Abstract
本发明公开了一种冷敷材料,包括去离子水、甘油、聚丙烯酸钠、二羟基氨基乙酸铝、乙二胺四乙酸、羧甲基纤维素、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲、酒石酸,所述冷敷材料由如上所述成组分混合搅拌而成。本发明能够有效降低体表温度,降温过程舒缓,各组分温和无刺激,贴敷性好,不粘黏皮肤,致敏率低,皮肤兼容性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗卫生技术领域,特别是一种冷敷材料及其应用。
背景技术
冷敷是缓解伤处疼痛的有效手段,它能减缓血液涌向伤处的速度,减小肿胀形成,同时也是一种疾病的治疗手段。目前的冷敷产品有普通冰块冰袋、化学冰袋、冷疗机,普通冰块冰袋需要提前购买再进行冷冻,使用繁琐,而且冰块冰袋具有急速降温的特性,对寒冷刺激极度敏感者,容易促发动脉痉挛;对于动脉供血不足的中老年人要慎用,可能加重血液凝结导致缺血;无法对神经组织瘫痪者使用,易冻伤;敏感部位需谨慎使用,冰块融化会导致开放性伤口感染;而化学冰袋为一次性,对于长久需要冷敷者,需要多次购买,不方便使用;冷疗机价格高昂,普通人无法负担。传统冷敷料,一般具有很强的粘黏性会引发皮肤粘黏、刺激过敏等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种冷敷材料。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:由以下组分组成,按质量百分比计,甘油10%-40%、聚丙烯酸钠1%-10%、二羟基氨基乙酸铝0.05%-5%、乙二胺四乙酸0.05%-5%、羧甲基纤维素0.01%-5%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.01%-5%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲0.09%-5%、酒石酸0.01%-5%,余量为水,所述冷敷材料由如上所述成组分混合搅拌而成。
优选的,所述冷敷材料包括薄荷油0.01%-5%。
优选的,包括甘油24.96%、聚丙烯酸钠4.99%、二羟基氨基乙酸铝0.16%、乙二胺四乙酸0.15%、羧甲基纤维素1.00%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.15%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲0.35%、酒石酸0.24%、薄荷油0.17%,余量为水。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种冷敷袋,所述冷敷袋为四周闭合的袋状结构。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种肌肉贴,包括织物,所述织物上设置有粘合剂,所述粘合剂包括所述冷敷材料。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种隔热垫,包括2层耐热织物,所述2层耐热织物之间包夹所述冷敷材料。
本发明具有以下优点:薄荷油具有清香气味,添加薄荷油的冷敷材料能够驱赶蚊虫,极大地缓解身体疲劳,具有清凉舒缓的功效;本发明能够有效降低体表温度,降温过程舒缓,避免急速降温造成的皮肤冻伤问题,适合多种人群使用;各组分温和无刺激,贴敷性好,不粘黏皮肤,致敏率低,皮肤兼容性好;制造及使用方便,成本低廉,适合反复多次使用,适合大批量工业化生产。

实施例1,一种冷敷材料,由以下组分组成,按质量百分比计,甘油40%、聚丙烯酸钠10%、二羟基氨基乙酸铝0.05%、乙二胺四乙酸0.05%、羧甲基纤维素5%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯5%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲0.09%、酒石酸5%,余量为水,冷敷材料由如上所述组分混合搅拌而成凝胶状。
实施例2,一种冷敷材料,由以下组分组成,按质量百分比计,甘油10%、聚丙烯酸钠10%、二羟基氨基乙酸铝0.05%、乙二胺四乙酸5%、羧甲基纤维素5%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯5%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲5%、酒石酸0.01%,余量为水,冷敷材料由如上所述组分混合搅拌而成凝胶状。
实施例3,一种冷敷材料,由以下组分组成,按质量百分比计,甘油40%、聚丙烯酸钠1%、二羟基氨基乙酸铝0.05%、乙二胺四乙酸0.05%、羧甲基纤维素5%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.01%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲0.09%、酒石酸5%,薄荷油0.01%余量为水,冷敷材料由如上所述成组分混合搅拌而成凝胶状。
实施例4,一种冷敷材料,由以下组分组成,按质量百分比计,甘油10%、聚丙烯酸钠10%、二羟基氨基乙酸铝5%、乙二胺四乙酸5%、羧甲基纤维素0.01%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯5%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲5%、酒石酸0.01%,薄荷油5%余量为水,冷敷材料由如上所述组分混合搅拌而成凝胶状。
实施例5,一种冷敷材料,由以下组分组成,甘油24.96%、聚丙烯酸钠4.99%、二羟基氨基乙酸铝0.16%、乙二胺四乙酸0.15%、羧甲基纤维素1.00%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.15%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲0.35%、酒石酸0.24%、薄荷油0.17%,余量为水,冷敷材料由如上所述组分混合搅拌而成凝胶状。
本凝胶状冷敷材料符合持粘性试验要求,即贴于放置工作台倾斜75°角的不锈钢板上60分钟,下滑不大于2.5mm。
本凝胶状冷敷材料符合耐热性试验要求,即置于40℃±2℃的恒温箱内,历时30min后取出,水平放置,凝胶无流淌现象。
本凝胶状冷敷材料符合耐寒性试验要求,即-1℃±1℃的恒温箱内,历时30min后取出,凝胶无结冰现象。
一种冷敷袋,将上述凝胶状冷敷材料填充至四周封闭的聚乙烯薄膜密封袋内,不粘黏皮肤,能够紧贴皮肤,降温效果好。
一种肌肉贴,将上述冷凝材料添加至肌肉贴上的织物粘合剂中,相比传统肌肉贴,减少了紧绷感,增加了舒适感,药效得到提升,显著降低了运动后肌肉的疼痛感。
一种隔热垫,包括2层耐热织物,2层耐热织物之间包夹冷敷材料,冷敷材料具有很强的隔热功能,可以制作成任意形状,烘焙过程中能够避免被高温烫伤,同时包裹食材还具有保温功能。

1.一种冷敷材料,其特征在于,由以下组分组成,按质量百分比计,甘油10%-40%、聚丙烯酸钠1%-10%、二羟基氨基乙酸铝0.05%-5%、乙二胺四乙酸0.05%-5%、羧甲基纤维素0.01%-5%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.01%-5%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲0.09%-5%、酒石酸0.01%-5%,余量为水,所述冷敷材料由如上所述成组分混合搅拌而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷敷材料,其特征在于,所述冷敷材料包括薄荷油0.01%-5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷敷材料,其特征在于,包括甘油24.96%、聚丙烯酸钠4.99%、二羟基氨基乙酸铝0.16%、乙二胺四乙酸0.15%、羧甲基纤维素1.00%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.15%、二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲0.35%、酒石酸0.24%、薄荷油0.17%,余量为水。
4.一种冷敷袋,用于容纳权利要求1至3所述任一种冷敷材料,其特征在于,所述冷敷袋为四周闭合的袋状结构。
5.一种肌肉贴,包括容纳权利要求1至3所述任一种冷敷材料,其特征在于,包括织物,所述织物上设置有粘合剂,所述粘合剂包括所述冷敷材料。
