Fig. 3 is a structural diagram of a number portability system provided in a third embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the system includes:
a judging module 11, configured to determine that the user has unused service resources at the operator to be transferred out in response to the user initiating a number-carrying network transfer application;
an obtaining module 12, configured to obtain a service balance conversion scheme and service balance conversion information of an equal service value generated by the to-be-transferred-out operator and the to-be-transferred-in operator according to the unused service resource if the judging module 11 determines that the unused service resource exists at the to-be-transferred-out operator; the method comprises the steps of,
acquiring service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the operator to be transferred and the operator to be transferred respectively;
a transmitting module 13 configured to transmit the service balance conversion information to a user terminal;
the obtaining module 12 is further configured to obtain service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the user in response to the user agreeing to the service balance conversion scheme;
an uploading module 14 configured to upload the service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the operator to be transferred out and the operator to be transferred in respectively and the service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the user to the blockchain;
and the network transfer module 15 is used for carrying numbers and transferring networks to the users.
Further, the service balance conversion scheme includes:
the business resource which is not used by the user is converted by the operator to be transferred out according to the payment cost when the user is subscribed, and the corresponding cost is transferred to the operator to be transferred out;
if the operator to be transferred can perform the same service conversion on the unused service resources, the operator to be transferred directly performs service conversion on the unused service resources, and directly converts balance service resources into accounts of the user in the operator to be transferred;
if the operator to be transferred cannot perform the same service conversion on the unused service resources, the operator to be transferred converts the unused service resources according to the payment cost when the user orders, and transfers the converted corresponding cost to the user or stores the converted corresponding cost into an account of the user in the operator to be transferred.
Further, the network transfer module 15 includes:
the conversion unit is set to respond to the agreement of the user on the service balance conversion scheme, so that the operator to be transferred out and the operator to be transferred in complete balance service conversion of the user according to the service balance conversion scheme;
and the transfer unit is arranged for transferring the history information of the user to the operator to be transferred and the operator to be transferred out, and determining the service responsibility of the operator to be transferred.
Further, the sending module 13 is further configured to send information about whether to perform service balance conversion to the user if the judging module 11 determines that the unused service resources exist at the operator to be transferred;
the obtaining module 12 is further configured to directly terminate the service of the user at the operator to be transferred in response to the user not needing to perform service balance conversion, and the user selects the operator to be transferred in and handles a new service; the method comprises the steps of,
acquiring confirmation information which is signed by a user and does not need to be subjected to business balance conversion, and uploading the confirmation information to a block chain through the uploading module 14;
the obtaining module 12 is specifically configured to respond to the need of the user to perform service balance conversion, and then the user selects the operator to be transferred to, and then performs the step of obtaining the service balance conversion scheme of the same service value generated by the operator to be transferred to and the operator to be transferred to according to the unused service resource.
Further, the judging module 11 is further configured to:
before determining whether the user has unused service resources at the operator to be transferred out, judging whether the user qualifies for carrying a number to transfer a network;
if yes, executing the step of determining whether the unused service resources exist at the position of the operator to be transferred out of the user;
if not, terminating the number-carrying network-transferring service.
Further, the qualification of the number portability includes:
the user is consistent with a transactor applying for the account information corresponding to the number-carrying network number;
the number of the number-carrying network forwarding application and the operator do not have the unfinished associated service in a first preset period;
the number of the number-carrying and network-transferring application does not have the number-carrying and network-transferring behavior in a second preset time period;
the number applying for carrying the number to transfer the network does not have arrearage behavior at the position of the operator to be transferred.
Further, the network transfer module 15 is further configured to terminate the number portability service after the sending module 13 sends the service balance conversion information to the user terminal, in response to the user not agreeing to the service balance conversion scheme.
The number portability system of the embodiments of the present disclosure is used for implementing the number portability method of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, so that the description is simpler, and specific reference may be made to the related description of the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the foregoing method embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the fourth embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device, including a memory 10 and a processor 20, where the memory 10 stores a computer program, and when the processor 20 runs the computer program stored in the memory 10, the processor 20 executes the above possible methods.
The memory 10 is connected to the processor 20, the memory 10 may be a flash memory, a read-only memory, or other memories, and the processor 20 may be a central processing unit or a single chip microcomputer.
Furthermore, embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that is executed by a processor to perform the various possible methods described above.
Computer-readable storage media include volatile or nonvolatile, removable or non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer-readable instructions, data structures, computer program modules or other data. Computer-readable storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM (Random Access Memory ), ROM (Read-Only Memory), EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory, charged erasable programmable Read-Only Memory), flash Memory or other Memory technology, CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read-Only Memory), digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can be accessed by a computer.
It is to be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments employed to illustrate the principles of the present disclosure, however, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Various modifications and improvements may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and substance of the disclosure, and are also considered to be within the scope of the disclosure.

Claims (9)

1. A number portability method, the method comprising:
responding to a user initiated number-carrying network transfer application, and determining whether unused service resources exist at an operator to be transferred;
if so, acquiring a service balance conversion scheme and service balance conversion information of the same service value generated by the to-be-transferred-out operator and the to-be-transferred-in operator according to the unused service resources;
acquiring service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the operator to be transferred and the operator to be transferred respectively;
transmitting the service balance conversion information to a user terminal;
responding to the agreement of the user to the service balance conversion scheme, and acquiring service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the user;
uploading service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the operator to be transferred and the operator to be transferred respectively and service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the user to a block chain;
carrying out number carrying and network transferring on the user;
the business balance conversion scheme comprises the following steps:
the business resource which is not used by the user is converted by the operator to be transferred out according to the payment cost when the user is subscribed, and the corresponding cost is transferred to the operator to be transferred out;
if the operator to be transferred can perform the same service conversion on the unused service resources, the operator to be transferred directly performs service conversion on the unused service resources, and directly converts balance service resources into accounts of the user in the operator to be transferred;
if the operator to be transferred cannot perform the same service conversion on the unused service resources, the operator to be transferred converts the unused service resources according to the payment cost when the user orders, and transfers the converted corresponding cost to the user or stores the converted corresponding cost into an account of the user in the operator to be transferred.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the number portability of the user comprises:
responding to the agreement of the user to the service balance conversion scheme, completing balance service conversion of the user according to the service balance conversion scheme through an operator to be transferred and an operator to be transferred; the method comprises the steps of,
and the historical information of the user is transferred by the operator to be transferred and the operator to be transferred out, and the service responsibility of the operator to be transferred is determined.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
if the user has unused service resources at the position of the operator to be transferred out, continuously judging whether the user needs to perform service balance conversion or not;
responding to that the user does not need to perform service balance conversion, directly terminating the service of the user at the operator to be transferred out, and selecting the operator to be transferred out by the user to transact new service; the method comprises the steps of,
acquiring confirmation information which is signed by a user and does not need to be subjected to business balance conversion, and uploading the confirmation information to a block chain;
and responding to the requirement of the user for service balance conversion, selecting an operator to be transferred by the user, and executing a service balance conversion scheme for acquiring the same service value generated by the operator to be transferred and the operator to be transferred according to the unused service resources.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
before determining whether the user has unused service resources at the operator to be transferred out, judging whether the user qualifies for carrying a number to transfer a network;
if yes, executing the step of determining whether the unused service resources exist at the position of the operator to be transferred out of the user;
if not, terminating the number-carrying network-transferring service.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the qualification of the number portability comprises:
the user is consistent with a transactor applying for the account information corresponding to the number-carrying network number;
the number of the number-carrying network forwarding application and the operator do not have the unfinished associated service in a first preset period;
the number of the number-carrying and network-transferring application does not have the number-carrying and network-transferring behavior in a second preset time period;
the number applying for carrying the number to transfer the network does not have arrearage behavior at the position of the operator to be transferred.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
after the business balance conversion information is sent to the user terminal, the number-carrying network transfer service is terminated in response to the fact that the user does not agree with the business balance conversion scheme.
7. A number portability system, the system comprising:
the judging module is used for responding to the number-carrying network-switching application initiated by the user and determining that unused service resources exist at the position of the operator to be switched out of the user;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a service balance conversion scheme and service balance conversion information of the same service value generated by the operator to be transferred out and the operator to be transferred in according to the unused service resources if the judgment module determines that the unused service resources exist at the operator to be transferred out of the user; the method comprises the steps of,
acquiring service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the operator to be transferred and the operator to be transferred respectively;
a transmission module configured to transmit the service balance conversion information to a user terminal;
the acquisition module is further configured to acquire service balance conversion confirmation information signed by the user in response to the user agreeing to the service balance conversion scheme;
the uploading module is used for uploading the business balance conversion confirmation information respectively signed by the to-be-transferred operator and the business balance conversion confirmation information signed by the user to the blockchain;
the network transfer module is used for carrying numbers and transferring networks to the users;
the business balance conversion scheme comprises the following steps:
the business resource which is not used by the user is converted by the operator to be transferred out according to the payment cost when the user is subscribed, and the corresponding cost is transferred to the operator to be transferred out;
if the operator to be transferred can perform the same service conversion on the unused service resources, the operator to be transferred directly performs service conversion on the unused service resources, and directly converts balance service resources into accounts of the user in the operator to be transferred;
if the operator to be transferred cannot perform the same service conversion on the unused service resources, the operator to be transferred converts the unused service resources according to the payment cost when the user orders, and transfers the converted corresponding cost to the user or stores the converted corresponding cost into an account of the user in the operator to be transferred.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and wherein the processor performs the number portability method of any one of claims 1-6 when the processor runs the computer program stored in the memory.
9. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the number portability method according to any one of claims 1-6.
