In a specific structure, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first guide part 71 is hinged to the cleaning base 6216 through a pin, the connection end of the second guide part 72 is hinged to the connection end of the first guide part 71 through a pin, when the cleaning head 621 moves along the inner wall or the outer periphery of the cultural relic, the cultural relic is measured by the position acquisition camera 8 on the guide part 7, and data is transmitted to the control system 9, the control system 9 of the embodiment is a conventional means used in the prior art, that is, the position acquisition camera 8 transmits a position signal to a processor in the control system 9, the processor is a single chip microcomputer or a PLC, the processor calculates the data and then transmits the data to the control electrical appliance, and then the movement of the transverse motor 6221 and the longitudinal motor 6231 is controlled, so that the cleaning head 621 moves along with the outer periphery or the inner wall of the cultural relic. In other embodiments, the initial position of the guide 7 may be set as a reference point, and the difference between the existing position and the reference point may be calculated as a compensation value using the position detection device, thereby guiding the cleaning head 621 to walk along the curve of the cultural relic.
Note that the guide part 7 is controlled by an electric push cylinder 62162 at one end of the push rod 62161, and a proximity switch is provided on the guide part 7, and when the guide part 7 is distant from the cultural relic by 1mm, the electric push cylinder 62162 pushes the push rod 62161 to bring the connecting end of the first guide part 71 and the second guide part 72 close to the cultural relic. Of course, in other embodiments, the proximity switches with different safety distances may be set according to the material of the cleaned cultural relics. Further, a pressure sensor is provided in the telescopic end, and when the elastic body 6212 of the guide portion 7 is compressed to a predetermined value, the electric cylinder 62162 is reversed to separate the connection end of the first guide portion 712 and the second guide portion 7 from the cultural relic. The set value of the pressure sensor can be set according to the pressure value which can be born by the repaired object multiplied by the safety factor. Thereby avoiding the damage to the cultural relics caused by excessive force.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the end 6211 is a circular body fixedly connected to the ejector rod 62161, eight circular cavities extending outward from the axial center of the end 6211 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the end 6211 for accommodating the elastic body 6212, circular holes penetrating from the circular cavities in the circumferential direction are also formed on the end 6211, the connecting posts 6213 are connected through the circular hole elastic bodies 6212, the fixing frame 6217 is fixed on the outer circumference of the end 6211 by welding correspondingly, the specific fixing frame 6217 is rectangular, a cavity opening from the outer circumference of the end 6211 is formed in the fixing frame 6217, and a circular hole for the connecting post 6213 to pass through is also formed, and the transmission unit 6215 is arranged in the cavity and rotates along with the connecting post 6213. A first end face body 6218 is abutted between the upper plane of the transmission unit 6215 and the holder 6217, a second end face body 6219 is abutted between the lower plane of the transmission unit 6215 and the end body 6211, and the first end face body 6218 and the second end face body 6219 are used for reducing friction generated when the transmission unit 6215 rotates. Specifically, first end body 6218 and second end body 6219 can both be flat bearings or copper sheets. In addition, the transmission unit 6215 is a bevel gear, and two adjacent bevel gears perform meshing transmission.

In other embodiments, the top bar 62161 and the end body 6211 are in threaded connection, and the distance between the polishing head 6214 and the guide portion 7 can be adjusted as required, so that the time for transmitting data by the guide portion 7 and the data by the processor is consistent with the time for executing the polishing head 6214, thereby improving the polishing accuracy of the polishing head 6214.
The transmission device 3 comprises a transmission motor 32 fixedly connected to the lower end of the base 1, and the output end of the transmission motor 32 is connected with a main chain wheel 33; at least one screw rod 31 arranged along the height direction of the base 1 is arranged on the base 1, an auxiliary chain wheel 34 which is in chain transmission with a main chain wheel 33 is arranged on the screw rod 31, a threaded sleeve which is in transmission connection with the screw rod 31 is arranged on the working table 4, and the working table 4 moves along the arrangement direction of the screw rod 31. starting the transverse motor 6221 to enable the cleaning head 621 to approach the front end of the cultural relic, adjusting the longitudinal motor 6231 to enable the guide part 7 to be abutted against the inner cavity of the cultural relic, naturally, manually adjusting the guide part 7 of the cleaning head 621 to the front end of the inner cavity of the cultural relic, and adjusting the contact distance between the guide part 7 and the cultural relic by the electric push cylinder 62162 to prevent the cultural relic from being subjected to overlarge abutting force, thereby avoiding damage;
the transverse motor 6221 is started to enable the guide part 7 to be gradually fed to the deep part of the cultural relic inner cavity along the transverse direction, the track of the cleaning head 621 is adjusted according to the position collecting camera 8 of the guide part 7, the cleaning head 621 is enabled to be fed along the cultural relic inner cavity, meanwhile, the cleaning motor 625 is started to drive the plurality of polishing heads 6214 to polish and clean the cultural relic inner cavity, the polishing heads 6214 can be closer to the cultural relic inner cavity through the action of the elastic bodies 6212, and the elastic force of the elastic bodies 6212 acting on the cultural relic inner cavity is set according to the pressure of the cultural relic multiplied by the safety factor and the torque force of the rotating polishing heads 6214, so that the cultural relic cannot be damaged by large impact. The cleaning head 621 of the embodiment can also be used for cleaning the periphery of the cultural relic, and the periphery can not be cleaned due to the fact that the position pressed by the positioning part 5 can not be cleaned, so that the cleaning head 621 can be used for cleaning the cultural relic in a turning way twice;
in the cleaning process, the workbench 4 can be driven to descend by the transmission device 3 until the cultural relics to be cleaned are completely soaked in the cleaning box 61, or the transmission device 3 can reciprocate, so that the cleaned fixed matters flow out along with water flow to achieve the cleaning and cleaning effects, and in addition, the workbench 4 can be used as an independent cleaning workbench 4, so that the cleaned cultural relics can be cleaned.
The workbench 4 for cleaning cultural relics of the embodiment takes into consideration tolerance of the cultural relics and fixings which are not easy to clean, and the fixings which are not easy to clean are cleaned through rotation of the polishing head 6214, so that the cleaning quality is ensured, and the manual cleaning time and physical force are reduced.
