技术领域
本发明涉及物联网技术领域,具体为一种基于互联网的高压开关柜监测系统。
背景技术
高压开关柜作为输变电设备的主要组成部分,具有可靠地隔断或接通电路、监测线路运行状态的作用,其运行的可靠性直接影响着电网的安全。由于工作环境、电磁干扰等因素影响,使得高压开关柜的监测难度大,待测信息量多,开关柜的封闭性也限制了监测方法的实施。国内市场高压开关柜自动化监测产品大多功能单一,少数安装了综合保护装置的高压开关柜,也是通过局域网将各种信息发送至监控终端设备上,监控室基本上需保证24小时有值班人员值守,时刻监视着当前设备的运行情况,并适时的组织现场巡检。这样的监控系统运维难度大、成本高。传统的监测措施不能全面地显示开关柜的运行状态,导致其故障率居高不下。随着电网负荷的不断增长和智能化运行模式的逐步发展,实时监测开关柜的运行状态和电能质量,并对故障作出快速反应是提高供电可靠性的有效措施,也是建设坚强智能电网的目标之一。物联网技术、互联网技术的发展为开关柜进行实时状态监测提供了可能。如何高效监控和管理越来越多的开关柜,实时掌握开关柜的运行状态对安全供用电具有重要意义。

具体工作原理如下:
本发明中STM32微控制器是监测系统的核心,负责与其它模块进行数据传输、存储、下发控制指令等,其电路图如图2所示。其相关电路还包括温湿度传感器电路、人体红外感应电路、MCU去耦、复位电路、晶振电路、灯光警示电路和语音警示电路。
过高、过低的湿度、温度都不利于开关柜运行,国网规定电压在3.6KV-40.5KV之间的高压开关柜必须遵守GB3906-2006标准,对开关柜的温湿度进行实时监控。AM2301是一款已校准数字信号输出的温湿度复合传感器,它以专用的数字模块采集技术和温湿度传感技术,确保产品具有极高的可靠性与卓越的长期稳定性,超快响应、抗干扰能力强、体积小、功耗低,信号传输距离可达20米以上,它与微处理器之间的通信方式为单总线串行。
为保障高压开关柜的安全运行,本监测系统在开关柜门上还安装有人体红外传感器。HC-SR501是一款基于热释电效应的人体热释运动传感器,能检测到人体或动物体发出的红外线,其工作电压为3.3-15V, 输出高电平为3.3V,建议感应距离为0-5米。当有人员向高压开关柜移动时,会持续输出高电平至STM32。此时,系统会向现场人员发出报警信号(灯光警示和语音警示),也会向远程终端用户发出报警信号。
灯光警示电路由于其工作电压为12V,故采用了NPN型的S8050三极管实现开关控制红色信号等爆闪的效果;语音警示电路主要由MP3解码模块、功率放大器和扬声器组成。MP3解码模块内置SD卡,其内存储了如“非专业人员请勿靠近”、“请勿打开开关柜门”等语音,从而实现语音提醒的目的。
MCU去耦、复位、晶振等电路是STM32微控制器最小系统的组成模块。
电能质量采集模块主要通过采集母线 PT和开关柜内置CT 的电气参数来反映电能质量,主要测量电压和电流值。采集到的电压、电流值既可以作为电能质量判定的基础数据,也可以给继电保护装置、电量显示、运行参数误差等运算提供数据。针对高压开关柜,系统通过二次降压方式采集电压信号。如针对10KV开关柜,可选用JSZW3-10电压互感器对柜内母排电压进行降压处理,将10KV高电压降为100V后传到二级互感器(综合环境温度、电压输入大小、精度等因素,可选择LV25-P/SP5工业级电压传感器),将二级互感器输出的电压信号通过多通道A/D转换器启动转换并传输至STM32微控制器,完成电压信号的采集。
电压测量单元电路图如图3所示, 为了更加精确的测得母排电压,可同时对三路电压进行监测。电压传感器采集到的电压信号必须经AD转换电路转换为芯片可识别的数字量信号才可正常读取。AD7606是具有同步采样功能的低功耗、高速度A/D转换的数据处理器,具有双极性模拟量输入,灵活的并行/串行接口等特性。系统采用SPI串行总线的通信方式进行AD7606芯片与主控单元的通信,一共需要9个去耦电容保证其稳定地进行工作,包括4个电源引脚AVcc(100nf)、REFCAPA(REFCAPB)引脚和REFIN/REFOUT引脚(10μF极性电容)、两个REGCAP引脚(1μF)以及逻辑电源引脚Vdrive(100nf)。其外围电路如图4所示。
本系统中三相电流的采集采用了三相交流变送器,它自带RS485通信接口,直接输出数字信号,无需进行AD转换。三相交流变送器与STM32之间的通信电路如图5所示。
采集到的电压、电流数据可由STM32F核心处理器或上传至云端服务器进行电能质量参数计算、谐波计算等运算、处理。
高压开关柜的五防闭锁是保证电力网安全运行、确保设备和人身安全、防止误操作的重要措施,国网有明确规定:高压开关通电运行时,设备电压高达10k V时,此时开关柜门必须可靠闭锁,不能随意打开。当机柜门锁电源接通时,可实现电磁感应锁定。电机锁的无源接点 NO、COM 分别与 L1_NC 连接、接地连接。柜门锁住后,接点 COM 和 NO 闭合,L1_NC 接地,LOCK1_IN 端口输出低电平至 STM32;当有人误开柜门锁或强开柜门锁时,接点打开,输出高电平至 STM32的PD0,系统则会向用户发出报警信号(红色信号灯闪烁、语音提示、远程报警)。 五防闭锁监测电路如图6所示。
基于窄带物联网(NB-IoT)技术是目前前景最为广阔的一项技术。开关柜设备物联网应用一般面向对开关柜所控制电网区域的电压、电流、柜内温湿度、柜门是否关好以及有无人员靠近等信息的全面感知,将采集的信息上传至云端,终端用户通过对云端信息进行分析处理进而实现开关柜远程监测、巡检与预警等功能,物联网平台架构如图7所示。通信模块采用移远的NB-IoT模组BC95, 用于连接NB-IOT基站,支持多种协议(UDP/TCP/CoAP/LWM2M/ MQTT)将数据上传至云平台(中国移动OneNET、中国电信IoT平台、华为云、阿里云)。SIM和BC95模组电路图分别如图8和图9所示,SIM卡利用SIM电路直接嵌入到BC95模组内部。BC95模组是一款低功耗的NBIOT无线通信模块,可将温度、湿度、电压、电流等信息传输至云平台。
电源电路为检测系统提供电力支持,从高压开关柜取220V交流电,通过电源转换器转换成12V直流电,可为电压测量单元电路、信号灯等供电,再经过图10所示电源电路降为5V、3.3V和 1.8V,图10为12V直流电源降至5V和3.3V, WS78L05是一种三端集成稳压器,可固定输出5V的直流电压,主要为温湿度传感器、MP3解码模块、人体红外传感器、五防闭锁检测电力提供电源。
选用具有固定输出的LM1117-3.3V稳压器可将5V的直流电源降至3.3V。3.3V直流电源为STM32微控制器等进行供电。图11通过芯片RT8059G15B 将3.3V直流电源降至1.8V,由公式(1)可知,R37/R38=2,Vref=0.6,故Vout可输出1.8V直流电压为BC95模组供电。

高压开关柜监测系统工作流程如图12所示。其工作流程如下
(1)检测BC95模块是否工作就绪并激活场景,注册登录到阿里云;
(2)人体红外传感器、五防闭锁监测电路监测是否有人员靠近开关柜或柜门电机锁是否非正常打开,若有,则系统会现场发出语音提醒和红色信号灯报警信号;同时,将该信息上传云服务器,APP向终端用户发送报警信息,通知值守人员及时处理该事件;

(4)将采集的数据上传至云服务器中; 当电能质量参数、温湿度数据异常时,APP向终端用户发送报警信息。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施方式对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施方式中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施方式,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

1.一种基于互联网的高压开关柜监测系统,其特征在于,包括:MCU模块,所述MCU模块输入端电性连接有电源电路模块,所述MCU模块输入端电性连接有电能质量采集模块,所述MCU模块电性连接有通信模块,所述MCU模块电性连接五防闭锁检测模块,所述MCU模块电性连接有人体红外感应检测模块,所述MCU模块电性连接温湿度检测模块,所述MCU模块还电性连接有物联网远程监控和巡检模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的高压开关柜监测系统,其特征在于,所述电能质量采集模块输入端电性连接有电压采集模块,所述电能质量采集模块输入端电性连接有电流采集模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的高压开关柜监测系统,其特征在于,所述物联网远程监控和巡检模块输入端电性连接有电能质量模块,所述物联网远程监控和巡检模块输入端电性连接有温湿度模块,所述物联网远程监控和巡检模块输入端电性连接有五防闭锁模块,所述物联网远程监控和巡检模块输入端电性连接有人体红外感应模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的高压开关柜监测系统,其特征在于,所述MUC模块为STM32微控芯片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的高压开关柜监测系统,其特征在于,所述通信模块为BC95模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的高压开关柜监测系统,其特征在于,所述温湿度检测模块为AM2301温湿度复合传感器。
