Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of dish-washing machines, and particularly relates to a control method for automatically selecting dish-washing machine partitions.
Background
With the improvement of quality of life, dish washing machines are used as novel household appliances in households. Although the dish washer can satisfy daily dish washing needs, when dishes are large, since the dish washer having one partition is small in size, all dishes cannot be completely washed, and thus a dish washer having two partitions is presented.
The dish washer is provided with two subareas, and the two subareas can work simultaneously to complete the tableware cleaning, so that the tableware cleaning efficiency is improved. However, when the dishwasher is controlled by using a terminal device (such as a smart audio, a mobile phone, etc.), the partition selection is required to be performed separately every time, so that the operation is complicated, and the user experience is reduced.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a control method for automatically selecting the partition of a dishwasher. The problem of user control subregion dish washer all need carry out the subregion selection alone at every turn, complex operation reduces user experience is solved.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the basic concept is as follows:
the invention provides a control method for automatically selecting a partition of a dishwasher, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring a user instruction and current dishwasher information;
if the user instruction is the operation needing partitioning, obtaining the number of available partitions;
when the number of the available partitions is more than zero, judging whether a program is specified in a user instruction;
if the program is specified in the user instruction, the available partition is selected to execute the instruction or the user request is fed back to specify the partition.
The invention provides a control method for automatically selecting the partition of a dish-washing machine, which can automatically select the partition of the dish-washing machine according to the instruction given by a user, simplify the operation of the user and ensure that the user can control the dish-washing machine without appointing the partition. When the method cannot determine which partition is used, active inquiry is carried out to obtain the clear partition use intention of the user. By the method, operation steps of a user during use are reduced, the partition to be operated does not need to be specified during operation of the dish washing machine, the system can automatically select a proper partition according to the operation intention of the user and the state of each partition of the current dish washing machine, and user experience is improved.
The cloud platform can store and calculate the control method for automatically selecting the partition of the dish washing machine, is in communication connection with the terminal equipment, receives the user instruction from the terminal equipment and feeds information back to the user through the terminal equipment. The cloud platform is in communication connection with the dish washing machine, after the dish washing machine partition is selected through the control method, an instruction set is constructed for instructions to be executed by the dish washing machine and is issued to the dish washing machine, and an execution result is fed back to a user through the terminal device. Terminal equipment can be for cell-phone or the intelligent audio amplifier of man-machine interaction function, and the user can give the instruction and receive the speech information of feedback through cell-phone APP or intelligent audio amplifier pronunciation.
The procedure is referred to as a washing procedure. The zones refer to the washing zones of the dishwasher. The current dishwasher information refers to the state information and the local structure information of the current dishwasher.
Selecting an available partition to execute the instruction, selecting a specific partition capable of executing the instruction, constructing an instruction set for the partition according to the instruction of the user, issuing the instruction set to the dishwasher, and feeding back the execution result of the user through the terminal equipment.
If a certain partition cannot be selected, a user request needs to be fed back to specify the partition, and the user is asked through the terminal device which partition the user wants to operate.
Further, selecting an available partition to execute the instruction or feeding back a user request to specify the partition specifically includes:
when the number of the available partitions is one, selecting the partition to send an instruction to the dishwasher and feeding back an execution result of a user;
when the number of the available partitions is multiple and only one available partition has a designated program, selecting the partition, constructing an instruction set for instructions to be executed by the dishwasher, issuing the instruction set to the dishwasher, and feeding back an execution result of a user;
when the number of the available partitions is multiple, at least two available partitions have the specified programs or all the available partitions do not have the specified programs, the user request is fed back to the specified partitions, and then new user instructions and current information of the dishwasher are acquired.
In the above technical solution, if only the uniquely determined partition can execute the instruction, the partition is selected. If the instruction can be executed or cannot be executed by a plurality of subareas at the same time, feedback needs to be given to the user to request the user to specify the subarea which is specifically desired to be operated, and after the user gives the instruction of the specified subarea, a new user instruction and the current dishwasher information are acquired.
When the program is already designated in the user instruction, if the number of the available partitions is one, the instruction can be executed no matter whether the partition has the program designated by the user or not, the partition is selected to send the instruction to the dishwasher, and the execution result of the user is fed back through the terminal equipment.
When the number of available partitions is large, it is necessary to see which available partition has the designated program. If only one available partition has the specified program, the partition is selected. If the designated program exists in all the available subareas or does not exist in all the available subareas, feedback needs to be given to a user to request the user to designate the subarea which is desired to be operated, the user receives the feedback information and then sends the user instruction designated subarea again, and then new user instructions and current dishwasher information are obtained.
Further, judging whether the program is specified in the user instruction, the method further comprises the following steps:
if the user instruction is not the single instruction, judging whether the user instruction specifies a program or not;
if the user instruction is judged to be a single instruction, feeding back a user request to designate the partition when the number of the available partitions is multiple, and then acquiring a new user instruction and the current information of the dishwasher; when the number of the available partitions is one, the partition is selected to issue an instruction to the dishwasher, and the execution result of the user is fed back.
After the dishwasher has an available partition, it is first determined whether the user command is a single command. If the command is a single command, the subsequent operation is directly carried out according to the user command, and if the command is not a single command, the further judgment is needed according to the user command and the partition condition of the dishwasher.
When the number of the available partitions is one, judging whether the user instruction is a single instruction, and if so, directly executing the instruction by the partition. If not, the program which needs to be executed by the partition is further judged.
When the number of the available partitions is multiple, whether the user instruction is a single instruction is judged, if so, the multiple partitions can execute the instruction, and the user request needs to be fed back to specify the partitions. If not, the program which needs to be executed by the partition and the specific partition need to be executed are further judged.
Further, if the user instruction is judged not to have a specified program;
when the number of the available partitions is one, selecting a default program of the partition, selecting the partition to send an instruction to the dishwasher, and feeding back an execution result of a user;
when the number of the available partitions is more than one, feeding back a user request to designate the partitions, and then acquiring a new user instruction and the current information of the dish washing machine;
and judging whether the user explicitly specifies the program, and if the program is specified, performing subsequent operation according to the specified program. If no program is specified, different operations are required for the two different cases (one for the number of available partitions and more for the number of available partitions).
In the above-described aspect, the case where the user does not specify the program is further defined. Each partition of the dishwasher has a default program that is executed if the user does not specify the program when there is an available partition. When there are multiple available partitions, and the default programs of the multiple available partitions can perform the operation, it is necessary to feed back the user request to specify the partition, and the user is to specify the specific partition before performing the operation. Since the dishwasher has the default program, only the specified partition is required to be requested when the feedback is given to the user, and the program does not need to be specified, thereby simplifying the operation of the user.
Further, when the number of the available partitions is one, the partition is selected to issue an instruction to the dishwasher, and a user execution result is fed back, specifically including:
if the partition is judged to have the designated program, selecting the partition to send an instruction to the dish washing machine, and feeding back the execution result of the user;
if the partition is judged to have no appointed program, selecting the program which is closest to the appointed program and is possessed by the partition, selecting the partition to issue an instruction to the dish washing machine, and feeding back the execution result of the user;
preferably, the designated program and each program of the partition are respectively calculated to obtain a numerical value according to a preset algorithm, the numerical value corresponding to the designated program is compared with the numerical value corresponding to each program of the partition, and the program corresponding to the numerical value closest to the numerical value corresponding to the designated program is selected as the closest program.
Further preferably, each program has a plurality of parameters, a corresponding weight coefficient is preset for each parameter, and all the parameters of the program are weighted and summed to obtain a value corresponding to the program;
still further preferably, the program includes at least a washing duration parameter and a water flow intensity parameter, and a weight coefficient of the washing duration is greater than a weight coefficient of the water flow intensity.
When the number of available partitions is one and the user explicitly specifies the program, an instruction may be issued to the dishwasher regardless of whether the available partitions have the user-specified program. If the partition has the specified program, the specified program is executed, and if the partition does not have the specified program, the closest program is executed.
When the closest program is selected, if only one value in the programs of the partition is closest to the value of the designated program, the program corresponding to the value is selected as the closest program. If a plurality of numerical values are the same as the numerical value approach program of the designated program, the program corresponding to one of the numerical values is arbitrarily selected as the closest program.
Further, the user command is preset into the operation needing partition and the operation not needing partition;
judging whether the user instruction is the operation needing partitioning or not, and if the user instruction is the operation needing partitioning, judging whether the dish washing machine has a plurality of partitions or not; if the dishwasher has a plurality of compartments, the number of available compartments is obtained.
If the user instruction is the operation which does not need the partition, judging whether the state of the dishwasher and the user instruction are mutually exclusive, if so, recording mutual exclusion information and feeding back the reason of the mutual exclusion of the user, if not, sending the instruction to the dishwasher and feeding back the execution result of the user.
The operation without partition refers to an instruction issued by the whole dishwasher and is executed without partition.
If the user instruction is an operation requiring partition, further judgment is required according to the condition of the partition of the dishwasher and the user instruction. If the user instruction is an operation which does not need partition, the instruction is irrelevant to partition, and whether the instruction can be executed in the current dishwasher state can be directly judged without judging subsequent relevant partition.
The states are mutually exclusive, meaning that the current operation cannot be performed in the current state of the dishwasher.
The mutual exclusion information comprises the current state information of the dish washer or the partition and/or the number of the current available partitions.
Further, obtaining the number of available partitions specifically includes:
and if the user instruction is judged not to have the specified partition, the states of the plurality of partitions are respectively subjected to state mutual exclusion judgment with the user instruction, if so, mutual exclusion information of the unavailable partitions is recorded, the available partitions are obtained according to whether each partition has the mutual exclusion information, and the number of the available partitions is obtained according to the available partitions.
When the dishwasher has a plurality of partitions, it is determined whether the user has explicitly specified a partition.
If the user does not specify the partitions, the multiple partitions of the dishwasher are compared with the user instruction respectively to judge the state mutual exclusion, the usable partitions are found out, and the number of the usable partitions is obtained.
If the user has specified a partition, the default user is to operate on this partition, which is then operated according to the user's intent, with the number of available partitions being one. If no partition is specified, the subsequent determination continues.
Further, if the user instruction is judged to have the designated partition, whether the partition state and the user instruction are mutually exclusive or not is judged, if so, mutual exclusion information is recorded to feed back the reason of the mutual exclusion of the user, and if not, the number of the available partitions is one.
If the user has specified that the partition should be selected first, preferably following the user's intent, a subsequent series of determinations are made for the partition. And judging whether the user instruction can be executed in the current state of the partition, if not, feeding back to the reason that the user cannot execute, if so, continuing to execute the subsequent steps, and performing according to the condition that the number of the available partitions is one.
Further, when the number of the available partitions is equal to zero, the user's non-selectable partitions and/or the reason for mutual exclusion are fed back according to the mutual exclusion information.
When the current states of all the partitions of the dishwasher and the instruction state of the user are mutually exclusive, the number of the available partitions is equal to zero at this time, and the user needs to be fed back with the non-selectable partitions or the reason why the partition cannot be executed, or both the non-selectable partitions and the reason why the partition cannot be executed, so that the user can know the current state of the dishwasher more comprehensively.
Further, if the dishwasher does not have a plurality of partitions, judging whether the partition state and the user instruction are mutually exclusive, if so, recording mutual exclusion information and feeding back the reason of the mutual exclusion of the user, and if not, the number of the available partitions is one.
Judging whether the dish-washing machine has a plurality of subareas, if the dish-washing machine only has one subarea, the default user instruction is issued for the subarea, directly judging whether the user instruction can be executed in the current state of the subarea of the dish-washing machine, and if the user instruction can be executed, processing according to the number of the available subareas as one. And if the execution cannot be carried out, the reason of the non-execution is fed back to the user.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
By the method, operation steps of a user during use are reduced, the partition to be operated does not need to be specified during operation of the dish washing machine, the system can automatically select a proper partition according to the operation intention of the user and the state of each partition of the current dish washing machine, and user experience is improved.

and S5, if the program is specified in the user instruction, selecting an available partition to execute the instruction or feeding back the user request to specify the partition.
Example one
The cloud platform can operate the control method for automatically selecting the partition of the dish washing machine, is in communication connection with the terminal equipment, receives a user instruction from the terminal equipment and feeds information back to the user through the terminal equipment. The cloud platform is in communication connection with the dish washing machine, after the dish washing machine partition is selected by the control method, an instruction set is constructed for the instructions to be executed by the dish washing machine, the instructions are issued to the dish washing machine, and the execution result is fed back to the user through the terminal equipment. The terminal equipment can be a mobile phone or an intelligent sound box with a man-machine interaction function, and a user can give instructions and receive feedback information through the terminal equipment.
As shown in fig. 3, in the control method for automatically selecting a partition of a dishwasher provided by the present invention, an execution subject is a cloud platform, and the execution subject may also be a terminal device or a dishwasher.
The detailed step of step S1 is:
s101, after receiving a user instruction, acquiring current dishwasher information from a dishwasher;
and S102, judging whether the user command is the operation needing partitioning.
In this embodiment, the user instruction is a dish washing instruction, the current dishwasher information includes state information and local structure information of the current dishwasher, and the partition refers to a washing area of the dishwasher.
The user instruction is divided into an operation requiring partition and an operation not requiring partition, for example, the operation not requiring partition may be a power-on instruction, a power-off instruction, a buzzer power-on instruction or a buzzer power-off instruction, and the operation requiring partition may be a start instruction, a pause instruction or a dish washing instruction. In the actual use process, the operation requiring partition and the operation not requiring partition are set according to the function of the current dishwasher and are not specifically limited herein.
In this embodiment, the user instruction is divided into an operation requiring partition and an operation not requiring partition, and if the user instruction is an operation not requiring partition, a subsequent step related to partition is not required, so that the time of an operation step and a system data operation is saved. If the user instruction is the operation needing partitioning, further judgment is carried out according to the user instruction and the current state of the dishwasher, and the specific partition which the user wants to operate is accurately determined under the condition that the user does not designate the partition.
The detailed step of step S2 is:
s201, if the user instruction is the operation needing partition, judging whether the dish washing machine has a plurality of partitions.
In this embodiment, the user instruction is a dish washing instruction, and after the user instruction is judged to be an operation requiring a partition, it is continuously judged whether the dish washing machine has a plurality of partitions. If the dishwasher is provided with only one partition, the problem that the partition needs to be selected does not exist, the command issued by the user can only be directed at the partition, whether the partition can execute the user command or not is judged, if yes, the command is issued to the dishwasher according to the user command, and if the partition can not execute the user command, the user command is fed back to the reason of the user through the terminal equipment. The selection of the plurality of zones is continued only when the dishwasher itself has the plurality of zones.
There are different situations depending on the number of partitions provided in the dishwasher. The detailed step of step S3 is:
s311, if the dish washer does not have a plurality of partitions, judging whether the partition state and the user instruction are mutually exclusive or not;
s321, if the dish washing machine has a plurality of partitions, judging whether the partition is designated in the user instruction;
s322, if the user instruction does not specify the partition, the states of the plurality of partitions of the dishwasher are respectively subjected to state exclusive judgment with the user instruction, if the states of the partitions of the dishwasher are mutually exclusive with the states of the user instruction, the partition of the dishwasher is an unavailable partition, the exclusive information of the unavailable partition is recorded, and the number of the available partitions is obtained.
The state mutual exclusion means that the user instruction cannot be executed in the partition state, in this embodiment, the user instruction is a dish washing instruction, if the partition of the dishwasher is in a washing state, the user instruction cannot be continuously executed in the partition of the dishwasher, and the partition state and the user instruction state are mutually exclusive; if the dishwasher partition is not in the washing state, the user instruction may be executed in the dishwasher partition, the partition state not being mutually exclusive from the user instruction state.
In step S311, the dishwasher does not have a plurality of partitions, if the partition of the dishwasher is currently in use, the partition status and the user instruction status are mutually exclusive, the mutual exclusion information is recorded and fed back to the terminal device, and the user is fed back that the partition of the dishwasher is currently in use. The mutual exclusion information comprises the current state information of the dish washer or the partition and/or the number of the current available partitions. If the partition of the current dishwasher is not used, the partition status is not mutually exclusive to the user instruction, the number of available partitions is one, and step S4 is performed.
In step S322, the dishwasher has a plurality of partitions, and if all partitions of the current dishwasher are in use, all partition states of the dishwasher are mutually exclusive from the user instruction state, and mutual exclusion information is recorded, where the number of available partitions is zero.
In step S322, the dishwasher has a plurality of partitions, and if only one of the plurality of partitions of the current dishwasher is unused, the state of the unused partition is not mutually exclusive to the user instruction, and the unused partition is an available partition. And simultaneously, when the other partitions are in use, the state of the partition in use is mutually exclusive with the user instruction, and mutual exclusion information is recorded, wherein the number of the available partitions is one.
In step S322, the dishwasher has a plurality of partitions, if at least two partitions of the dishwasher are not used currently, the state of the unused partition of the dishwasher is not mutually exclusive to the user instruction, the unused partitions of the dishwasher are all available partitions, and the number of the available partitions is multiple at this time.
The detailed step of step S4 is:
s401, when the number of the available partitions is zero, feeding back to the terminal equipment, and feeding back the unavailable partitions to a user, wherein all the partitions of the dish washing machine execute washing tasks;
s402, when the number of the available partitions is larger than zero, judging whether the user instruction is a single instruction, and if the user instruction is not the single instruction, judging whether a program is specified in the user instruction.
The program refers to a washing program preset in the dishwasher, such as normal washing, quick washing, and sterilizing washing, and the washing program may further include other programs according to the actual function of the dishwasher. In the embodiment, the user instruction is a dish washing instruction, and a program is not specified in the dish washing instruction.
For example, the single instruction may be a start instruction, an end instruction, or a pause instruction. In actual use, the setting is based on the current dishwasher function, and is not limited in detail. In the embodiment, the user instruction is a dish washing instruction, and the dish washing instruction is not a single instruction.
The detailed step of step S5 is:
s501, if the user instruction does not specify a program, when the number of the available partitions is one, selecting a default program of the partition of the dish washing machine, selecting the partition construction instruction set to send to the dish washing machine, and sending feedback information to the terminal equipment;
s502, when there are a plurality of available partitions, the method feeds back to the terminal device, asks the user which partition to operate, and then executes step S1 according to a new user instruction.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the user command in the present embodiment is a "disinfecting and washing dish" command, and the "disinfecting and washing dish" command is an operation requiring zoning.
The detailed step of step S1 is:
s101, after receiving a user instruction, acquiring current dishwasher information from a dishwasher;
and S102, judging whether the user command is the operation needing partitioning.
The detailed step of step S2 is:
s201, if the user instruction is the operation needing the subareas, judging whether the dishwasher has a plurality of subareas.
There are different situations depending on the number of partitions provided in the dishwasher. The detailed step of step S3 is:
s311, if the dish washer does not have a plurality of partitions, judging whether the partition state and the user instruction are mutually exclusive or not;
s321, if the dish washing machine has a plurality of partitions, judging whether the partition is designated in the user instruction;
s322, if the user instruction does not specify the partition, the states of the plurality of partitions of the dishwasher are respectively subjected to state exclusive judgment with the user instruction, if the states of the partitions of the dishwasher are mutually exclusive with the states of the user instruction, the partition of the dishwasher is an unavailable partition, the exclusive information of the unavailable partition is recorded, and the number of the available partitions is obtained.
In step S311, the dishwasher does not have a plurality of partitions, if the partition of the dishwasher is currently in use, the partition status is mutually exclusive with the user instruction status, the mutual exclusion information is recorded and fed back to the terminal device, and the user is fed back that the partition of the dishwasher is currently in use.
In step S322, the dishwasher has a plurality of partitions, and if only one partition among the plurality of partitions of the current dishwasher is unused, the state of the unused partition is not mutually exclusive with the user instruction, and the unused partition is an available partition.
The detailed step of step S4 is:
s401, when the number of the available partitions is zero, feeding back to the terminal equipment, and feeding back the unavailable partitions to a user, wherein all the partitions of the dish washing machine execute washing tasks;
s402, when the number of the available partitions is larger than zero, judging whether the user instruction is a single instruction, and if the user instruction is not the single instruction, judging whether a program is specified in the user instruction.
In this embodiment, the user instruction is a "disinfection and dishwashing" instruction, and the user instruction is not a single instruction.
The detailed step of step S5 is:
s501, if a program is designated in a user instruction, if the number of available partitions is one, selecting a partition structure instruction set to issue to a dishwasher and sending feedback information to terminal equipment if the partition has the designated program; if the partition does not have the specified program, selecting the program which is closest to the specified program and is possessed by the partition, selecting the partition to construct an instruction set, sending the instruction set to the dish washing machine, feeding back to the terminal equipment, and feeding back the user that the closest program is executed.
S502, when the number of the available partitions is multiple, judging whether the available partitions have the specified program, if the number of the available partitions with the specified program is not one, sending feedback information to the terminal equipment, and inquiring which partition a user wants to operate; if the number of the available partitions with the specified program is one, constructing an instruction set and sending the instruction set to the dish washing machine, and sending feedback information to the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, the user instruction is a "disinfection washing dish" instruction, the user instruction includes a "disinfection washing" program, and in step S501, if the partition does not have the "disinfection washing" program, the program that is closest to the specified program and is included in the partition is selected, which specifically includes:
respectively calculating numerical values of the designated program and each program of the partition according to a preset algorithm, comparing the numerical value corresponding to the designated program with the numerical value corresponding to each program of the partition, and selecting the program corresponding to the numerical value closest to the numerical value corresponding to the designated program as the closest program.
Each program is provided with a plurality of parameters, a corresponding weight coefficient is preset for each parameter, and all the parameters of the program are weighted and summed to obtain a numerical value corresponding to the program;
the program at least comprises a washing time length parameter and a water flow intensity parameter, and the weight coefficient of the washing time length is larger than that of the water flow intensity.
In this embodiment, the user instruction is a "disinfection washing dish" instruction, the user instruction includes a "disinfection washing" degree, and the designated program is a "disinfection washing" program. In step S502, if the number of available partitions with the designated program is one, that is, only one partition has the designated program, the partition is selected, the instruction set is constructed and issued to the dishwasher, and the feedback information is sent to the terminal device. If the number of the available partitions with the specified program is not one, namely the number of the available partitions with the specified program is zero or more than one, and when the number of the available partitions with the specified program is zero, all the available partitions do not have the specified program, sending feedback information to the terminal equipment to inquire which partition is to be operated by a user; when the number of the available partitions with the specified program is more than one, feedback information is sent to the terminal device to inquire which partition the user wants to operate.
