Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a project management method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is applicable to the case of integrated management of the full lifecycle of an IT project. The method can be executed by the project management device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the project management device can be realized by software and/or hardware, the project management device can be integrated on electronic equipment, and the equipment can be various user terminals or servers.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
s110, responding to a management process determining instruction for the information technology project, acquiring project information of the information technology project, determining necessary processes from a pre-constructed management process according to the project information, and displaying the necessary processes and candidate processes except the necessary processes in the management process, wherein the project information comprises at least one of the following: the management process is constructed in advance based on a project management knowledge system.
The management procedure determining instruction may be an instruction for determining a management procedure of the IT item, among others. The item information may be attribute information of the IT item, which may be directly input by a human, or may be obtained by analyzing the item requirements of the IT item, which is not specifically limited herein. In practical applications, the project information may include at least one of a deployment platform, a deployment architecture, a development workload, a development difficulty, a service value, and an urgency level, where the deployment platform may be a platform in which project software is deployed, such as a mobile terminal, a fixed terminal, and the like, and the project software may be software generated after an IT project is executed, such as a web page, an Application program (APP), and the like; the deployment architecture can be an architecture with project software deployed, such as a CS architecture, a BS architecture, etc.; the development workload may be a workload of developing the project software; the development difficulty can be the difficulty of developing project software, and can be measured by whether a new technology is introduced or not, whether technical breakthrough exists or not and the like in the development process of the project software, and it needs to be explained that the development workload and the development difficulty are indexes of different latitudes, that is, the development workload is not equal to the development difficulty; the business value can be the value in the business aspect brought by the IT project, and can be measured by the aspects of the business benefit brought by the business value, whether the supervision requirement of a supervision department can be met or not and the like; the urgency may be measured by how long IT projects need to be completed.
The Project Management Body (PMBOK) divides the software development process into 10 domains, each domain contains several processes, and 47 processes in total, each process contains several steps. In other words, the PMBOK gives a basic framework of software development, and defines each step to be executed in the software development process. On the basis, as the result of software development is the result of IT project production, a management process for clearly determining how to perform IT project management can be constructed in advance based on PMBOK, so that IT projects can be managed based on the management process, and smooth execution of the software development process is guaranteed. IT should be noted that different IT items have their own characteristics, and in order to perform targeted management on each IT item, a necessary process for a certain IT item can be determined from the management process based on ITs item information, and the necessary process can be understood as a process that must be involved in managing the IT item. However, different software developers may have different ideas on how to manage the IT project for the same IT project, and for this reason, necessary processes and candidate processes in the management processes other than the necessary processes may be exposed so that the software developers determine which management processes to select to manage the IT project according to the exposed results. In practical applications, optionally, the above-mentioned display process may be implemented in various ways: if the necessary processes and the candidate processes are respectively displayed in the same display area based on different display forms, an example can be selected, the management processes are sequentially displayed according to the execution sequence of the management processes, and then the necessary processes are highlighted; respectively displaying the necessary process and the candidate process in different display areas; and so on.
S120, responding to the cutting instruction aiming at the necessary process, cutting useless processes in the necessary process, and responding to the introduction instruction aiming at the candidate process, and introducing available processes in the candidate process.
Wherein, after browsing the displayed necessary process and candidate process, the software developer may consider some necessary processes as unnecessary, and some candidate processes as necessary, thereby the project development device can trigger the clipping instruction and the introduction instruction by executing some operations on the displayed result, so as to make the project development device respond to the instructions to perform the clipping of the necessary process and the introduction of the candidate process, thereby obtaining the management process (i.e. the target process) really necessary by the software developer.
Illustratively, continuing with the example of highlighting described above, a software developer may dismiss highlighting by clicking on some necessary process of highlighting to indicate that the necessary process is deemed unnecessary by itself. The cutting instruction for the necessary process is an instruction for cutting the necessary process, which may be referred to as a useless process, from the necessary process triggered after the necessary process is clicked, so that the project management apparatus can cut the useless process from the necessary process in response to the cutting instruction. For example, for an IT project with a small development workload, a low development difficulty, and a low business value, a management process related to an establishment may be considered as a useless process; as another example, for IT items not involved in a purchase, the management process associated with the purchase may be considered a useless process; and the like. Accordingly, the software developer may highlight a candidate process by clicking on it to indicate that the candidate process is deemed necessary by itself. The import instruction for the candidate process is an instruction for importing the candidate process into a necessary process, which may be referred to as a useful process, triggered after the candidate process is clicked, and thus the item management apparatus may import the useful process from the candidate process in response to the import instruction. In practical application, optionally, besides introducing a certain candidate process, a configuration process different from the management process can be generated in response to a process configuration operation, and the configuration process is introduced as a necessary process, so that the situation that the necessary process is incomplete due to the limitations of 10 fields and 47 processes can be avoided, and the centralized management of the full life cycle of the IT project is ensured.
And S130, taking the necessary processes reserved after the cutting and the introduced available processes as target processes to manage the information technology project based on the target processes.
Wherein the necessary processes and the available processes introduced, which remain after the cutting, are taken as target processes, that is, the necessary processes and the available processes except for the useless processes among the necessary processes are taken as target processes, so that the item management apparatus manages the IT item based on the target processes, such as managing the IT item based on the execution order of the target processes and the execution order of the respective steps below them.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the project information of the IT project is obtained by responding to the management process determining instruction aiming at the IT project, the necessary process is determined from the management process which is constructed in advance based on PMBOK according to the project information, and the necessary process and the candidate process except the necessary process in the management process are displayed, so that a software developer can select the management process which is really necessary by the software developer from the display result, wherein the project information can comprise at least one of a deployment platform, a deployment architecture, development workload, development difficulty, service value and urgency degree; further, in response to a clipping instruction for a necessary process, a useless process in the necessary process is clipped, and in response to an introduction instruction for a candidate process, an available process in the candidate process is introduced; thus, the necessary processes remaining after the clipping and the available processes introduced are taken as target processes to manage the information technology project based on the target processes. According to the technical scheme, the management processes possibly related to the IT item in the full life cycle are pre-constructed through the scientific PMBOK, then the management processes (including necessary processes and candidate processes distinguished for the IT item) are displayed, and then the management processes really needed to be related to the IT item in the full life cycle are found out according to the independent selection of a software developer, so that the centralized management of the full life cycle of the IT item is effectively guaranteed, the complete information of the IT item in the full life cycle is acquired, and the intelligent management of the IT item is realized.
An optional technical solution, where the project management method further includes: and responding to the knowledge input instruction, acquiring the target knowledge input by the user, and storing the target knowledge. Some knowledge may be precipitated in the process of advancing the IT project, and the knowledge can be upgraded into enterprise knowledge for subsequent operation and maintenance reference and reference of other projects; or can be accumulated and subsequently converted into knowledge products such as expert experiences or patents, thereby forming intellectual property of enterprises; and so on. On the basis, the knowledge input instruction can be an instruction triggered when a user (such as a knowledge input person) inputs certain knowledge (namely target knowledge), and the target knowledge input by the user is acquired and stored in response to the knowledge input instruction, so that a knowledge deposit is formed, and the target knowledge can be applied later.
Another optional technical solution, the above project management method may further include: acquiring related data related to information technology projects from the Internet based on a web crawler technology, and processing and mining the related data based on a big data technology to obtain useful information; and displaying useful information. The big data can be a data set which cannot be captured, managed and processed by a conventional software tool within a certain time range, and is massive, high-growth rate and diversified information assets which can have stronger decision-making power, insight discovery power and flow optimization capability only by a new processing mode. A web crawler may be a program or script that automatically crawls the world wide web according to certain rules, which may also be called ants, automatic indexing or simulation programs, etc. The method comprises the steps of obtaining relevant data related to information technology projects from the Internet based on web crawler technology, wherein the relevant data is large data generally. In order to better utilize the big data, the related data can be processed and mined based on big data technology so as to better integrate the related data inside and outside the industry, obtain useful information from the related data, and show the useful information for being referred by related personnel, thereby improving the intelligent management level of the IT project. For example, when the international petroleum future price is determined to be decreased by five after the related data is processed and mined and the price approaches 0, the information can be displayed as useful information to prompt whether related personnel needs to increase the international petroleum future price in the project software to be negative.
In another optional technical solution, the project management method may further include: and responding to the node circulation instruction, acquiring a current processing node in the flow node, and performing node processing reminding on a processing person for processing the current processing node. In the IT project management process, processes which can be performed by a leader and approver may exist, and the processes can be managed based on a workflow form, so that the convenience of the processes in the processing process is improved. Specifically, a plurality of process nodes may exist in the whole process, each process node corresponds to a respective processing person, and after one process node is processed, the next process node can be processed. The node flow instruction may be an instruction triggered by a certain processing person after processing a flow node to be processed, so that a next flow node may be started to be processed, and in response to the node flow instruction, a current processing node in the flow nodes is obtained, that is, the next flow node is used as the current processing node, and a node processing reminder is given to a processing person processing the current processing node, for example, the node processing reminder information is sent to a terminal device applied by the processing person, so that the processing person can process the current processing node in real time, thereby ensuring effective operation of the whole flow.
In another optional technical solution, the project management method may further include: acquiring member information of project members under an information technology project, and constructing a project group with the information technology project as a dimension according to the member information; responding to the communication instruction, acquiring a communication mode and communication content, and sending the communication content to project members belonging to the project group based on the communication mode, wherein the communication mode comprises at least one of instant messaging, short messages and electronic mailboxes; and/or, responding to the meeting invitation instruction, acquiring meeting invitation information, and sending the meeting invitation information to the terminal equipment applied by the project members belonging to the project group, wherein the meeting invitation information comprises meeting time and meeting forms, and the meeting forms comprise online meetings; and carrying out conference participation reminding on the project members belonging to the project group at a target time, wherein the target time comprises a time which is a preset time length away from the conference time before the conference time.
Wherein, the item member can be a member participating in the IT item, and the member information can be attribute information of the item member. The method includes constructing a project group with an IT project as a dimension according to member information, for example, dividing all project members into a project group, dividing project members responsible for the same project content in the IT project into the same project group, dividing the project group according to professional levels of the project members, and the like, which is not specifically limited herein. On this basis, the communication instruction may be an instruction triggered by a certain project member in a certain project group and used for communicating with other project members in the project group, and a communication mode and communication contents are acquired in response to the communication instruction, wherein the communication mode may indicate a mode in which the project member wishes to communicate with other members, such as instant messaging, short messages, electronic mailboxes and the like; the communication content may represent what the project member wishes to communicate with the remaining members. Furthermore, the communication content is sent to the project members belonging to the project group based on the communication mode, if the communication mode is an electronic mailbox, the electronic mail can be directly sent to the mailbox of each project member in the project group, and the project member does not need to manually input the mailbox address of each other project member in the project group. According to the technical scheme, in the IT project management process, a one-stop communication bus of project members (also called a major) is constructed, unified management is brought into, the coupling degree of all the project members is higher, and a communication group of project dimensionality is established, so that information is fully and timely shared and exchanged, and the communication cost of the IT project is reduced.
The meeting invitation instruction can be an instruction triggered by a certain item member in a certain item group and used for inviting the rest item members in the item group to participate in a meeting, and meeting invitation information is obtained in response to the meeting invitation instruction, wherein the meeting invitation information can comprise meeting time and meeting form, and the meeting form can be an online meeting. Further, the meeting invitation information is sent to the terminal devices of the other project member applications, so that the other project members can confirm whether to participate in the meeting in time. And then, carrying out conference participation reminding on the project members in the project group at a target time which is a preset time length before the conference time and is separated from the conference time, so that the project members can participate in the conference on time. According to the technical scheme, the on-line conference mode is adopted, and project members in all places can participate in the conference.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a project management method provided in the second embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is optimized based on the above technical solutions. In this embodiment, optionally, the project management method may further include: responding to a document generation instruction, determining a target template from the candidate templates according to document information of a target document to be generated, generating the target document based on the target template, and displaying the target document; and/or acquiring a transaction period of the to-be-handled items, determining the to-be-reminded items from the to-be-handled items according to the transaction period, and performing item transaction reminding on the to-be-reminded items transacted staff; and/or acquiring related information related to the information technology project, and performing risk early warning if the information technology project is determined to have risks according to the related information; and/or, acquiring related problems related to information technology projects, determining solutions of the related problems, and displaying the related problems and the solutions; and/or responding to the case retrieval instruction, acquiring case information of a target case to be retrieved, determining the target case from the candidate cases according to the case information, and displaying the target case; and/or responding to the report issuing instruction, processing to obtain a target report according to report information of the target report to be issued, and issuing the target report. The same or corresponding terms as those in the above embodiments are not explained in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
s210, responding to a management process determining instruction aiming at the information technology project, acquiring project information of the information technology project, determining a necessary process from a pre-constructed management process according to the project information, and displaying the necessary process and a candidate process except the necessary process in the management process, wherein the project information comprises at least one of the following processes: the management process is constructed in advance based on a project management knowledge system.
S220, responding to a cutting instruction aiming at the necessary process, cutting useless processes in the necessary process, and responding to an introduction instruction aiming at the candidate process, and introducing available processes in the candidate process.
And S230, taking the necessary processes reserved after the cutting and the introduced available processes as target processes to manage the information technology project based on the target processes.
S240, responding to the document generation instruction, determining a target template from the candidate templates according to the document information of the target document to be generated, generating the target document based on the target template, and displaying the target document.
In the IT project management process, cumbersome documents such as posters, standing applications, overall management plans and the like may be involved, and if project members write documents directly without reference, the problem that the project members need to expend a great deal of effort to concern about processes is undoubtedly caused, and the automation level of the IT project management is low. In order to solve the problems, various candidate templates can be generated in advance, then when a project member needs to write a document (namely, a target document), a related target template can be found from the candidate templates, then the target document is generated based on the target template, and the target document is displayed, so that the project member only needs to fill key information in the displayed target document, thereby reducing the writing pressure of the project member and improving the automatic management level of the IT project.
S250, acquiring the transaction period of the to-be-handled items, determining the to-be-reminded items from the to-be-handled items according to the transaction period, and reminding the event handling of the event handling staff handling the to-be-reminded items.
In the process of advancing the IT item, a plurality of items to be handled (namely backlogs) exist, and the handling time limit of some backlogs is earlier than the current time, and the handling time limit of some backlogs is close, and the handling time limit can indicate when the backlogs need to be handled. In order to ensure the scheduled transaction of the backlogs, the transaction duration of the backlogs can be obtained so as to determine whether the backlogs needing to be reminded to the related operators exist, if so, the backlogs can be reminded to the operators handling the backlogs, so that the operators can pay attention to the backlogs. For example, assuming that a backlog is a technical solution review after 3 days, the backlog can be used as a backlog and timely notified to a technical manager so that the technical manager can be prepared in advance.
And S260, acquiring related information related to the information technology project, and performing risk early warning if the information technology project is determined to have risks according to the related information.
In order to timely warn risks in the IT item to ensure smooth promotion of the IT item, relevant information related to the IT item can be acquired, whether the IT item has risks or not is determined accordingly, and if yes, risk early warning is timely carried out. Illustratively, if IT is found that there is a similar development progress in the industry as the IT project according to the related information, risk early warning can be performed, and prompt information related to that the production time point of project software must be advanced in order to preempt the lead opportunity is given.
S270, obtaining relevant problems relevant to the information technology project, determining solutions of the relevant problems, and displaying the relevant problems and the solutions.
The relevant problem can be a problem related to the IT item, such as a problem encountered in the process of advancing the IT item, a problem pre-warned by risks, and the like. If a relevant problem exists, the solution of the relevant problem can be determined, and the relevant problem and the solution thereof are displayed, so that a software developer can determine how to solve the relevant problem by taking the relevant problem as a reference. For example, assuming that the relevant problem is that the development plan is delayed for 30 days due to handover of the associated system, the solution may be a delayed whole development plan or a partial development plan, or an alternative solution, so that the project manager may determine which measure to take to deal with the relevant problem by taking this as a reference. The solution in the technical scheme can be obtained by integrating expert experience and internal and external related data, so that support can be provided for the decision of the IT project, and the intelligence level of IT project management is improved.
And S280, responding to the case retrieval instruction, acquiring case information of the target case to be retrieved, determining the target case from the candidate cases according to the case information, and displaying the target case.
The images, texts, video data and the like of some excellent cases (namely candidate cases) can be preserved in advance, which is helpful for relevant personnel to directly call the required target cases from the candidate cases when needing to learn the cases, and then learn the target cases to complete relevant matters. For example, in the case that a relevant person needs to organize a bidding meeting in the bidding process, the target case that the relevant person wants to call can be a case related to how to organize the bidding meeting, and then the case information can include the name of the subject: and in the bidding meeting, after the project management device acquires the case information, the candidate case with the topic name of the bidding meeting in the candidate cases can be used as a target case, and the target case is displayed, so that the relevant personnel can learn how to organize the bidding meeting according to the retrieved target case.
And S290, responding to the report issuing instruction, processing the report to be issued according to the report information of the target report, obtaining the target report, and issuing the target report.
The report issuing instruction may be an instruction for issuing a report (i.e., a target report), and in response to the report issuing instruction, report information of the target report is obtained, so that the target report can be processed according to the report information, and the target report is issued, thereby achieving an effect of automatically issuing the report.
In practical applications, optionally, one, two or more executions may be selected from S240 to S290, and are not specifically limited herein.
