In an optional embodiment, when the determining module 402 determines the target search range based on the reserved location and the location of the reserved banking outlets at each time, it is configured to:

according to the historical single reservation amount, the historical average distance and the website parameters of each bank website in the target search range, obtaining the probability of success of reservation of commemorative coins of each bank website of the target user in the target search range; the mesh point parameters include: the surplus limit of the bank website and the distance between the bank website and the current position of the target user;
and outputting the bank outlets and the corresponding probabilities in the target search range so that the target user can select the target bank outlet to reserve commemorative coins according to the corresponding probabilities of the bank outlets.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target search scope based on historical reservations of the target user comprises:
determining the reserved positions of all times and the position of a reserved bank outlet according to the history records of the target user for successful reservation;
and determining the target search range based on the reserved positions of all times and the positions of reserved bank outlets.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the target search scope based on the respective reserved locations and the location of the reserved banking outlet comprises:
for each reserved position and the position of the reserved bank branch, determining routes with preset quantity from the reserved position to the position of the reserved bank branch;
determining a union of areas around each route as the target search range.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the target search range based on the respective reserved locations and the location of the reserved banking outlet comprises:
obtaining a starting position and an ending position which are commonly used by the target user for traveling;
determining a first preset number of first-class routes from the starting position to the ending position according to the starting position and the ending position;
determining a target reservation position and a target reservation bank position in each reservation position and reservation bank branch position; the minimum distance between the target reservation position and the target reservation bank position and each first-class route is smaller than the minimum distance between the non-target reservation position and the non-target reservation bank position and each first-class route; or the use frequency of the target reservation position and the target reservation bank position is higher than that of the non-target reservation position and the non-target reservation bank position;
for any one target preset position and target reservation bank position, determining a second type of routes with a second preset number from the target reservation position to the position of the target reservation bank outlet;
determining a union of an area around each first-type route and an area around each second-type route as the target search range.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before determining a target search range and a historical single-time reservation quota of the target subscriber based on the historical reservation record of the target subscriber:
obtaining the biological characteristic information to be verified carried in the commemorative coin reservation request;
comparing the biological characteristic information to be verified with target biological characteristic information of the target user;
and under the condition that the biological characteristic information to be verified is matched with the target biological characteristic information, determining a target search range and a historical single reservation limit of the target user according to the historical reservation record of the target user.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining a sorting instruction;
in response to the sorting instruction, sorting all the banking outlets in the target search range according to a rule specified by the sorting instruction;
the specified rules include: sorting according to the corresponding probability from big to small; or sorting according to the sequence of the distance from the current position of the target user from near to far.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the target user does not have a historical reservation record, obtaining a starting position and an ending position which are commonly used by the target user for travel;
determining a target search range according to the starting position and the ending position;
according to a preset reservation limit, historical average distance from a reservation position to a reservation website of a non-target user and website parameters of each bank website in the target search range, and the probability of success of reservation of commemorative coins of each bank website of the target user in the target search range is obtained.
8. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
