Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料,包括尼龙面料以及保温层,尼龙面料与保温层之间依次热压有透气膜、上基层、纳米纤维布、下基层和防静电层,本装置结构简单,利用多层功能性的布料提高了衣服在穿着中的舒适性,同时提升了衣服的舒适性、安全性、透气性、透湿性、稳定性、保温性,利用纳米纤维布改良后的纳米纤维复合材料提高了该布料的整体性能,制造成本较低,制造方法简单,适合大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料。
背景技术
目前纺织行业近几年重点研究的防风透湿织物具有防风、防水性能,每当天气恶劣的时候,人们一般会穿戴防风挡雨的衣服,但是在户外活动一段时间后肯定会出汗,外面冷,里面热,很不舒服,人体在运动过程中出的汗会在体表和织物之间冷凝,会使人产生湿冷感,不适合在日常户外运动过程中长期穿着。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料。
一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料,包括尼龙面料以及保温层,所述尼龙面料与保温层之间依次热压有透气膜、上基层、纳米纤维布、下基层和防静电层。
作为进一步改进,所述保温层与防静电层的连接面中央设有防皱纤维布,避免衣服在穿着过程中出现褶皱,提高美观性。
作为进一步改进,所述透气膜上设有若干个透气孔,提升衣服的透气性,防止衣服长时间穿着出汗导致粘黏或不舒服,避免穿着时间长导致出现皮肤病,提升衣服的舒适性。
作为进一步改进,所述尼龙面料为斜纹布尼龙面料,斜纹布尼龙面料的舒适度更高,且不容易起毛,同时具有超高的耐刮蹭性和耐磨性。
作为进一步改进,所述防静电层采用高压喷射的方式将防静电喷剂高压喷射在防静电层的两侧壁,采用高压喷射的方式提高防静电层的防静电性能,利用防静电喷剂使得防静电层更加轻薄,减轻整个纳米纤维复合材料的重量。
作为进一步改进,所述保温层的内壁上设有线圈,线圈设计具有很强的御寒作用,不容易起皱,具有很强的延展性,同时还具有良好的吸湿性。
有益效果:
本装置结构简单,利用多层功能性的布料提高了衣服在穿着中的舒适性,同时提升了衣服的舒适性、安全性、透气性、透湿性、稳定性、保温性,利用纳米纤维布改良后的纳米纤维复合材料提高了该布料的整体性能,制造成本较低,制造方法简单,适合大规模生产。
本装置设有防皱纤维布,避免衣服在穿着过程中出现褶皱,提高美观性。
本装置在透气膜上设有若干个透气孔,提升衣服的透气性,防止衣服长时间穿着出汗导致粘黏或不舒服,避免穿着时间长导致出现皮肤病,提升衣服的舒适性。
本装置中尼龙面料采用斜纹布尼龙面料,斜纹布尼龙面料的舒适度更高,且不容易起毛,同时具有超高的耐刮蹭性和耐磨性。
本装置采用高压喷射的方式将防静电喷剂高压喷射在防静电层的两侧壁,采用高压喷射的方式提高防静电层的防静电性能,利用防静电喷剂使得防静电层更加轻薄,减轻整个纳米纤维复合材料的重量。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料,包括尼龙面料1、透气膜2、上基层3、纳米纤维布4、下基层5、防静电层6、保温层7、防皱纤维布8。

保温层7与防静电层6的连接面中央设有防皱纤维布8,避免衣服在穿着过程中出现褶皱,提高美观性。
透气膜2上设有若干个透气孔,提升衣服的透气性,防止衣服长时间穿着出汗导致粘黏或不舒服,避免穿着时间长导致出现皮肤病,提升衣服的舒适性。
尼龙面料1为斜纹布尼龙面料,斜纹布尼龙面料的舒适度更高,且不容易起毛,同时具有超高的耐刮蹭性和耐磨性。
防静电层6采用高压喷射的方式将防静电喷剂高压喷射在防静电层6的两侧壁,采用高压喷射的方式提高防静电层66的防静电性能,利用防静电喷剂使得防静电层更加轻薄,减轻整个纳米纤维复合材料的重量。
保温层7的内壁上设有线圈,线圈设计具有很强的御寒作用,不容易起皱,具有很强的延展性,同时还具有良好的吸湿性。
使用时,首先采用纳米设备编织纳米纤维布,然后通过热压技术将尼龙面料、透气膜、上基层、纳米纤维布、下基层、防静电层和保温层压合,形成纳米纤维复合材料,具有御寒、透气、防皱、吸湿的作用。

1.一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料,其特征在于,包括尼龙面料以及保温层,所述尼龙面料与保温层之间依次热压有透气膜、上基层、纳米纤维布、下基层和防静电层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料,其特征在于,所述保温层与防静电层的连接面中央设有防皱纤维布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料,其特征在于,所述透气膜上设有若干个透气孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料,其特征在于,所述尼龙面料为斜纹布尼龙面料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料,其特征在于,所述防静电层采用高压喷射的方式将防静电喷剂高压喷射在防静电层的两侧壁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于特种环境衣着的纳米纤维复合材料,其特征在于,所述保温层的内壁上设有线圈。
