The operation steps are simple and convenient, manual grouping is not required to be created, the corresponding intelligent equipment can be quickly found according to searching or equipment labels, and meanwhile, the method is suitable for batch operation. Furthermore, the intelligent device can be automatically controlled, manual operation and control of a user are not needed, and time is saved.
As shown in fig. 6, the present invention further provides a wireless control apparatus for intelligent devices, which is integrated in a mobile terminal, and includes:
the selection module 101 is configured to select, on an intelligent device selection interface, a target intelligent device from the pre-associated intelligent devices according to the device tag in the input information;
an entry module 102, configured to enter a control interface of a target smart device;
a sending module 103, configured to send a control command on a control interface;
a first confirmation module 104, configured to confirm that the control command is responded to according to the reply of the target smart device. In the selection module 101, after a user creates an account in the device, the user first needs to add and store the smart device in the device, and establish a signal connection with the smart device to control the smart device. After the intelligent equipment and the device are added in a correlated manner, equipment information of the intelligent equipment is displayed in an intelligent equipment selection interface of the device, such as a washing machine, a sweeper, an air conditioner and the like, so that a user can select the intelligent equipment to be controlled, and the target intelligent equipment to be controlled is determined. Since this process is performed before use, it is also called pre-association. In some embodiments, because the number of pre-associated smart devices added to the apparatus is large, sometimes it is troublesome to directly find a specific smart device, in some embodiments, the specific smart device may be directly searched, and a name of a target smart device to be controlled, such as an air conditioner, may be input, and the target smart device may be screened out and displayed on the apparatus interface, and other irrelevant smart devices may not be displayed, thereby improving the efficiency of a user in finding the smart device. In other embodiments, when the device information of the smart device is added, the apparatus reads the device information of the added smart device, and then assigns a device tag to the added smart device according to the device information. For example, if the added intelligent equipment is an air conditioner, an equipment label of 'living electrical equipment' can be automatically allocated; and for another example, the added intelligent device is a washing machine, a device label of 'cleaning electrical appliance' is automatically assigned, and a user does not need to manually create a group. The intelligent equipment selection interface of the device can also display different equipment labels in an arranged mode, a user can directly find the intelligent equipment of the same type according to the input equipment labels, when the user needs to carry out batch operation, for example, the user needs to simultaneously open a washing machine to wash clothes, a dish washer to wash dishes and a sweeper to sweep the floor, the intelligent equipment of the same type can be displayed together on the device interface without being searched for multiple times one by one, and great convenience is provided for control operation.
In the entering module 102, after selecting a target smart device to be controlled, a user enters a control interface of the target smart device, where the control interface is equivalent to a remote controller of the smart device and can issue a control command through the remote controller to perform a control operation.
In the sending module 103, after entering the control interface of the target smart device, relevant operations are performed on the apparatus, and a control command is issued, so that a series of operations for controlling the smart device can be performed. For example, the control interface of the washing machine can be selected, the water consumption, the washing mode, the washing duration and the like can be selected; for example, the parameters such as temperature, humidity and duration can be selected when entering a control interface of the air conditioner. In some embodiments, the device further comprises a cloud server, when a user needs to remotely control the intelligent device in a home, after entering a control interface of the intelligent device, the device sends a control command to the cloud server, the cloud server forwards the control command to the intelligent device connected with a specific WiFi, and the intelligent device responds to the control command sent by the device, so that the purpose of remotely and wirelessly controlling the intelligent device is achieved. In other embodiments, the device directly sends the control command to the intelligent device in an infrared signal mode without transferring through a network server, and is suitable for the situation when the user is close to the intelligent device to be controlled.
In the first confirmation module 104, after the device sends the control command to the smart device, the smart device returns a command reply, and the device confirms whether the sent control command is responded according to the command reply. For example, the controlled intelligent device is an air conditioner, if the air conditioner is to be started, the air conditioner returns a 'successful start' reply to the device after being started successfully according to the received control command and displays the 'successful start' reply on the device interface, and if the air conditioner is not started successfully, the air conditioner returns a 'failed start' reply to the device and displays the 'failed start' reply on the device interface, so that a user can know the control condition of the intelligent device.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the method further comprises:
a scanning module 105, configured to scan whether a target smart device exists within a specific range;
the judging module 106 is configured to, if there is a target intelligent device, judge whether the target intelligent device is in a distribution network mode;
a configuration module 107, configured to perform network configuration on the target intelligent device if the target intelligent device is in a network distribution mode;
and a second confirmation module 108, configured to confirm that the network configuration is successful according to the reply of the target smart device.
In the scanning module 105, after the user creates an account in the apparatus, the user first adds the smart device to the apparatus, associates with the smart device, establishes a signal connection, and can control the smart device, and the smart device to be added is referred to as a target smart device. After the signal connection module of the target intelligent device is opened, a connection signal is sent out so that the device can scan the connection signal. The user opens the device, scans whether a target intelligent device is waiting for connection in a specific range, the distance of the specific range is different according to the different strength of a signal connection module on the target intelligent device, and then according to the scanned target intelligent device, the user determines whether to add the intelligent device into the device. In some embodiments, the connection signal of the target smart device is a bluetooth signal. In other embodiments, the connection signal of the target smart device is a WiFi signal. In still other embodiments, the apparatus may associate with the target smart device by scanning a two-dimensional code specific to the target smart device.
In the above determining module 106, after the target intelligent device is scanned, the user further needs to open a distribution network mode on the target intelligent device, so that the apparatus performs network configuration on the target intelligent device, and thus the target intelligent device can receive a control command sent by the apparatus through the network server, thereby achieving the purpose of remotely and wirelessly controlling the intelligent device. In some embodiments, the distribution network module of the target smart device is integrated with the connection signal module, and the signal connection module is turned on to allow the target smart device to be in a scannable state while the target smart device also allows the apparatus to perform network configuration on the target smart device.
In the configuration module 107, after the device confirms that the target intelligent device is in the network distribution mode, the device sends specific WiFi information to the target intelligent device through smartlink, where the WiFi information includes a WiFi name and a WiFi password, the target intelligent device sends the received WiFi information to a corresponding router for verification, and after the verification is successful, the target intelligent device and the specific WiFi are bound and store the information, so as to receive the control command sent by the device through the specific WiFi. In some embodiments, the device further comprises a cloud server, when a user needs to remotely control the home intelligent device, after entering a control interface of a target intelligent device, the device sends a control command to the cloud server, the cloud server forwards the control command to the target intelligent device connected with a specific WiFi, and the target intelligent device responds to the control command sent by the device, so that the purpose of remotely and wirelessly controlling the intelligent device is achieved. In other embodiments, the device directly sends the control command to the target intelligent device in an infrared signal mode without transferring through a network server, and is suitable for the situation when the user is close to the intelligent device to be controlled.
In the second confirmation module 108, after the WiFi information sent by the target smart device to the corresponding router is successfully verified, a verification notification is returned to the device and displayed on the device interface, so that the user can know whether the network configuration is successful. After the network configuration of the target intelligent device is successful, the user needs to close the network distribution mode on the target intelligent device, so that the network configuration of other people except the user on the target intelligent device is prevented, and the use trouble is brought to the user.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, further comprising:
a reading module 109, configured to read device information of a target smart device;
the allocating module 110 is configured to allocate a device tag to a target smart device according to target device information;
and the adding module 111 is used for adding the device information into the intelligent device selection interface for association.
In the reading module 109, after the device confirms that the network configuration of the target smart device is successful, the device may add the device information of the target smart device to the device and store the device information, read the device information of the target smart device, and determine the type of the target smart device, so as to assign the corresponding device tag.
In the allocating module 110, after determining the type of the target smart device, the apparatus automatically allocates a tag to the target smart device, for example, if the added target smart device is read as an air conditioner, an equipment tag of a "living electrical appliance" is automatically allocated; and for example, if the added target intelligent device is read as a washing machine, a device label of 'cleaning electrical appliance' is automatically assigned. The different equipment labels can be arranged and displayed on the intelligent equipment selection interface of the device, a user can directly find the intelligent equipment of the same type according to the equipment labels, when the user needs to carry out batch operation, for example, the user needs to simultaneously open a washing machine to wash clothes, a dish washer to wash dishes and a sweeper to sweep the floor, the intelligent equipment of the same type can be displayed together on the device interface, and great convenience is provided for control operation. In some embodiments, if the user is not satisfied with the automatically assigned device tag, the device tag may be manually edited to select a device tag that the user prefers.
In the adding module 111, after the device tag is assigned to the smart device, the apparatus adds the relevant device information of the smart device to the smart device selection interface, and after the apparatus is associated with the smart device, the user can control the smart device through the apparatus.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments, the sending module 103 includes:
a first judgment unit 1031 for judging whether or not in the automatic control mode;
a calling unit 1032, configured to call the collected control record of the target intelligent device if the target intelligent device is in the automatic control mode;
and the generating unit 1033 is used for intelligently generating and sending the control command according to the control record.
In the first determining unit 1031, in order to make the operation and control more convenient, when in use, the user may start an automatic control mode, where the automatic control mode refers to that the device records the issued control command and the operation time and operation state of the corresponding intelligent device, collects data, and after a period of time, intelligently controls the target intelligent device with the automatic control mode started according to the collected data, and in some embodiments, to ensure accurate intelligent control, the minimum time unit for collecting data is one week, that is, collects a control record of a complete week from monday to sunday of one target intelligent device, and then automatically controls the intelligent device the same in the next week according to the collected control record of one week, for example, collects that the user starts an air conditioner around six pm in monday to friday, and turns off the air conditioner around seven pm earlier, and on weekends, the control record of the air conditioner is started all day, on monday to friday of the next week, the device automatically sends a control command for starting the air conditioner around six pm, and automatically sends a control command for closing the air conditioner around seven am, on weekends, the air conditioner is started all day, after the control command for automatic control is sent, the device can pop up a corresponding prompt to an intelligent terminal interface for users to know, and the automatic control mode is full-automatic intelligent operation, so that the intelligent control is convenient and rapid without manual control of the users. In other embodiments, after the automatic control mode is started, data is continuously collected, taking one week as a basic collection unit, and after the time for starting the automatic control mode reaches one month, the control record collected according to the one month is collected, for example, two days at the end of each month is collected, the user does not start the air conditioner, the previous automatic control is intelligently adjusted, the control command for starting the air conditioner is not automatically sent out on two days at the end of each month, then two months and three months are carried out, and so on, the longer the time for collecting the data is, the more the data is, the higher the accuracy of the automatic control is.
In the invoking unit 1032, after the automatic control mode is started for the target smart device, the apparatus starts to collect and invoke a control record of the target smart device, where the control record includes information such as the running time and running state of the target smart device. In some embodiments, the automatic control mode may be turned on for all of the associated smart devices with one key.
In the generating unit 1033, as described in the above modules, after the control record data is collected for a period of time, the apparatus performs automatic control according to the collected data, that is, performs predictive control according to the personal preference of the user, because the control command is intelligently generated according to the collected control record, after the automatic control mode is turned on, the apparatus does not perform automatic control on the intelligent device immediately, but collects the control record for a period of time first, and finally calls the collected control record to intelligently generate the control command, and in some embodiments, the shortest time for collecting the control record is one week. In some embodiments, when the device intelligently generates the control command, the device performs operations such as numerical deviation analysis and exceptional numerical value elimination, and obtains automatic control data which accords with the use habit of the user as much as possible, so that the automatic control is more accurate.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments, the sending module 103 further comprises;
a second determining unit 1034 configured to determine whether the mobile terminal is in the business trip mode;
an execution unit 1035, configured to execute the step of invoking the collected control record of the target smart device if the target smart device is not in the business trip mode.
In the second determining unit 1034, when the device is in the business trip mode, the device does not start the automatic control mode, that is, the device does not automatically send the control command, the user can only manually send the control command to control the smart device, sometimes the user may have a period of time without using the smart device, for example, when the device is in the business trip mode, the device may not automatically control the smart device to prevent energy waste. When the user goes on business, the business mode can be closed, and the automatic control mode is recovered to control conveniently and quickly. In some embodiments, the automatic control mode is automatically turned off after the user turns on the business trip mode. In other embodiments, after the user turns on the business trip mode, the automatic control mode remains on, but does not issue an automatic control command.
In the execution unit 1035, after the device is determined not to be in the business trip mode, the device continues to operate in the automatic control mode, and the intelligent device is automatically controlled according to the collected control record.
In summary, the present invention further provides an intelligent device wireless control apparatus, applied in a mobile terminal, including: the selection module 101 is configured to select, on an intelligent device selection interface, a target intelligent device from the pre-associated intelligent devices according to the device tag in the input information; an entry module 102, configured to enter a control interface of a target smart device; a sending module 103, configured to send a control command on a control interface; a first confirmation module 104, configured to confirm that the control command is responded to according to the reply of the target smart device. The device module is simple, convenient to operate, does not need to establish the grouping manually, can find corresponding intelligent equipment fast according to search or equipment label, is fit for batch operation simultaneously. Furthermore, the intelligent device can be automatically controlled, manual operation and control of a user are not needed, and time is saved.

selecting target intelligent equipment from the pre-associated intelligent equipment according to the equipment label in the input information on an intelligent equipment selection interface;
entering a control interface of the target intelligent device;
sending a control command on the control interface;
confirming that the control command is responded according to the reply of the target intelligent equipment;
the step of issuing a control command at the control interface includes:
judging whether the automatic control mode is in;
if the target intelligent device is in the automatic control mode, calling collected control records of the target intelligent device, wherein the control records comprise running time and running state;
generating and sending the control command according to the control record;
before the step of selecting the target intelligent device from the pre-associated intelligent devices according to the input information on the intelligent device selection interface, the method further comprises the following steps:
scanning whether the target intelligent device exists in a specific range;
if the target intelligent equipment exists, judging whether the target intelligent equipment is in a distribution network mode;
if the target intelligent equipment is in the distribution network mode, carrying out network configuration on the target intelligent equipment;
confirming that the network configuration is successful according to the reply of the target intelligent equipment;
after the step of confirming that the network configuration is successful according to the reply of the target intelligent device, the method further comprises the following steps:
reading the equipment information of the target intelligent equipment;
distributing an equipment label to the target intelligent equipment according to the equipment information;
and adding the equipment information to the intelligent equipment selection interface for association.
2. The smart device wireless control method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of invoking the collected control record of the target smart device, comprising:
judging whether the mobile phone is in a business trip mode;
and if the target intelligent device is not in the business trip mode, executing the step of calling the collected control record of the target intelligent device.
