s2, closing the two sliding doors 11, driving the rotating shaft 41 and the rotating disc 42 to rotate by the rotating motor 45, driving the mold in the blocking cover 43 to rotate by the rotating disc 42, driving the water in the water tank 51 to enter the transfer box 54 through the first water pipe 55 and the second water pipe 56 by the water pump 53 when the mold rotates, then driving the water in the transfer box 54 into the spray pipe 64 through the hose 66, and spraying the water in the spray pipe 64 onto the surface of the mold by the plurality of spray heads 67;
s3, when a plurality of spray heads 67 spray water, the first screw rod sliding table 627 works to drive the connecting plate 628 and the sliding block 623 to move, the sliding block 623 drives the sector gear 626 to rotate by using the adjusting rack 624, the sector gear 626 drives the adjusting handle 625 to rotate, the adjusting handle 625 rotates in a reciprocating manner within a certain angle range, and the adjusting handle 625 finally drives the spray heads 67 on all the spray pipes 64 to rotate in a reciprocating manner within a certain angle range by using the driving wheel 65 and the driving belt 61;
s4, the sewage sprayed to the surface of the mold by the spray head 67 enters the filter frame 72 through the drain pipe 49 and the drain tank 21, the sewage is filtered by the plurality of filter holes 77, meanwhile, the driving motor 732 drives the two vibrating pieces 734 to synchronously rotate, the two vibrating pieces 734 drive the filter frame 72 to vibrate, and the filtering efficiency of the filter holes 77 is accelerated;
s5, the filtered water enters the bottom end of the interior of the filter box 71, and the filtered water is discharged by the water outlet pipe 74 to be convenient for subsequent recycling.
