Abstract
The invention discloses a personnel identity management method, a device, a terminal and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: configuring a plurality of static identities according to the architecture of an organization management platform, wherein each node in the organization management platform corresponds to one static identity, and configuring a corresponding static operation authority for each static identity; when a user joins the organization management platform, a dynamic identity related to the user is generated, the dynamic identity is assigned according to a node where the user is located in the organization management platform, and each dynamic identity corresponds to a static identity; carrying out authority management operation on the dynamic identity of each user to obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity; and receiving an operation request of a user, inquiring whether the operation request exists in the operation authority set, and responding to the operation request if the operation request exists. The invention solves the problem that the real role endowing and the service use and management system/application unification of the staff are realized under the conditions of different organizations, departments and posts by the same staff.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to an identity management scheme, in particular to a personnel identity management method, a device, a terminal and a storage medium for identity identification, authentication and use in an organization management process, and relates to the technical field of data processing.
Background
With the continuous development of internet information technology, the digitization of identity information has become an irreversible trend, and at the present stage, in most internet/software applications, the identity, role, authority, etc. of a user are used in system management. Particularly for the organizational management scene, a 'department + post' system is often used for managing personnel and business, the system does not cause problems in daily management, and in some specific scenes, the real role endowment and business use of the personnel are seriously disconnected from the application.

A personnel identity management method is suitable for an organization management platform and comprises the following steps:
configuring a plurality of static identities according to the architecture of the organization management platform, wherein each node in the organization management platform corresponds to one static identity, and configuring a corresponding static operation authority for each static identity;
when a user joins the organization management platform, a dynamic identity related to the user is generated, the dynamic identity is assigned according to a node where the user is located in the organization management platform, and each dynamic identity corresponds to one static identity;
performing authority management operation on the dynamic identity of each user to obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity;
and receiving an operation request of the user, inquiring whether the operation request exists in the operation permission set, and responding to the operation request if the operation request exists.
Preferably, before configuring a plurality of static identities according to the architecture of the organization management platform, where each node in the organization management platform corresponds to one static identity, and configuring a corresponding static operation authority for each static identity, the method includes the following steps:

the operation authority management module is configured to perform authority management operation on the dynamic identity of each user to obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity;
and the operation request response module is configured to receive an operation request of the user, inquire whether the operation request exists in the operation permission set or not, and respond to the operation request if the operation request exists.
Preferably, the personnel identity management device further comprises:
an organization node generation module configured to determine an architecture of the organization management platform, the organization management platform being formed with a plurality of the nodes according to a partition rule.
Preferably, the operation authority management module includes:

A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for person identity management as set forth above.
The advantages of the invention are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
the invention focuses on an organization management scene, and provides a personnel identity management method, which solves the problems of real role endowment and unification between service use and management system/application of the same personnel under different organization, department and post conditions by matching static identities and dynamic identities, further solves the problems of influence of real change on the system/application, automatic authorization of different operations and the like, and meets the personalized requirement on personnel identity management.
Meanwhile, the method can be applied to personnel management in various real scenes such as enterprises, government offices, social organizations and the like, the method idea is proved to be compatible with the real scenes, and the method has great application potential and very wide application prospect.
Corresponding to the method, the personnel identity management device, the terminal and the storage medium provided by the invention can reduce the burden of personnel identity information change on system/application operation in reality while ensuring the final management effect, and greatly reduce the technical implementation difficulty on a hardware level.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a personnel identity management method, a device, a terminal and a storage medium for identity identification, authentication and use in an organization management process.
On one hand, the personnel identity management method is suitable for an organization management platform, and the overall process is shown in fig. 1 and comprises the following steps.
S1, determining the architecture of the organization management platform, wherein the organization management platform is formed with a plurality of nodes according to a division rule.
The organization management platform can be a corresponding model of various real use scenes of enterprises, government agencies, social organizations and the like. The organization management platform can be subjected to architecture division according to the division rule, and the division rule can be adjusted according to requirements. Taking an enterprise scene as an example, the division rule may be based on the dimensions of "enterprise, department, post", and the like.
S2, configuring a plurality of static identities according to the architecture of the organization management platform, wherein each node in the organization management platform corresponds to one static identity, and configuring a corresponding static operation authority for each static identity.
The static operation authority may include reviewing, extracting, editing, deleting data information, and the like, and the specific operation authority is determined according to the service content of the organization management platform.
S3, when the user joins the organization management platform, a dynamic identity related to the user is generated, the dynamic identity is assigned according to the node where the user is located in the organization management platform, and each dynamic identity corresponds to one static identity.
S4, performing an authority management operation on the dynamic identity of each user to obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity, where the step specifically includes the following steps.

And S42, after the authority management operation, summarizing the retained static operation authority and the configured dynamic operation authority to generate and obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity.
S5, receiving the operation request of the user, inquiring whether the operation request exists in the operation permission set, and responding to the operation request if the operation request exists.
Considering the situation that the post adjustment and the identity change of the user in the actual use process, even the leaving of the user in the enterprise scene, and the like, each dynamic identity has a corresponding life cycle, and considering the factor, the method further comprises the following two steps:
and S6, when the node of the user in the organization management platform changes, clearing all the assignment values in the dynamic identity corresponding to the user, and assigning the dynamic identity again according to the new node of the user in the organization management platform.
S7, when the user leaves the organization management platform, clearing all the assignments in the dynamic identity corresponding to the user and deleting the dynamic identity.
In summary, the present invention focuses on the organization management scenario, and provides a method for managing personnel identities, which solves the problem that the true role of the employee is assigned and the service usage and the management system/application are unified under different organizations, departments and posts by using the static identities and the dynamic identities cooperatively, thereby solving the problems of influence of real change on the system/application, automatic authorization for different operations, and the like, and satisfying the personalized requirements for personnel identity management.
Meanwhile, the method can be applied to personnel management in various real scenes such as enterprises, government offices, social organizations and the like, the method idea is proved to be compatible with the real scenes, and the method has great application potential and very wide application prospect.
On the other hand, a personnel identity management device, which is suitable for an organization management platform, and the overall structure of which is shown in fig. 2, includes:
an organization node generation module configured to determine an architecture of the organization management platform, the organization management platform being formed with a plurality of the nodes according to a partition rule;
the static identity configuration module is configured to configure a plurality of static identities according to the architecture of the organization management platform, each node in the organization management platform corresponds to one static identity, and a corresponding static operation permission is configured for each static identity;
and the dynamic identity configuration module is configured to generate a dynamic identity associated with the user when the user joins the organization management platform, and assign a value to the dynamic identity according to a node where the user is located in the organization management platform, wherein each dynamic identity corresponds to one static identity.
The operation authority management module is configured to perform authority management operation on the dynamic identity of each user to obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity;
and the operation request response module is configured to receive the operation request of the user, inquire whether the operation request exists in the operation permission set or not, and respond to the operation request if the operation request exists.
The dynamic identity adjusting module is configured to clear all assignments in the dynamic identity corresponding to the user when the node of the user in the organization management platform changes, and assign the dynamic identity again according to a new node where the user is located in the organization management platform;
and the dynamic identity deleting module is configured to clear all the assignments in the dynamic identity corresponding to the user and delete the dynamic identity when the user is separated from the organization management platform.
Further, the operation authority management module includes:
the authority management operation unit is configured to perform authority management operation on the dynamic identity of each user, and the authority management operation comprises deleting/modifying the static operation authority corresponding to the static identity contained in the dynamic identity and configuring the corresponding dynamic operation authority for the dynamic identity;
and the authority set generating unit is configured to collect the retained static operation authority and the configured dynamic operation authority after the authority management operation is performed, and generate and obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity.
In yet another aspect, the present invention further relates to a terminal, which has a structure as shown in fig. 3 and includes a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the method for managing the identity of a person as described in the foregoing, for example, the steps S1 to S3 shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the functions of each module/unit in the above-described device embodiments, for example, the functions of each module/unit shown in fig. 2.
In yet another aspect, the present invention also relates to a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps in the method for person identity management as described in the foregoing.
The readable storage medium may be a computer storage medium or a communication medium. Communication media includes any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. Computer storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer. For example, a readable storage medium is coupled to a processor such that the processor can read information from, and write information to, the readable storage medium. Of course, the readable storage medium may also be an integral part of the processor. The processor and the readable storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Additionally, the ASIC may reside in user equipment. Of course, the processor and the readable storage medium may also reside as discrete components in a communication device. The readable storage medium may be a read-only memory (ROM), a random-access memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
Corresponding to the method, the personnel identity management device, the terminal and the storage medium provided by the invention can reduce the burden of personnel identity information change on system/application operation in reality while ensuring the final management effect, and greatly reduce the technical implementation difficulty on a hardware level.

Claims (10)
1. A personnel identity management method is characterized in that the method is suitable for an organization management platform and comprises the following steps:
configuring a plurality of static identities according to the architecture of the organization management platform, wherein each node in the organization management platform corresponds to one static identity, and configuring a corresponding static operation authority for each static identity;
when a user joins the organization management platform, a dynamic identity related to the user is generated, the dynamic identity is assigned according to a node where the user is located in the organization management platform, and each dynamic identity corresponds to one static identity;
performing authority management operation on the dynamic identity of each user to obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity;
and receiving an operation request of the user, inquiring whether the operation request exists in the operation permission set, and responding to the operation request if the operation request exists.

The method for managing personnel identities according to claim 1, wherein before configuring a plurality of static identities according to the architecture of the organization management platform, each node in the organization management platform corresponding to one static identity, and configuring a corresponding static operation right for each static identity, the method comprises the following steps:
and determining the architecture of the organization management platform, wherein the organization management platform is provided with a plurality of nodes according to a division rule.
3. The method for managing personnel identity according to claim 1, wherein said performing rights management on said dynamic identity of each said user to obtain an operation rights set corresponding to said dynamic identity comprises the following steps:

when the node of the user in the organization management platform changes, clearing all assignments in the dynamic identity corresponding to the user, and assigning the dynamic identity again according to the new node of the user in the organization management platform;
and when the user is separated from the organization management platform, clearing all the assignments in the dynamic identity corresponding to the user and deleting the dynamic identity.
5. A personnel identity management device, wherein the device is adapted to be used in an organization management platform, comprising:
the static identity configuration module is configured to configure a plurality of static identities according to the architecture of the organization management platform, each node in the organization management platform corresponds to one static identity, and a corresponding static operation permission is configured for each static identity;
the dynamic identity configuration module is configured to generate a dynamic identity associated with the user when the user joins the organization management platform, and assign a value to the dynamic identity according to a node where the user is located in the organization management platform, wherein each dynamic identity corresponds to one static identity;
the operation authority management module is configured to perform authority management operation on the dynamic identity of each user to obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity;
and the operation request response module is configured to receive an operation request of the user, inquire whether the operation request exists in the operation permission set or not, and respond to the operation request if the operation request exists.
6. The personnel identity management device of claim 5, further comprising:
an organization node generation module configured to determine an architecture of the organization management platform, the organization management platform being formed with a plurality of the nodes according to a partition rule.
7. The personnel identity management device of claim 5, wherein the operation authority management module comprises:
the authority management operation unit is configured to perform authority management operation on the dynamic identity of each user, wherein the authority management operation comprises deleting/modifying the static operation authority corresponding to the static identity contained in the dynamic identity and configuring the corresponding dynamic operation authority for the dynamic identity;
and the authority set generating unit is configured to collect the retained static operation authority and the configured dynamic operation authority after the authority management operation is performed, and generate and obtain an operation authority set corresponding to the dynamic identity.
8. The personnel identity management device of claim 5, further comprising:
the dynamic identity adjusting module is configured to clear all assignments in the dynamic identity corresponding to the user when the node of the user in the organization management platform changes, and assign the dynamic identity again according to a new node where the user is located in the organization management platform;
and the dynamic identity deleting module is configured to clear all the assignments in the dynamic identity corresponding to the user and delete the dynamic identity when the user is separated from the organization management platform.
9. A terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method for personnel identity management according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the person identity management method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
