工作原理:通过支撑装置将装置平稳放置在地面上,然后将卡块一23对准通槽一18将卡块二24对准通槽二19插入,使底座21位于卡仓16的正下方,使配重块20、竖板22和弹簧伸缩杆14的中轴线位于同一直线上,弹簧伸缩杆14内弹簧受到拉力向下拉伸变长,接着通过螺纹杆11与测量仪13底面的螺纹口连接,将测量仪13固定在横板10上,防滑条12起到防滑和缓冲作用,避免测量仪13底面与横板10上表面摩擦损坏,接着将环形盖一5上拉,使环形板一6从环形槽一2内壁滑脱,使环形板二8从环形槽二4内壁滑脱,此时,万向球3失去环形板二8的限制能够在固定环一1内壁任意滑动和转动,弹簧伸缩杆14起到铅垂线的作用,若装置放置不平整的话,弹簧伸缩杆14会由斜向滑动呈完全竖直的状态,支撑杆9位于弹簧伸缩杆14的正上方且中轴线也位于同一直线上使得支撑杆9和测量仪13也保持完全竖直的状态,从而在抬起环形盖一5的时候,利用配重块20的重力便能够自动将测量仪13校准为水平状态,无需人力调节,方便快捷,且当弹簧伸缩杆14拉长起到铅锤线作用时,弹簧伸缩杆14的力臂远大于支撑杆9的力臂,使得测量仪13自身倾斜对万向球3的影响远远小于配重块20的影响,使得弹簧伸缩杆14能够保持完全竖直的状态,避免测量仪13存在倾斜情况,从而避免出现测量误差,提高精度,且配重块20将弹簧伸缩杆14拉长以后,还能够降低装置整体的重心,提高装置的稳定性,避免侧翻,保护测量仪13在需要更换测量位置时,直接将装置抬起放置到指定区域,将装置放置在地面后,万向球3能够自动调平,不需要人工再调节,从而大大提高效率,解决了三脚架本身调平起来操作繁琐,在需要反复更换测量位置的时候,来回调试非常耽误时间,大大降低测量的效率的技术问题,在对装置进行支撑调节的时候,将套杆29向外转动,直到顶杆30上端顶在固定板26下表面,从而使三个套杆29张开角度一致,每个方向支撑面一致,提高稳定性,在需要调节支撑高度时,将弹簧插杆34向外拉,使弹簧插杆34末端从插孔32内壁滑脱,然后将滑杆31向下拉到合适长度,接着松开弹簧插杆34侧盖,弹簧插杆34上弹簧复原使末端插入对应的插孔32内,调节方便快速,防滑套38起到防滑作用。Working principle: place the device stably on the ground through the support device, then align
