Therefore, even if the first prompter 20 is damaged, the position of the panel storage device 40 can be quickly determined by the second prompter 13, and the efficiency of the box placing operation of the display panel is improved.
As an example, each signal lamp may have a different lighting color.
Thus, when the technician performs the box placing operation, the lower computer 12 controls the corresponding second prompter 13 to send out a prompt signal, that is, after the signal lamp is controlled to be turned on. The technician can directly determine the corresponding panel storage unit 40 based on the color of the emitted light of the signal lamp. Therefore, even if the first prompter 20 is damaged, the position of the panel storage device 40 can be quickly determined by the second prompter 13, and the efficiency of the box placing operation of the display panel can be improved.
In some other implementations of the present disclosure, the first reminder 20 and the corresponding second reminder 13 are both located at the same panel storage device 40.
By placing the second prompter 13 and the corresponding first prompter 20 near the panel storage device 40, any one of the first prompter 20 or the second prompter 13 is damaged, and the other prompter can also continuously send out a prompt signal to remind a technician of the position where the panel needs to be placed in the panel storage device 40, so that the reliability of the box placing auxiliary system is improved.
The second prompter 13 may be, for example, signal lights, each of which is distributed in the vicinity of the corresponding panel storage device 40. The signal lamp corresponding to the second prompter 13 is lighted together with the signal lamp corresponding to the first prompter 20 to remind a technician of the position of the panel storage device 40, so that the technician can conveniently and quickly put the display panel into the panel storage device 40; even if one of the signal lamps is damaged, the technician can quickly determine the position of the panel storage device 40 directly through the other signal lamp, thereby improving the efficiency of the box placing operation of the display panel.
The second prompter 13 is exemplarily a buzzer, each distributed in the vicinity of a corresponding panel storage device 40. The buzzer corresponding to the second prompter 13 and the buzzer corresponding to the first prompter 20 sound together to remind a technician of the position of the panel storage device 40, so that the technician can conveniently and quickly put the display panel into the panel storage device 40; even if one of the buzzers is damaged, a technician can directly and quickly determine the position of the panel storage device 40 through the other buzzer, and the efficiency of the box placing operation of the display panel is improved.
Optionally, the control device 10 is further configured to control the first prompter 20 to stop sending the prompt signal when the first signal is acquired, where the first signal is used to indicate that the storage of the display panel is completed.
After the display panel is put in the box, the control device acquires the first signal and controls the first prompter 20 to stop sending the prompt signal, namely, the auxiliary box-putting system of the display panel is closed, so that the next box-putting operation can be performed.
Optionally, the box-placing auxiliary system further includes a switch device, the switch device is connected to the control device, and the control device is configured to obtain the first state or the second state of the switch device. The first state may refer to a state in which the switching device is powered on, and the second state may refer to a state in which the switching device is powered off.
The control device is also used for controlling a first prompter corresponding to the target display panel to stop sending a prompt signal when the first state is acquired; the control device is further used for acquiring the classification information of the target display panel when the second state is acquired.
As an example, the switch device may be a trigger button, when the trigger button is pressed, the trigger button is in a first state, and after the control device detects that the trigger button is in the first state, the control device controls a first prompter corresponding to the target display panel to stop sending out a prompt signal, so as to turn off the auxiliary box placing system; and when the trigger button is pressed again, the trigger button is in the second state, and after the control device detects that the trigger button is in the second state, the box placing auxiliary system is activated to start to acquire the classification information of the target display panel.
Exemplarily, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of another binning assistance system for a display panel provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the switching device may be a signal generator 30, and the signal generator 30 is connected to the control apparatus 10.
When the signal generator 30 is in the power-off state (the second state), the control device 10 acquires the power-off state of the signal generator 30, and the acquired power-off state of the signal generator 30 is the second signal, at this time, the box-releasing auxiliary system is activated, and the control device starts to acquire the classification information of the target display panel.
When the signal generator 30 is in the power-on state (the first state), the control device 10 obtains that the power-on state of the signal generator 30 is the first signal, and the control device controls the first prompter 20 corresponding to the target display panel to stop sending the prompt signal, at this time, the box-releasing auxiliary system is closed.
In the above implementation manner, after the upper computer 11 detects the first signal, the upper computer 11 controls the lower computer 12 to stop the first prompter 20 from sending the prompt signal, so as to complete the box placing operation of the display panel. After the upper computer 11 detects the second signal, the upper computer 11 starts to acquire the classification information and determines the grade of the display panel, so that the lower computer 12 controls the first prompter 20 to send out a prompt signal. That is, the second signal is a flag indicating that the upper computer 11 starts the box placing operation, and the first signal is a flag indicating that the upper computer 11 stops the box placing operation. Through setting up first signal and second signal instruction and putting the work of case auxiliary system and stop work, can promote the reliability of putting case auxiliary system, avoid appearing the maloperation.
In the actual box placing operation process, technicians control the signal generator to be powered off, the upper computer 11 can obtain the power-off state of the signal generator, the power-off state is a second signal, the upper computer 11 starts to determine the grade of the display panel based on the classification information, and therefore the lower computer can control the corresponding first prompter to send out a prompt signal after obtaining the grade; after the display panel is placed in the panel storage device 40, the technician controls the signal generator to be powered on, at this time, the upper computer 11 can acquire the power-on state of the signal generator, the power-on state is a first signal, and the upper computer 11 controls the lower computer 12 to enable the first prompter 20 to stop sending out the prompt signal.
In some other implementation manners, the box-placing auxiliary system further includes a detection device, the detection device is connected with the control device, and the detection device is configured to send a first signal to the control device when detecting that the display panel is placed in the panel storage device.
Compared with a signal generator, after the display panel is detected to be stored and finished by setting the detection device, the detection device can generate and send a first signal to the control device, the manual operation and control of technicians are not needed, the automation of the box placing auxiliary system is realized, and the convenience is improved.
Illustratively, the detection means may be an image pickup apparatus located near the panel storage means 40 for picking up an image of the position of the panel storage means 40. The camera shooting device is connected with the control device, the control device can acquire image data shot by the camera shooting device, the control device further determines whether a marking action exists or not based on the shot image data, if the marking action exists in the shot image data, it is indicated that a technician has finished the box placing of the display panel, and at the moment, the control device sends a first signal based on the acquired image data and controls the first prompter to stop sending a prompt signal.
Illustratively, the detection means may be a weight detection device that is located near the panel storage 40 and detects the weight of the panel storage 40. The weight detection device is connected with the control device, the control device can obtain weight information detected by the weight detection device, and the control device further determines whether the panel is stored or not based on the weight information. If the weight recorded in the weight information is increased and the increased weight is within the weight range of the display panel, the technician is indicated to finish the box placing of the display panel, and at the moment, the control device sends a first signal based on the acquired weight information and controls the first prompter to stop sending the prompt signal.

The first prompter 20 is disposed at a position of the panel storage device 40, so that a technician can directly determine the panel storage device 40 according to the first prompter 20 sending out a prompt signal to place the display panel in the corresponding panel storage device 40. The first prompter and the corresponding second prompter are both positioned at the same panel storage device; or the first prompter is positioned at the panel storage device, and the second prompter corresponding to the first prompter is positioned at the control device.
The second prompter and the corresponding first prompter are placed near the panel storage device together, so that damage occurs to any one of the first prompter or the second prompter, and the other prompter can also continuously send out a prompt signal to remind a technician of the position of the panel storage device where the display panel needs to be placed, and the reliability of the box placing auxiliary system is improved.
After step S2, the method may further include: and when the first signal is acquired, controlling the first prompter to stop sending the prompt signal.
The first signal is used for indicating that the storage of the display panel is finished.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the box placing auxiliary system comprises a switch device, the switch device is connected with a control device, and the control device is used for acquiring the first state or the second state of the switch device. The first state may refer to a state in which the switching device is powered on, and the second state may refer to a state in which the switching device is powered off.
The control device is also used for controlling a first prompter corresponding to the target display panel to stop sending a prompt signal when the first state is acquired; the control device is further used for acquiring the classification information of the target display panel when the second state is acquired.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, the switching device may be a signal generator 30, and the signal generator 30 is connected to the control apparatus 10.
When the signal generator 30 is in the power-off state, the control device 10 obtains the power-off state of the signal generator 30, and obtains that the power-off state of the signal generator 30 is the second signal, at this time, the box-releasing auxiliary system is activated, and the control device starts to obtain the classification information of the target display panel.
When the signal generator 30 is in the power-on state, the control device 10 obtains that the power-on state of the signal generator 30 is the first signal, and the control device controls the first prompter 20 corresponding to the target display panel to stop sending the prompt signal, at this time, the box-releasing auxiliary system is closed.
In the above implementation, the second signal is a flag indicating the start of the box discharging operation, and the first signal is a flag indicating the stop of the box discharging operation. Through setting up first signal and second signal instruction and putting the work of case auxiliary system and stop work, can promote the reliability of putting case auxiliary system, avoid appearing the maloperation.
The following briefly describes the binning process with reference to the binning assistance system of the display panel illustrated in fig. 4:
firstly, a technician controls the signal generator to be powered off, and after the upper computer 11 obtains a second signal (power-off state), the box placing auxiliary system is activated and starts to work.
Then, the upper computer 11 acquires the classification information and determines the grade of the display panel according to the classification information.
Next, the lower computer 12 receives the grade transmitted by the upper computer 11, and determines the first prompter 20 corresponding to the grade of the display panel based on the grade of the display panel and the correspondence between the grade of the display panel and the first prompter 20 stored in advance in the storage device of the lower computer 12.
Then, after the first prompter 20 is determined, the lower computer 12 controls the corresponding first prompter 20 to send out a prompt signal, and also controls the second prompter 13 corresponding to the first prompter 20 to send out a prompt signal.
Then, the technician can quickly determine the position of the panel storage device through the first prompter 20 or the second prompter 13 and put the display panel in the panel storage device.
Finally, the technician controls the signal generator to be powered on, the upper computer 11 obtains the first signal (power-on state), and controls the lower computer 12 to stop sending the prompt signals by the first prompt 20 and the second prompt 13, so that the box placing is completed to wait for the next box placing operation.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a structure of a box placing assisting device for a display panel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the box-putting assist apparatus includes: a first control module 100 and a second control module 200.
The first control module 100 is configured to obtain classification information of a target display panel; the second control module 200 is configured to control a first prompter corresponding to the classification information of the target display panel to send a prompt signal, where the first prompter is located at the panel storage device, and each classification information has a corresponding first prompter.
Optionally, the classification information is used to indicate a grade of the display panel; the second control module 200 is further configured to determine a first prompter corresponding to the target display panel according to a corresponding relationship between the grade of the display panel and the first prompter, and control the corresponding first prompter to send a prompt signal.
Optionally, the second control module 200 is further configured to control the corresponding first prompter and second prompter to send out the prompt signal at the same time.
Optionally, the second control module 200 is further configured to control the first prompter to stop sending the prompt signal when the first signal is acquired.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 7, the computer device includes: a processor 501 and a memory 502.
The processor 501 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so on. The processor 501 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of DSP (Digital Signal Processing), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 501 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 501 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed on the display screen. In some embodiments, processor 501 may also include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computational operations related to machine learning.
Memory 502 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. Memory 502 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 502 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 501 to implement the binning assistance method for display panels provided by method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, the computer device may further optionally include: a peripheral interface 503 and at least one peripheral. The processor 501, memory 502 and peripheral interface 503 may be connected by a bus or signal lines. Each peripheral may be connected to the peripheral interface 503 by a bus, signal line, or circuit board.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in FIG. 7 is not intended to be limiting of computer devices, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components may be used.
The embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, where computer instructions are stored, and the computer instructions are used to enable a computer to execute the method for assisting in putting a box on a display panel according to the embodiment. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (11)

1. An auxiliary system for putting a box of a display panel, the auxiliary system comprising: the alarm device comprises a control device (10) and a plurality of first prompters (20), wherein the first prompters (20) are respectively connected with the control device (10);
the control device (10) is used for acquiring the classification information of a target display panel and controlling the first prompter (20) corresponding to the classification information of the target display panel to send out a prompt signal, the first prompter (20) is located at the panel storage device (40), and each classification information is provided with the corresponding first prompter (20).
2. A binning assistance system according to claim 1, wherein the classification information is used to indicate a grade of a display panel;
the control device (10) is used for determining a first prompter (20) corresponding to the grade of the target display panel according to the corresponding relation between the grade of the display panel and the first prompter (20), and controlling the corresponding first prompter (20) to send out a prompt signal.
3. The box-placing auxiliary system according to claim 1, further comprising second prompters (13) corresponding to the first prompters (20) in a one-to-one manner, wherein the second prompters (13) are respectively connected to the control device (10);
the control device (10) is further used for controlling the corresponding first prompter (20) and the second prompter (13) to simultaneously send out prompt signals;
the first prompter (20) and the corresponding second prompter (13) are both located at the same panel storage device (40); or, the first prompter (20) is positioned at the panel storage device (40), and the second prompter (13) corresponding to the first prompter (20) is positioned at the control device (10).
4. A binning assistance system according to claim 3, wherein the control device (10) further comprises a housing (14), a plurality of said second cues (13) being located at an outer surface of the housing (14), the first cue (20) being located at the panel storage device (40).
5. The box-putting aid system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the control device (10) is further configured to control the first indicator (20) corresponding to the target display panel to stop sending the indication signal when the first signal is obtained, and the first signal is used for indicating that the storage of the target display panel is completed.
6. A binning auxiliary system according to claim 5, further comprising a detection device connected to the control device (10) for sending the first signal to the control device (10) upon detection of a display panel being placed in the panel storage device (40).
7. The binning assistance system according to claim 5, further comprising a switching device connected to the control device (10), the control device (10) being configured to obtain a first or a second state of the switching device;
the control device (10) is further configured to control the first prompter (20) corresponding to the target display panel to stop sending a prompt signal when the first state is obtained;
the control device (10) is further configured to acquire classification information of the target display panel when the second state is acquired.
8. A box placing assisting method for a display panel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring classification information of a target display panel;
and controlling a first prompter corresponding to the classification information of the target display panel to send out a prompt signal, wherein the first prompter is positioned at a panel storage device, and each classification information has the corresponding first prompter.
9. An auxiliary device for putting a box of a display panel, the auxiliary device comprising: the system comprises a first control module and a second control module;
the first control module is used for acquiring the classification information of the target display panel;
the second control module is used for controlling a first prompter corresponding to the classification information of the target display panel to send out a prompt signal, the first prompter is located at the panel storage device, and each classification information is provided with the corresponding first prompter.
10. An auxiliary device for putting a box on a display panel, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to implement the binning assistance method of the display panel of claim 8 when executing the instructions.
11. A computer-readable storage medium comprising at least one instruction which, when executed by a processor, performs the binning assistance method of a display panel of claim 8.
