The upright column fan transport ship according to claim 2, wherein the upright column locking clamp comprises a connecting block, a first snap ring, a second snap ring, a first hydraulic drive rod and a second hydraulic drive rod, the first snap ring is hinged to one end of the connecting block, the second snap ring is hinged to the other end of the connecting block, the first hydraulic drive rod is arranged on one side, close to the first snap ring, of the connecting block, the telescopic end of the first hydraulic drive rod is connected with the first snap ring, the second hydraulic drive rod is arranged on one side, close to the second snap ring, of the connecting block, and the telescopic end of the second hydraulic drive rod is connected with the second snap ring.

The upright column fan transport vessel of claim 5 wherein said upright column locking clamp further comprises a curved fastener, one end of said curved fastener being pivotally connected to said first snap ring and the other end of said curved fastener being removably fastened to said second snap ring.
7. The upright fan transport vessel of claim 1 wherein said plurality of fixtures is a plurality of fixtures, said plurality of fixtures being arranged in series along a first direction, said first direction being from said bow toward said fixtures; the first end of mounting with first supporter rotates to be connected, the second end of mounting with the connection can be dismantled to the second supporter.
8. The upright column fan transport vessel of claim 1, wherein the upright column locking assembly comprises an upright column locking sleeve for locking an upright column of the upright column floating fan, an inner wall of the upright column locking sleeve engaging an outer wall of the upright column, the upright column locking sleeve being a telescoping sleeve.
9. The upright column fan transport vessel of claim 1 wherein an anchoring base is provided on the first and second supports.
10. Offshore wind turbine installation, comprising an upright column wind turbine transport vessel according to any of claims 1 to 9.
