Abstract
The invention discloses a workflow approval method and a workflow approval system. A workflow approval method comprising: a. firstly, role assignment is carried out on all employees, and the roles comprise: administrator, common role, agent role; b. creating a crowd object in advance by a common role or an administrator, and creating an approval template in advance by the administrator; c. when requiring to be approved, selecting an approval template by taking a common role or an agent role or an administrator as an approval initiator, and performing supplementary editing on the approval template so as to provide a service request and request for approval; d. the service request is approved by other common roles or administrators. A workflow approval system comprising: a user information database module; a crowd object construction module; an approval template construction module; a submitting and approving module; an approval module; a recording module; and a role management module.

At present, the workflow of an enterprise is mainly completed by nailing, but for the approval of various enterprises and various operation activities, the nailing cannot support the approval or needs to be approved by related responsible persons and then manually executed by the related responsible persons, the manual processing efficiency of an executor is low, and the approval statistics are difficult to be carried out.

Further, in b, there are two ways to create the crowd object, one is static crowd construction, and the other is dynamic crowd construction; static crowd construction refers to a crowd which is screened and constructed in a database through one or more of the three ways of directly appointing an account ID, appointing a mobile phone number and screening according to attributes or behaviors of users, but after screening is completed, subsequent users cannot influence the constructed static crowd any more even if the attributes or behaviors are updated; the dynamic crowd is a crowd constructed according to dimension values of multiple dimensions, and is different from the static crowd in that the dynamic crowd only specifies the attribute or behavior condition of a user during construction, if the user updates the behavior or attribute and meets the specified condition, the dynamic crowd is automatically classified into the dynamic crowd, and the dimension of the dynamic crowd comprises: user type, registration time, K level (K1-K10), cumulative number of issue, account balance, number of issue in X days (X is manual configuration); static crowd is based on big data statistics, the attribute and the behavior value of each user are stored in a big data table, matched users are screened out after the attribute and the behavior are selected, the dynamic crowd only defines the rules (namely dimensionality and dimension values) of the crowd, specifically, which users are matched to be determined, and when a user initiates a certain service request, dynamic comparison is carried out to determine whether the rules of the dynamic crowd are met.
Further, in b, when the approval template is created in advance, an administrator needs to pre-configure the city for which the service type and the service are applied and the approval node. Different service types, specific cities and approval nodes are designated by configuration, and different approval templates are created in advance by an administrator. A workflow approval system comprising: the user information database module takes the user ID, the user mobile phone number, the user attribute and the user behavior as fields, establishes a database, stores and manages the records of the user information data, and supports the addition, deletion, modification and check; the crowd object constructing module is used for operating the user information database module, screening out users meeting different conditions from the database and forming different crowd objects; the examination and approval template construction module is used for configuring the application service type, the city targeted by the service and the examination and approval node so as to construct an examination and approval template; the submission and approval module is used for the approval initiator to select the constructed approval template, perform supplementary editing on the approval template, fill in the sending object, the application reason, the expected effect and the service information, start submission and approval and automatically send a nail message to the sending object to remind the approval; the approval module is used for sequentially submitting the approvers according to the request sent by the submission approval module and the approval node sequence in the configuration information of the approval template, automatically submitting the approvers of the next approval node after the approval of the previous approver is passed, thereby realizing approval circulation, automatically sending the approved nailing messages to the approval initiator and the sending object after all the approval nodes are passed, and simultaneously automatically executing the service request provided by the approval initiator; the recording module is used for automatically recording various operations of staff with various roles in the system, generating an operation log and only allowing an administrator to check the operation log; and the role management module is used for storing, adding, deleting, modifying and inquiring role information of the staff.
Further, the submission approval module also allows the approval initiator to revoke an approval that has been submitted but has not yet passed.
The whole method and the system can be operated in a Windows terminal, a Mac terminal, a Linux terminal, an Android mobile terminal, an iOS mobile terminal and an iPad mobile terminal.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects: by the method and the system, various templates can be flexibly set, the examination and approval and the development of the operation activities of the enterprise can be better supported, the individualized examination and approval requirements of the enterprise can be met, the time and space limitations can be broken through no matter whether the examination and approval is submitted or carried out when the affairs needing emergency treatment are met, and meanwhile, the statistics on the data such as the type of the examination and approval request at the later stage is facilitated.
