For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the application. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 19, the present invention provides a mattress, which includes a frame 1 and a deck 2 installed on the frame 1.
The frame 1 comprises a fixed base 10 and a plurality of supporting frames 11 with adjustable angles, wherein the supporting frames 11 are used for supporting different parts of a human body, so that the posture of the human body can be changed when the frame 1 is deformed. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 shows a schematic configuration of the frame 1 in a horizontal state (initial state), fig. 2 shows a front view of the frame 1 in a zero gravity state, and fig. 3 shows a front view of the frame 1 in a leisure state. In the embodiment of the bed frame 1 shown in fig. 1 to 3, the bed frame 1 comprises four supporting frames 11, namely a first supporting frame 110, a second supporting frame 111, a third supporting frame 112 and a fourth supporting frame 113, wherein the first supporting frame 110 is used for supporting the buttocks of a human body, the second supporting frame 111 is used for supporting the back of the human body, the third supporting frame 112 is used for supporting the thighs of the human body, and the fourth supporting frame 113 is used for supporting the calves of the human body. When one of the supporting frames 11 is driven by a driving device, such as an electric push rod 12, the supporting frames 11 are driven by a link mechanism 15 to synchronously move. The fixing base 10 is located below the first support frame 110, and is connected to the first support frame 110.
As shown in fig. 4, the top board 2 includes a base board 20 connected to the frame 1 and two side boards 21 connected to both ends of the base board 20, respectively, and the side boards 21 extend to the outside of the frame 1 toward the side where the frame 1 is located. Specifically, each support frame 11 includes two cross bars 114 spaced apart along the lateral direction of the bed frame 1 (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow Y in the figure), and the base plate 20 is attached to the upper surfaces of the cross bars 114, and the base plate and the cross bars 114 can be connected by bolts, for example. The side plate 21 extends downward and is shielded outside the frame 1 (for example, the link mechanism 15 can be blocked), so that an external object can be effectively prevented from entering the frame 1 from the side of the frame 1, and the safety is higher.
In order to improve the stability of the side panels 21, in the first preferred embodiment, at least some of the side panels 21 are disposed to be in contact with the side surface 1a of the frame 1, and at this time, the side panels 21 are supported by the frame 1 in the lateral direction, and thus are less likely to be bent and deformed by a lateral force. The side plate 21 has a suspended first end 210, the first end 210 is the end of the side plate 21 below the base plate 20, and preferably, the first end 210 of the side plate 21 is configured to be attached to the side surface 1a of the bed frame 1, so that the bed frame 1 has a better lateral support effect on the side plate 21. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a side view of the connection of the bedplate 2, the fixing base 10 and the first support frame 110, wherein the outer side surfaces of the first support frame 110 and the fixing base 10 are flush and together form a side surface 1a of the bed frame 1, and the side plate 21 is attached to both the first support frame 110 and the fixing base 10. In a second preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the first end 210 of the side plate 21 that is suspended in the air is spaced apart from the side surface 1a of the frame 1, the top board 2 further includes an abutment 3 connected to the first end 210, and the abutment 3 abuts against the side surface 1a of the frame 1 (the abutment 3 abuts against the fixing base 10 in the drawing), so that the strength of the side plate 21 can be increased and the first end 210 of the side plate 21 is not deformed even when a lateral force is applied thereto.
It can be understood that, through the two embodiments, the horizontal position of the bedplate 2 can be limited, and the bedplate 2 is prevented from shifting horizontally relative to the bed frame 1 during use. Simultaneously can alleviate the deformation of curb plate 21 when transversely atress, not only can prevent the fracture of curb plate 21 and base plate 20 junction, can also prevent that the mattress from being warp at parcel cloth posterior lateral plate 21 atress, the mattress side is more straight, and is whole more pleasing to the eye.
In a preferred embodiment, the base plate 20 and the side plate 21 are made of polyester fiber. The polyester fiber board is formed by utilizing polyester fibers to carry out hot processing and pressing, for example, raw materials (PET fibers) are subjected to a series of processes such as opening carding, lapping, needling, pressing, heat setting and the like, and the pure physical production process ensures that the PET fibers are nontoxic and harmless. The polyester fiber board has a porous structure, and has the advantages of good toughness, light weight, small influence by temperature and humidity change, low noise and the like.
To improve the comfort of use of the mattress, referring to fig. 7, the mattress further comprises a flexible pad 4 disposed on the upper surface of the base plate 20, the flexible pad 4 being, for example, a foam pad, a latex pad, or the like. The upper end of the side plate 21 also extends out of the base plate 20, and specifically, the side plate 21 extends towards the side of the flexible pad 4 and covers the outside of the flexible pad 4. Thus, the transverse position of the flexible pad 4 can be limited by the side plates 21, and the flexible pad 4 is prevented from being separated from the base plate 1 in the deformation process of the bed frame 1, so that the use is more reliable.
Further, with reference to fig. 7, the mattress further includes a covering layer 5 wrapped outside the bed frame 1, the bed board 2 and the flexible pad 4, wherein the material of the covering layer 5 is a fabric, such as cotton, hemp, nylon or polyester. Of course, the covering layer 5 may be made of other materials suitable for covering and contacting with the human body, besides cloth. The coating layer 5 is coated outside the bedstead 1, the bed board 2 and the flexible pad 4 to form the mattress. Because the side plates 21 are arranged on the outer side of the bedstead 1, the side surface of the mattress is smoother, and the whole mattress is approximately in a cuboid shape in a horizontal state, has the same appearance with the traditional mattress and is more attractive.
During the deformation of the frame 1, the holder 10 is stationary. The first support frame 110 for supporting the buttocks is movably connected with the fixed seat 10 and can change position relative to the fixed seat 10. In some embodiments, the first supporting frame 110 can move relative to the fixed base 10 along the length direction of the bed frame 1 (i.e. the direction indicated by the arrow X in the figure) during the deformation of the bed frame 1, and the position of the first supporting frame in the height direction (i.e. the direction indicated by the arrow Z in the figure) changes, preferably decreases in height, so that the first supporting frame 110 decreases in height during the deformation of the bed frame 1, and the variation range of the center of gravity of the human body can be reduced, thereby being more energy-saving and comfortable.
For example, referring to fig. 8, two links 150 are connected between the two ends of the first supporting frame 110 and the fixing base 10 to form a parallelogram mechanism, and the distance between the first supporting frame 110 and the fixing base 10 is gradually reduced in the process of moving the first supporting frame 110 to the left or the right. For another example, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 shows a structure of the fixing base 10 and the connecting portion of the first supporting frame 110 of the bed frame 1 in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the left side of the first supporting frame 110 is connected to the fixing base 10 through the connecting rod 150, the right side is coupled to the arc hole 100 of the fixing base 10 through the rotating shaft 151, two ends of the arc hole 100 are high and middle low, in the process of switching the bed frame 1 from the horizontal state to the leisure state, the first supporting frame 110 moves toward the side of the second supporting frame 111, in the moving process, the left end of the first supporting frame 110 always approaches the fixing base 10, the right end first moves toward the direction approaching the fixing base 10, and then moves toward the direction away from the fixing base 10. Thus, the right end of the first support frame 110 is higher than the left end in a leisure state (refer to fig. 3), so that a person is not easy to slide down when leaning against the second support frame 111 for rest, and the left end of the first support frame 110 is higher than the right end in a zero-gravity sleeping mode (refer to fig. 2), so that the person is more relaxed.
It will be appreciated that the side plates 21 of the bed plate 2 located on the first support bracket 110 preferably extend outside the holder 10 so that they provide a more complete shield of the space between the first support bracket 110 and the holder 10. However, since the first support frame 110 and the fixing base 10 are relatively displaced, the side plate 21 extending to the outside of the fixing base 10 will affect the displacement of the first support frame 110, for example, after the covering layer 5 is used for covering, the lower end of the side plate 21 is tightly attached to the fixing base 10, and is easily protruded or recessed due to extrusion in the moving process of the first support frame 110, and may be seriously broken; for example, the lower end of the side plate 21 may contact with a fixed object such as a bed body and cannot move downwards, so that the side plate protrudes outwards or sinks inwards.
In order to solve this problem, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the side plate 21 includes a first plate portion 211 connected to the base plate 20, a second plate portion 212 located on the side of the frame 1, and a plurality of connecting portions 213 connected between the first plate portion 211 and the second plate portion 212 and disposed at intervals, and through holes 214 are formed between the first plate portion 211, the second plate portion 212, and two adjacent connecting portions 213. Since the width of the connection portion 213 is relatively small, it is more easily deformed. In the case where the first plate portion 211 and the second plate portion 212 are relatively displaced, the connecting portion 213 can be inclined (fig. 12 shows the inclined condition) or bent and deformed inward of the through hole 214 to reduce the distance between the first plate portion 211 and the second plate portion 212, and at the same time, since the side plate 21 is made of a flexible material such as polyester fiber, the connecting portion 213 is not damaged even if it is largely deformed. Like this, the curb plate 21 can also not influence first support frame 110 and take place deformation when improving the security, and in addition, the second board portion 212 of curb plate 21 can be set to relatively fixed with fixing base 10, can not rub the sound production, and is more quiet.
The shape of the through-hole 214 is not limited, and may be, for example, a rectangle, a diamond, a parallelogram, an ellipse, or the like. In a preferred embodiment, the connecting portion 213 is in a rod shape, and the rod-shaped connecting portion 213 can be deformed more easily during the horizontal movement of the first supporting frame 110 relative to the fixing base 10, so as to reduce the obstruction to the movement of the first supporting frame 110. At this time, the shape of the through-hole 214 may be rectangular, rhombic, or parallelogram, etc., to form the rod-shaped connection part 213.
Further, in the first embodiment, referring to fig. 10 and 13, the width B of the connecting portion 213 in the longitudinal direction of the frame 1 is set to be smaller than the thickness D thereof in the width direction of the frame 1 (i.e., the lateral direction described above), so that the rigidity of the rod-shaped connecting portion 213 in the longitudinal direction is smaller than the rigidity in the lateral direction, and it is more easily inclined and bent in the longitudinal direction and less likely to be inclined and bent in the lateral direction, and the first support frame 110 is less hindered when moving. In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the bed plate 2 further includes a plurality of support rods 6 arranged in parallel, one end of each support rod 6 is connected to the second plate portion 212, and the other end of each support rod 6 is connected to the base plate 20, so that the lateral strength of the side plate 21 is enhanced by the support rods 6, and the connecting portion 213 is more prone to longitudinal inclination or bending deformation during deformation and is less prone to lateral deformation.
In some embodiments (for example, the bed frame shown in fig. 1 to 3), during the process of changing the bed frame 1 from the horizontal state to the other state, the first supporting frame 110 only moves towards the direction of the second supporting frame 111 relative to the fixing base 10. In a preferred embodiment, the through hole 214 is a parallelogram, as shown in fig. 16, in which the connecting portion 213 is a rod inclined toward the same side, and the upper end thereof is closer to the second supporting frame 111, so that the connecting portion 213 is more easily inclined and deformed in the direction toward the second supporting frame 111 (the direction of arrow a). In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 17, the bedplate 2 comprises the above-mentioned support rods 6, the support rods 6 are disposed obliquely along the length direction of the bedframe 1, and the lower ends of the support rods 6 are closer to the second support frame 111 than the upper ends, so that the first support frame 110 is easier to move towards the side of the second support frame 111 and is not easy to move in the opposite direction in the initial state.
It is understood that in case the first support frame 110 needs to be moved in both directions with respect to its initial position, the rod-shaped connecting portion 213 is preferably vertical in the initial state, and the first support frame 110 is preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the initial state, so that the first support frame 110 can be moved more smoothly in both forward and backward directions of the frame 1. In addition, in the case where the first support frame 110 needs to be lifted when moved from the initial position, the through-hole 214 may be provided in a parallelogram, for example, in fig. 16, having a tendency to be lifted when the first plate portion 211 is moved in the direction opposite to the arrow a.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, the mattress may further include a reinforcing bar 7 connected to a first side 2130 and/or a second side 2131 of the connecting portion 213, wherein the first side 2130 is a surface of the connecting portion 213 facing the bed frame 1, and the second side 2131 is a surface of the connecting portion 213 facing away from the bed frame 1. Since the reinforcing bar 7 is provided, the supporting performance of the connecting portion 213 can be enhanced without affecting the inclination deformation of the connecting portion 213. Preferably, the young's modulus of the reinforcing bar 7 is larger than the young's modulus of the connecting portion 213, and for example, iron, aluminum, plastic, or the like is used, which is not easily bent and deformed, and can improve the supporting performance of the connecting portion 213. The reinforcing bar 7 is preferably disposed on the first side surface 2130, and the upper end thereof extends to the first plate portion 211.
The invention also provides an electric bed which comprises the mattress. The electric bed also comprises a bed body placed on fixed objects such as the ground, a mattress is placed on the bed body, and the fixed seat 10 of the bed frame 1 can be fixed with the bed body or only placed on the bed body without being connected with each other. When the fixed seat 10 is not connected with the bed body, the mattress has higher safety, and a shearing structure cannot be formed between each support frame 11 of the mattress and the bed body, so that people or objects between the mattress and the bed body are not easy to be injured.
The above is only a specific embodiment of the present invention, and any other modifications based on the concept of the present invention are considered as the protection scope of the present invention.
