Referring to fig. 1-6, in some embodiments, the top of flexible substrate layer 291 is provided with a peelable rigid annular rim 294 corresponding to the edge of flexible substrate layer 291, and rigid annular rim 294 facilitates prevention of edge curling of flexible substrate layer 291 and reduces handling difficulties when flexible substrate layer 291 is adhered to the skin of a patient by an adhesive layer. Specifically, the rigid annular frame 294 may be a plastic structure, a metal structure, or other rigid structures, which are not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the second fracture 295 is provided on the rigid annular rim 294, and the rigid annular rim 294 is separated from the atraumatic needle assembly 200 without moving the rigid annular rim 294 to the end of the infusion extension tube 230 remote from the injection site 110 when the rigid annular rim 294 is no longer blocked by the infusion extension tube 230.
The application method of the embodiment of the invention is applied to the infusion device, and comprises the following steps of: sterilizing the skin of the patient with the port assembly 100; finding out the position of the injection seat 110, and adsorbing the base 240 on the injection seat 110 through a magnetic attraction structure; one hand fixes the injection seat 110, and the other hand presses the finger press button 220 to move the finger press button 220 from the first limit position to the second limit position, so that the head of the atraumatic needle 210 extends out of the inner casing 250 from the avoidance hole 241 and sequentially pierces the skin of a patient and the piercing septum 120, and simultaneously, the finger press button 220 is locked at the second limit position by the locking structure; confirming whether puncture is successful or not by means of blood drawing; after successful penetration is confirmed, protective layer 292 is peeled back and then flexible substrate layer 291 is adhered to the patient's skin by an adhesive layer to secure atraumatic needle assembly 200; peeling off the hard annular frame 294; one of medical actions such as drug infusion, fluid infusion, nutrition support, blood transfusion, blood sampling and the like is carried out; after the above-mentioned medical actions are completed, one hand fixes the injection seat 110, and the other hand unlocks the locking structure so that the finger-pressure button 220 moves from the second limit position to the first limit position under the driving of the compression spring 260; flexible substrate layer 291 is peeled from the patient's skin and base 240 and injection site 110 are separated.
When the use method is applied to the infusion device, the difficulty of puncture operation is reduced, and the medical staff is prevented from being punctured when the atraumatic needle is pulled out.

Claims (8)

1. An infusion device, comprising:
the infusion port assembly (100) comprises an injection seat (110), a puncture diaphragm (120) and a catheter (130), wherein a liquid storage groove (140) with an opening at the top is arranged in the injection seat (110), the puncture diaphragm (120) is arranged at the opening at the top of the liquid storage groove (140), and the catheter (130) is connected to the side part of the injection seat (110) and is communicated with the liquid storage groove (140);
the non-invasive needle assembly (200) comprises a non-invasive needle body (210), a finger-pressing button (220), an infusion extension tube (230), a base (240), an inner protective cylinder (250) and a compression spring (260), wherein the finger-pressing button (220) is arranged on the non-invasive needle body (210), the infusion extension tube (230) is connected to the tail part of the non-invasive needle body (210), the inner protective cylinder (250) is of a top opening structure, the inner protective cylinder (250) is arranged on the base (240) and is used for accommodating the head part of the non-invasive needle body (210), the head part of the base (240) corresponding to the non-invasive needle body (210) is provided with a avoiding hole (241) communicated with the interior of the inner protective cylinder (250), the finger-pressing button (220) is provided with an extending part (221) extending downwards, the extending part (221) is inserted into the interior of the inner protective cylinder (250) and can move up and down relative to the interior protective cylinder (250), the extending part (221) and the head part (250) is provided with a limit position between the finger-pressing button (250) and the first protective cylinder (210) to enable the finger-pressing button (250) to move to have a limit position when the finger-pressing button (250) is far inside the first protective cylinder (210), an unlocking locking structure is arranged between the extension part (221) and the inner protective cylinder (250) so that the finger-pressing button (220) has a second limit position, when the finger-pressing button (220) moves to the second limit position, the head of the atraumatic needle body (210) extends out of the inner protective cylinder (250) from the avoidance hole (241), the locking structure can lock the finger-pressing button (220) at the second limit position, the compression spring (260) is arranged between the finger-pressing button (220) and the base (240), and when the locking structure is unlocked, the compression spring (260) can drive the finger-pressing button (220) to move from the second limit position to the first limit position;
the magnetic structure is arranged between the injection seat (110) and the base (240);
wherein the anti-falling structure comprises a limit protrusion (222) arranged on the extension part (221), the locking structure comprises an elastic buckle (223) arranged on the extension part (221) and positioned right above the limit protrusion (222), a first avoidance opening (224) is arranged on the extension part (221) corresponding to the elastic buckle (223) so that the elastic buckle (223) can be folded inwards when being stressed, a rectangular through hole (251) is arranged on the inner protective cylinder (250) corresponding to the limit protrusion (222) and the elastic buckle (223), the limit protrusion (222) is at least partially positioned in the rectangular through hole (251), when the finger pressing button (220) moves to a first limit position, the limit protrusion (222) is abutted against the hole wall of the rectangular through hole (251) to limit the extension part (221) to be separated from the inner protective cylinder (250), when the finger pressing button (220) moves to a second limit position, the elastic buckle (222) is correspondingly arranged on the inner protective cylinder (250), the rectangular buckle (223) is abutted against the inner protective cylinder (270) and the second protective cylinder (270) is pressed down, the second protective cylinder (270) is pressed against the inner protective cylinder (240), an elastic force application part (271) is arranged on the outer protective cylinder (270) corresponding to the rectangular through hole (251), a second avoidance port (272) is arranged on the outer protective cylinder (270) corresponding to the elastic force application part (271), so that the elastic force application part (271) can be folded inwards when being stressed, and an abutting part (273) for driving the elastic buckle (223) to be separated from the rectangular through hole (251) is arranged on the elastic force application part (271).
2. The infusion device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic buckle (223) is provided with a first guiding inclined plane (225), and the limit projection (222) is provided with a second guiding inclined plane (226).
3. The infusion device of claim 1, wherein the magnetically attractable structure comprises a magnet (280) and a metallic member (150) capable of being attracted to the magnet (280), one of the magnet (280) and the metallic member (150) being disposed on the injection site (110) and the other being disposed on the base (240).

An infusion device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the bottom of the base (240) is provided with an adhesive structure (290), the adhesive structure (290) comprising a flexible substrate layer (291) arranged at the bottom of the base (240), the area of the flexible substrate layer (291) being larger than the area of the bottom of the base (240), the bottom of the flexible substrate layer (291) being provided with an adhesive layer, the bottom of the adhesive layer being provided with a peelable protective layer (292), the middle of the protective layer (292) being provided with a first break.
5. The infusion device of claim 4, wherein the edges of the portions of the protective layer (292) on either side of the first break are provided with protruding tear portions (293).
6. The infusion device of claim 4, wherein a top of the flexible substrate layer (291) is provided with a peelable rigid annular rim (294) corresponding to an edge of the flexible substrate layer (291).
7. The infusion device of claim 6, wherein the rigid annular rim (294) is provided with a second break (295).
8. A method of use, as applied to an infusion device as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 7, comprising the steps of:
sterilizing the skin of the patient where the port assembly (100) is implanted;
finding out the position of the injection seat (110), and adsorbing the base (240) on the injection seat (110) through the magnetic structure;
one hand is used for fixing the injection seat (110), the other hand is used for pressing the finger-pressing button (220) so as to enable the finger-pressing button (220) to move from a first limit position to a second limit position, so that the head of the atraumatic needle body (210) extends out of the inner protective cylinder (250) from the avoidance hole (241) and sequentially pierces the skin of a patient and the piercing diaphragm (120), and meanwhile, the finger-pressing button (220) is locked at the second limit position through the locking structure;
confirming whether puncture is successful or not by means of blood drawing;
peeling off the protective layer (292) after confirming successful penetration, and subsequently adhering the flexible substrate layer (291) to the patient's skin via the adhesive layer to secure the atraumatic needle assembly (200);
any one of medical actions including drug infusion, fluid infusion, nutrition support, blood transfusion and blood sampling is carried out;
after any of the above medical actions is completed, one hand fixes the injection seat (110), and the other hand unlocks the locking structure so that the finger-pressure button (220) moves from the second limit position to the first limit position under the driving of the compression spring (260);
-tearing the flexible substrate layer (291) from the patient's skin and separating the base (240) and the injection seat (110).
