Description

Attractant composition for agrotis cristata and application of attractant composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological control, and particularly relates to an attractant composition for controlling fir tip pyralid.
Background
The fir shoot Diorcria abietica Abietella, also called Pinus koraiensis Walker and Pinus sylvestris Walker, belongs to Lepidoptera, orthosiphon family, and is an important pest of the main shoot and cone of Pinus koraiensis in northeast. The domestic distribution is mainly in Heilongjiang, jilin, liaoning, beijing, shanxi, jiangsu, zhejiang, hubei, hunan, sichuan and other places; foreign countries are mainly distributed in czech, poland, finland, soviet union, usa, canada, korea, japan, etc. The harmful tree species include Korean pine, fir, pinus massoniana, slash pine, loblolly pine, spruce, siberian Korean pine, and Pacific silver fir. The larvae are mainly used for damaging the tender branches of two-year-old pinus koraiensis fruits, eating fruit shafts, seeds and fruit scales, so that part of the pinus koraiensis fruits fall off and are necrotic, the quality and the yield of the pinus koraiensis seeds are greatly reduced, trunks are branched, the material quality and the outturn percentage are obviously reduced, and the economic benefit and the ecological construction of forest areas are seriously influenced. Because the larvae of the fir shoot borer are hidden at the harmful parts, the exposure time is short, and the eclosion period of the imagoes is not regular, the larvae are difficult to control.
Chemical pesticide control and lamplight trapping are mostly adopted in the prior art; a biological control method using natural enemies such as parasitoid wasps of the family Apidae; however, chemical pesticides are used, the control drug effect is rapidly reduced by the erosion of rainwater and the irradiation and decomposition of ultraviolet rays in sunlight, and Korean pine seeds are used as precious medicinal materials in China, and the residue generated by spraying a large amount of pesticides influences the human health and threatens the safety of human and environment. The insect sex pheromone is used for preventing and controlling pests, is a novel pest prevention and control technology, has the advantages of small using amount, convenient use, strong specificity, environmental friendliness and the like, and is widely applied to the prevention and control of forestry pests. The plant-derived volatile matter has a synergistic effect on the insect pheromone, and the effect of controlling pests by using the insect sex pheromone can be further enhanced after the plant-derived volatile matter is combined with the insect sex pheromone.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
EXAMPLE 1 preparation of luring core of luring agent composition for Sequoia fir though Sempere guenee
Adding a normal hexane solution containing sex pheromone of the fir tip mottler borer into a natural desulfurized rubber head, sequentially adding alpha-pinene, beta-pinene and ocimene after the solvent is completely volatilized, and obtaining the luring core of the fir tip mottler borer attractant after the solvent is volatilized and dried. Before the test, the lure is placed in a refrigerator with the temperature of 20 ℃ below zero and is stored for standby.
In order to ensure the field attraction effect, 400-1600 mu g of the agryporyza incertulas attractant is placed in each 1mL of the natural devulcanized rubber head lure core, and in order to further illustrate the feasibility of the implementation, part of the formulation of the experiment is listed to determine the optimal field attraction effect, as shown in Table 1.

Note: the data in the table are the mean values of the traps every 3 days ± sem for each trap.
The results in table 2 show that the composition of the agrostis furnacalis attractant has a good effect of trapping the agrostis furnacalis, and the single-kind synergist is added into the sex pheromone of the agrostis furnacalis to improve the trapping amount of the male worms of the agrostis furnacalis, but the composition has no significant difference with the sex pheromone. When two synergists are added, the trapping amount of the male worms of the fir shoot borers is gradually increased. When three synergists are simultaneously added and the total content is more than 300 mug, the average trapping amount is remarkably different from the trapping amount of the sex pheromone (B7) (P is less than 0.05), which shows that the addition of a certain amount of alpha-pinene, beta-pinene and ocimene has remarkable synergistic effect on the trapping activity of the sex pheromone of the fir tip borer, but when the content is more than 400 mug, the trapping amount is not further increased. In view of cost and efficiency, formulation B4 (containing sex pheromone 1100. Mu.g, alpha-pinene 200. Mu.g, beta-pinene 120. Mu.g and ocimene 80. Mu.g) is recommended for large-scale field applications.
The fir tip pyralid walker synergist provided by the invention has the advantages that the raw materials are easy to obtain; after a certain amount of synergist is added, the synergistic effect on the sex pheromone is obvious, and the synergistic agent can be used for trapping a large amount of fir tip borers; meanwhile, the prepared attractant composition has good stability of the attracting core, strong specificity and convenient use, is environment-friendly, can maintain the control effect for more than 30 days, and can be accurately applied to insect condition prediction, mass trapping and killing and mating interference. Has important significance for green prevention and control of the fir tip striped rice borer.
The above disclosure is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art should fall within the scope of the present invention.
