baffle, the cigarette removing rod is connected with the cylinder, the photoelectric sensor and the cigarette removing rod are positioned on the other side of the conveying belt and are opposite to the movable baffle; the movable baffle, the photoelectric sensor and the air cylinder are all fixed on the conveying belt bracket.

The prefabricated packaging carton conveying and group filling apparatus of claim 3, wherein said flapper includes a fixed portion and a rotating portion, said fixed portion and said rotating portion being connected by a hinge, said fixed portion being mounted to said belt support and said rotating portion being located above said belt.

The prefabricated packaging carton conveying and cigarette pack filling apparatus of claim 4, wherein the hinge is provided with a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the hinge, one end of the torsion spring is fixed with the hinge, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixed with the rotating part.

The prefabricated packaging carton conveying and group filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the distance between said cigarette pushing plate and said hook plate constituting said cigarette pushing member is adapted to the length of the prefabricated packaging carton, and said hook plate is a bent plate or an arc plate.

The prefabricated packaging carton conveying and group filling apparatus of claim 1, wherein said cigarette pushing component further comprises a cigarette pressing block fixed to an outer surface of said chain conveyor and located between said cigarette pushing plate and said hook plate; when the cigarette pressing block is transmitted to the lower part of the chain plate conveying belt, the distance between the bottom of the cigarette pressing block and the bottom plate is 0.5-1mm smaller than the thickness of the prefabricated packaging barrel.

The prefabricated packaging carton conveying and cigarette group filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said cigarette group pushing means comprises a cigarette group pushing plate and an electric cylinder, said cigarette group pushing plate is mounted on the bottom of said electric cylinder, said electric cylinder is fixed on said bottom plate by an electric cylinder support; the cigarette group pushing plate is overlapped with the chain plate conveying belt along the longitudinal central line, and the distance between the cigarette group pushing plate and the chain plate conveying belt is matched with the total length of the cigarette group.

The pre-packaged carton conveying and cigarette pack filling apparatus of claim 1, wherein said carton ejector is located on the left side of said longitudinal conveyor and comprises a carton pusher and a rack and pinion power box, said carton pusher being mounted on the right end of said rack and pinion power box, said rack and pinion power box being fixed to said base plate.

The prefabricated packaging strip box conveying and cigarette pack filling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said box cover closing means is located at the right side of said longitudinal conveying means, the top of said triangular plate is higher than the top of the opened box cover, said box cover closing means further comprises a first blocking plate and a second blocking plate, said first blocking plate is fixed at the right side of said triangular plate, said second blocking plate and said first blocking plate are parallel to each other, and the distance between them is adapted to the length of the prefabricated packaging strip box.

The prefabricated packaging carton conveying and cigarette pack filling equipment according to claim 1, wherein a carton positioning device is further arranged at the tail end of the chain plate conveying belt and comprises a movable sleeve opening and two positioning elastic pieces, the movable sleeve opening is of a straight arch structure and is connected with a moving part, the bottom of the moving part penetrates through the bottom plate and is connected with an upper folder and a lower folder of the packaging equipment, the two positioning elastic pieces are arranged on the inner walls of two sides of the movable sleeve opening and can be inserted into a prefabricated packaging carton opened by the box cover, and the movable sleeve opening and the two positioning elastic pieces are both positioned on the bottom plate.
