Computer storage media, including permanent and non-permanent, removable and non-removable media, may implement the information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
The credit redemption cancellation device, the electronic device and the storage medium provided by the invention can be used in the financial field or other fields, for example, in an account processing application scenario in the financial field. Other fields are any fields other than the financial field, for example, the field of point exchange. The foregoing is merely an example, and does not limit the application fields of the cancellation and apparatus for redeeming points, the electronic device, and the storage medium provided in the present invention.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Claims (10)
1. A method for canceling redemption of points, comprising:
monitoring the operation of each right of the user on the client in real time;
when monitoring that the user performs the use operation corresponding to the right on any right on the client, recording the use operation time of the right;
when receiving a request for canceling the exchange of the target rights and interests, judging whether the current state of the target rights and interests is used; wherein the target equity is one of the equity of the user advocacy;
if the current state of the target equity is judged to be used, rejecting the request for canceling the exchange of the target equity;
if the current state of the target equity is judged to be unused, the exchange of the target equity is cancelled;
if a state updating request of the target equity fed back by a service provider is received after the exchange of the target equity is cancelled, judging whether the use operation time of the target equity separated from the use time in the state updating request by a target preset time length is recorded; wherein the target preset time length refers to a preset time length corresponding to the target rights and interests;
and if the use operation time of the target right is judged to be recorded and has a preset time interval with the use time in the state updating request, canceling the exchange canceling process of the target right.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the request for canceling the redemption of the target right is not received when the request for updating the state of the target right fed back by the service provider is received, setting the current state of the target right as unused.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein revoking the redemption process of the target entitlement comprises:
setting the current state of the target right from cancelled to used;
and deducting the points corresponding to the target rights and interests from the points of the user.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after canceling the redemption process of the target entitlement, further comprising:
feeding back revocation information to the client of the user; wherein the revocation information at least comprises a revocation reason.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after the feeding back revocation information to the client of the user, further comprising:
if a complaint request sent by the user through the client is received, the complaint request is audited based on information in the complaint request;
if the complaint request is not approved, feedback the non-approved prompt information;
if the complaint request passes the audit, feeding back audit prompt information, and setting the current state of the target rights and interests as cancelled exchange;
and if the integral corresponding to the target interest is deducted from the integral of the user at present, returning the integral corresponding to the target interest to the integral of the user.
6. A cancellation apparatus for redemption of points, comprising:
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring the operation of each right and interest owned by a user on the client in real time;
the recording unit is used for recording the use operation time of the rights and interests when the user is monitored to perform the use operation corresponding to the rights and interests on any one of the rights and interests on the client;
the state judgment unit is used for judging whether the current state of the target interest is used or not when receiving a request for canceling the exchange of the target interest; wherein the target equity is one of the equity of the user advocacy;
the rejecting unit is used for rejecting the redemption canceling request of the target right when the current state of the target right is judged to be used;
the exchange canceling unit is used for canceling the exchange of the target equity when judging that the current state of the target equity is not used;
the verification unit is used for judging whether the use operation time of the target rights and interests with the use time interval target preset time length in the state updating request is recorded or not when the state updating request of the target rights and interests fed back by a service provider is received after the exchange of the target rights and interests is cancelled; wherein the target preset time length refers to a preset time length corresponding to the target rights and interests;
and the revocation unit is used for revoking the redemption canceling processing of the target rights when the use operation time of the target rights with the use time interval target preset time length in the state updating request is judged to be recorded.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the first setting unit is used for setting the current state of the target interest as unused when the state updating request of the target interest fed back by the service provider is received and if the redemption cancellation request of the target interest is not received.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the revocation unit comprises:
the second setting unit is used for setting the current state of the target rights and interests from the cancelled exchange to the used exchange;
and the deduction unit is used for deducting the integral corresponding to the target interest from the integral of the user.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
wherein the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is configured to execute the program, which when executed is particularly configured to implement the redemption cancellation method of points of any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed, is adapted to implement a method of canceling a redemption of a credit as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
