Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the laser detection mechanism includes a laser generator 5 disposed on a first partition plate 3 on one side of an air tube 2, a section of transparent tube 6 is disposed in the middle of the air tube 2, laser generated by the laser generator 5 is emitted into the air tube 2 from the transparent tube 6, an astigmatic receiver 7 is disposed on a surface of the first partition plate 3 opposite to the transparent tube 6, that is, a plane where the astigmatic receiver 7 is located is perpendicular to a plane where the laser generator 5 is located, the laser is irradiated on particulate matters to generate scattering, the scattered light is emitted onto the astigmatic receiver 7, the size of the particulate matters is calculated according to the intensity of the received light, and the number of the particulate matters is counted; in order to avoid shielding of laser light by particles inside the machine body 1, one side of the transparent tube 6 is connected with a light guide column 8, a light shielding sleeve 9 is arranged outside the light guide column 8, one end of the light guide column 8 is in contact with the laser generator 5, the generated laser is directly injected into the trachea 2 through the light guide column 8, and the light guide column 8 can be a glass column; in order to avoid the laser from being reflected from the other side of the trachea 2, the other side of the transparent tube 6 is communicated with an L-shaped light guide tube 10, the light guide tube 10 is of an opaque structure, a reflecting mirror surface 11 is arranged at a bent part in the light guide tube 10, and the reflecting mirror surface 11 is used for reflecting the laser so that the laser cannot be reflected into the trachea 2 again; since the light guide pipe 10 is located in the middle of the trachea 2, in order to fully utilize the light guide pipe 10, the output end of the cleaning mechanism is communicated with the light guide pipe 10, and cleaning liquid is injected into the trachea 2 through the light guide pipe 10.
As the sampling device is installed in an external environment, cleaning liquid usually only needs water, and water sources cannot be supplemented at any time, as shown in fig. 8-9, the cleaning mechanism comprises a water tank 13 arranged below the machine body 1, the water tank 13 is provided with a water suction pump 14, the water outlet end of the water suction pump 14 is connected with a water inlet pipe 15, one end of the water inlet pipe 15 penetrates through the machine body 1 and is communicated with a light guide pipe 10, a water return pipe 16 is further arranged in the machine body 1, one end of the water return pipe 16 is communicated with the water tank 13, and as the height of the water tank 13 is lower than that of the machine body 1, water after cleaning can automatically flow into the water tank 13 again, so that waste of water sources can be effectively avoided, and the number of times for supplementing water sources is reduced; the cleaning mechanism also comprises an air conveying component for conveying air into the water inlet pipe 15; the alternate cleaning operation of the two air pipes 2 can be controlled by an electromagnetic valve, namely, the water inlet pipe 15 is provided with a three-way pipe at one end, two ends of the three-way pipe are communicated with the light pipe 10, and the electromagnetic valve is directly arranged at two ends of the three-way pipe; in this embodiment, the other end of the water inlet pipe 15, the gas pipe 41 of the gas transmission component, and the water return pipe 16 are all provided with one-way valves, and the pipelines can only be conducted in one way; when the device is used, the water pump 14 is started to pump water out of the water tank 13, then the corresponding air pipe 2 is cleaned, after the cleaning is completed, the water pump 14 is closed, the air transmission assembly is started, the 41 paths of the air transmission pipe of the air transmission assembly also adopt the water inlet pipe 15, and the air pipe 2 is dried.
Because the water source returned by the water return pipe 16 contains particles, in order to ensure that the air pipe 2 can have a clean water source when being cleaned, the water tank 13 is divided into a water return area 18 and a clean water area 19 through a second partition plate 17 arranged in the water tank 13, a filter screen 20 is arranged in the middle of the second partition plate 17, clean water returned into the water tank 13 firstly enters the water return area 18, the clean water is filtered through the filter screen 20 to enable the clean water source to enter the clean water area 19, the water source pumped by the water suction pump 14 is always clean, the air pipe 2 can be cleaned, the water pumping end of the water suction pump 14 is positioned in the clean water area 19, and one end of the water return pipe 16 is communicated with the water return area 18; in order to replenish the water source in the water tank 13, a mesh cover 21 is provided on the top of the water tank 13, and a ponding region 22 is provided in the mesh cover 21, so that in rainy days, rainwater is filtered by the mesh cover 21 and then collected in the ponding region 22, and the ponding region 22 is communicated with the water return region 18, so that the water source can be replenished to the water tank 13.
In the drying operation, the air delivery assembly directly sucks the outside air to dry the air pipe 2 and then causes the particles to be attached to the air pipe 2, so that the cleaning effect cannot be achieved, the air delivery assembly comprises an air pump 23 installed on the side wall of the water tank 13, the output end of the air pump 23 is connected with an air inlet pipe 24, the air inlet pipe 24 is of an L-shaped structure, the vertical section of the air inlet pipe 24 extends into the water return area 18, the water-proof and breathable film 25 is arranged at the upper part of the second partition plate 17, one end of the air delivery pipe 41 penetrates into the clear water area 19 from the top of the water tank 13, therefore, the air sucked by the air pump 23 is firstly cleaned by using the water source in the water return area 18, the particles are absorbed in the water source, the air enters the clear water area 19 through the water-proof and breathable film 25, the water in the air flow is separated under the action of the water-proof air delivery pipe 25, and the air entering the breathable film 41 is ensured to be dry, because the air can also pass through the top of the clean water area 19, in order to avoid the evaporation of the water in the clean water area 19, a water-proof and breathable film 25 is also arranged at the air inlet end of the air conveying pipe 41 to filter the water vapor in the air flow; meanwhile, the water tank 13 is provided with a heater 26 for heating the air pipe 41, and in a climate with a reduced temperature, the introduced air can be heated by the heater 26, so that the drying speed of the air pipe 2 after cleaning is increased.
In the process of ventilation, the water tank 13 needs to be kept in a sealed state, and in the processes of water source supplement and cleaning, the air pressure in the water tank 13 changes, so that the air pressure needs to be balanced; for this reason, in the present embodiment, an air pressure balance structure is provided in the water tank 13, as shown in fig. 9, specifically, the air pressure balance structure includes a pressure relief pipe 27 provided at the top of the water return region 18, the pressure relief pipe 27 is communicated with the water accumulation region 22, conduction pipes 28 are respectively inserted into vertical sections of the pressure relief pipe 27 and the air inlet pipe 24, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the conduction pipe 28 connected to the pressure relief pipe 27 is located above the liquid level in the water return region 18, the bottom of the conduction pipe 28 connected to the air inlet pipe 24 is located below the liquid level in the water return region 18, the top of the conduction pipe 28 is a blind end, the upper portion of the conduction pipe 28 is provided with a first through hole 29, annular grooves 30 are respectively provided on inner walls of the pressure relief pipe 27 and the air inlet pipe 24, the height of the annular groove 30 in the pressure relief pipe 27 is greater than the height of the annular groove 30 in the air inlet pipe 24, in fig. 9, when both conduction pipes 28 are located at the bottommost positions, the first through hole 29 of the conduit 28 on the left side is positioned in the annular groove 30, and the air inlet pipe 24 is communicated with the conduit 28; the first through hole 29 on the conduction pipe 28 on the right side is separated from the annular groove 30, and the conduction pipe 28 on the side is in a blocking state with the pressure relief pipe 27 under the blocking action of the inner wall of the pressure relief pipe 27 on the first through hole 29; when the two conduction pipes 28 are located at the highest position, the left conduction pipe 28 and the air inlet pipe 24 are in a blocking state, and the right conduction pipe 28 and the pressure relief pipe 27 are in a conduction state; and just as the left first through hole 29 moves into the left annular groove 30, the right first through hole 29 has already separated from the right annular groove 30; ensures that the conducting pipe 28 is only conducted with the air inlet pipe 24 or the pressure relief pipe 27 during the process that the two conducting pipes 28 go up or down.
In order to simplify the driving structure between the air inlet pipe 24 and the left conduction pipe 28, the pressure relief pipe 27 and the right conduction pipe 28, a fixing plate 31 is arranged in the water return area 18, the pressure relief pipe 27 and the air inlet pipe 24 are both arranged on the fixing plate 31 in a penetrating manner, a connecting plate 32 is arranged below the fixing plate 31, the two conduction pipes 28 are both fixedly connected with the connecting plate 32, and the connecting plate 32 is connected with the fixing plate 31 through a spring 33; therefore, when the air pump 23 is started, the air pressure in the air inlet pipe 24 is increased, the left conduction pipe 28 is pushed to move downwards, because the two conduction pipes 28 are connected to the connecting plate 32, the right conduction pipe 28 also descends synchronously, after the first air hole on the left conduction pipe 28 descends into the left annular groove 30, the air inlet pipe 24 is communicated with the left conduction pipe 28, the pressure relief pipe 27 and the right conduction pipe 28 are in a blocking state, the water tank 13 is in a sealing state, and air can only be discharged from the air conveying pipe 41. After the air pump 23 stops, air pressure in the air inlet pipe 24 is lost, the two conduction pipes 28 are reset under the action of the spring 33, at the moment, the right conduction pipe 28 is communicated with the pressure relief pipe 27, at the moment, the air pressure of the water tank 13 is balanced, and when the water source in the water tank 13 is reduced or increased, the air pressure in the water tank 13 is the same as the external air pressure; ensuring that the water return area 18 of the water tank 13 can be normally replenished with water.
Meanwhile, when only one pipe of the pressure relief pipe 27 is used, it is inconvenient to supplement water into the water tank 13, that is, the water in the water accumulation area 22 cannot smoothly flow into the water tank 13, and a one-way conducting water supplementing pipe 42 is arranged in the water return area 18, and the water supplementing pipe 42 is communicated with the water accumulation area 22.
In the long-term use process of the water tank 13, precipitates in the backwater area 18 are gradually accumulated and need to be treated regularly, and the water level in the water tank 13 cannot be too high, so that the drying link is influenced after the water level is too high; in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, an inverted U-shaped sludge discharge pipe 43 is disposed in the water return area 18, one end of the sludge discharge pipe 43 is located at the bottom of the water return area 18, the other end of the sludge discharge pipe is located outside the water tank 13, one end of the sludge discharge pipe 43 is connected to a sewage suction cover 44, and a plurality of second through holes 45 are disposed on the sewage suction cover 44; the upper portion of the blow off pipe that is located return water district 18 is equipped with third through-hole 46, and the cover is equipped with can be according to the lift of the interior liquid level of return water district 18 and go on the sliding sleeve 47 that goes up and down on the blow off pipe, be equipped with kickboard 48 on the sliding sleeve 47, sliding sleeve is equipped with the shutoff cover 49 that is used for shutoff third through-hole 46 on the mud pipe 43 that is located third through-hole 46 top, shutoff cover 49 links to each other with connecting plate 32 through connecting rod 59. When in use, for example, a water source is supplemented into the water tank 13 in rainy season, or workers actively add water into the water tank 13; therefore, the liquid level in the water tank 13 rises, the floating plate 48 can drive the sliding sleeve 47 to slide upwards on the sewage discharge pipe under the action of buoyancy, when the sliding sleeve 47 is contacted with the plugging sleeve 49, the third through hole 46 is plugged by the sliding sleeve 47 at the moment, and the liquid level in the sewage discharge pipe is as high as the liquid level in the water tank 13; the water level continues rising, when the water level exceeds the inside of the sewage discharge pipe, the water in the sewage discharge pipe flows into a pipeline positioned outside the water tank 13, and at the moment, a siphon effect is formed to automatically suck out the sediment at the bottom; at the in-process of drainage, when the water level in the water tank 13 reduced gradually, kickboard 48 can be along with the water level decline, after third through hole 46 exposes sliding sleeve 47 outward, the blow off pipe in the water tank 13 outside is linked together with the inside air of water tank 13, lose the siphon effect this moment, can not initiative suction deposit again, the liquid level keeps the below at third through hole 46 this moment, this structure can ensure that the liquid level in the water tank 13 can not be too high, can also initiatively discharge deposit in the water tank 13, the practicality of blowdown structure has been improved. In the process that the air pump 23 ventilates the water tank 13, the plugging sleeve 49 synchronously moves downwards along with the connecting plate 32, so that the third vent hole 46 can be plugged, the sealing state of the water tank 13 is ensured, and air can be introduced into the air pipe 2; and after the connecting plate 32 is restored by the spring 34, the blocking plate 49 is moved upward and separated from the third venting hole 46.

the server receives environmental data of a plurality of monitoring stations for unified processing, historical environmental data are fitted into an early warning curve, and when the stations monitor that the environmental data are abnormal, the server sends an early warning signal to the early warning terminal.
