Example one
In order to solve the problem in the related art that the display effect is affected by the brightness difference between adjacent pixel rows in the display panel and the bright and dark line phenomenon of the display panel, please refer to fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a method for correcting the brightness of the display panel provided by the embodiment of the present application, the method includes:
s101, determining the initial brightness of each display partition in a display panel according to an image to be displayed, wherein the display panel comprises a plurality of display partitions;
s102, determining the average brightness of the display panel according to the initial brightness of each display partition;
s103, comparing the average brightness with the initial brightness of each display partition, and taking the display partition with the initial brightness lower than the average brightness as a target display partition;
and S104, correcting the initial brightness of the target display partition, and improving the display brightness of the target display partition.

The number of pixels in each display partition is not limited and can be flexibly set by related personnel, and the number of pixels in a plurality of display partitions can be equal or unequal.
It should be understood that there is an initial brightness for each display partition within the display panel, and the initial brightness of the plurality of display partitions may be the same or different; the average brightness of the display panel can be obtained according to the initial brightness of all the display partitions, which will be described later and will not be described herein again.
The brightness correction method for the display panel provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps: determining the initial brightness of each display partition in a display panel according to an image to be displayed, wherein the display panel comprises a plurality of display partitions; determining the average brightness of the display panel according to the initial brightness of each display partition; comparing the average brightness with the initial brightness of each display partition, and taking the display partition with the initial brightness lower than the average brightness as a target display partition; the initial brightness of any display partition is lower than the average brightness, the display partition is in a dark state at present, and the problem of image detail loss is solved.
In some examples of this embodiment, modifying the initial brightness of the target display partition includes: and acquiring the maximum display brightness in all the display subareas, and correcting the initial brightness of the target display subarea according to the compensation coefficient and the maximum display brightness. Specifically, the display brightness of all the display partitions is compared to obtain the maximum display brightness Lmax, then the maximum display brightness is weighted through the compensation coefficient, the brightness obtained after weighting is added to the initial brightness of the target display brightness to obtain the corrected brightness, and further the brightness value of the target display partition is improved. The compensation coefficient can be flexibly set by related personnel, and preferably, the value range of the compensation coefficient is 0.25-0.35.
As described above, the maximum display brightness Lmax and the compensation coefficient TD in the display partition are obtained, the compensation brightness is obtained from the maximum display brightness Lmax and the compensation coefficient TD, and the compensation brightness and the initial brightness lint (n) of the target display partition are added by Lmax TD + lint (n) to obtain the corrected brightness lout (n).
In some examples of the present embodiment, determining the initial brightness of each display partition in the display panel according to the image to be displayed includes: acquiring a gray scale distribution map of the image to be displayed; displaying the brightness of each pixel in the partition according to the gray scale distribution diagram; and acquiring the initial brightness of the display partition according to the brightness of each pixel in the display partition. Specifically, for example, m pixels exist in a certain display section of the display panel, the luminance of each pixel is acquired S1, S2, S3 … Sm, the luminance of each pixel is added to S1+ S2+ S3 … + Sm to obtain a total luminance value, then the total luminance value is divided by m to obtain a luminance average value, and the luminance average value is taken as the initial luminance of the display section.
In some examples of this embodiment, obtaining the initial luminance of the display section from the luminance of each pixel in the display section includes: and carrying out root mean square on all pixels in the display partition to obtain an average root brightness, and taking the average root brightness as the initial brightness of the display partition. Specifically, for example, m pixels exist in a certain display section of the display panel, the luminance S1, S2, S3 … Sm of each pixel is obtained, then (S1 × S1+ S2 × S2+ S3 × S3 … + Sm)/m is calculated and then the root luminance is obtained, and the root luminance is used as the initial luminance of the display section.
