下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明在具体实施时,如图1至图5所示的实施例中,核酸采样亭设有两个检测窗,双采窗口垂直异面布局有效控制相互影响,每个检测窗下沿均设有采样手套消毒喷头3,上沿均设有窗口消毒喷头1,窗口消毒喷头1一侧设有窗口消毒残留物清扫装置2,检测窗处设有两个套接有采样手套的开口,套接有采样手套的开口中部设有采样口,采样口一侧设有常闭通道6用于采样试管或拭子隔离式传输,试管或拭子传递瞬间启闭内置气压,外向导流风机确保内外交互安全性,无需室外工作人员,检测窗一侧设有身份信息读取装置5,身份信息读取装置5外置在核酸采样亭亭壁上,通过外置的身份信息读取装置,室内即可轻松完成登记,检测窗上方在核酸采样亭顶部设有多个360°消毒喷头4;
核酸采样亭内设有四联消毒净化系统,包括活性炭过滤装置12、新风系统13、等离子室14、紫外线灯15,活性炭过滤装置12配置了活性炭消毒喷雾混合灭杀前端空气处置机构;核酸采样亭的室内空气二次正压采用净化级新风系统作为一次加压设备,结合室内大风量等离子即时空气消杀设备,进行二次加压,确保室内正压的可靠性,同时配置室内外空气压差传感控制系统,当室内外压差接近预警值时,增压系统自动增加。核酸采样亭采常规的“净化新风系统+紫外线照射消毒”模式下,增加进气前置过滤雾化消杀装置,避免净化新风系统的过滤网成为有害悬浮物的聚集地,新风过滤后气体经由高压等离子即时灭菌装置再次对可能存在的逃逸颗粒进行捕捉消杀,实现室内空气的绝对安全。
四联消毒净化系统工作流程如下:1)活性炭初滤,前置消毒喷雾延长消杀过程;
2)新风系统精滤,进―步滤除残余颗粒;
3)等离子室内即时灭杀,人机共存循环消毒;
4)紫外线灯光离场强化消杀。
四联消毒净化系统的四重空气消杀,确保室内空气环境安全消除单纯新风过滤消毒模式滤网细菌病毒集聚隐患。
核酸采样亭将所有工作全部安置于采样亭内开展,无需室外部署人员,其隔离式传输通道可在安全模式下将采样试管及拭子传输至仓外开展工作,避免感染风险。
核酸采样亭设有电力接入端17,电力接入端17为隐藏式机械锁定结构,电力接入端17通过导线连接核酸采样亭内置的标准控制箱。电力接入端设置在高位接入,防止水淹。
进一步的,如图1至图5所示的实施例中,检测窗上方设有电控的保护罩9。工作暂停期电动控制关闭,有效保证窗口及电子元器件环境污染及机械碰撞损毁,工作状态保护罩升起遮阳、遮雨。
进一步的,如图1至图5所示的实施例中,检测窗下方设有柜体,柜体包括已检试管暂存仓7和检测残留暂存仓8两个部分。暂存仓盖采用机械结构控制采样人员脚踏控制,启闭保证仓内密闭性避免二次污染,仓门转运人员权限管制内置生物安全袋盛装。已检试管暂存仓7和检测残留暂存仓8处于常闭状态,均由仓内医护人员内部主动控制,保证内外的有效封闭性,确保生物安全。
进一步的,如图1至图5所示的实施例中,核酸采样亭下方设有多个万向轮10。超称重万向轮自带刹车,支持短距拖曳配,可调支脚保证稳定性。
进一步的,如图1至图5所示的实施例中,核酸采样亭上方设有适配规格的遮阳顶棚16。配置的遮阳顶棚保护进气道遮挡落尘,降低屋顶阳光照射,减少室内温升降低温控能耗。
进一步的,如图1至图5所示的实施例中,核酸采样亭侧部设有用于工作人员进出的门体11,门体11为双门隔离通道,通道中配置多喷头消毒雾化装置。对进入人员实现体表消毒,避免携带有害为生物进入工作间。
进一步的,如图1至图5所示的实施例中,核酸采样亭下部设有电控的调温空调18,调温空调18通过导线与电力接入端17和标准控制箱相连。调温空调18配置封闭锁紧机构,降低儿童误拆触电风险。
进一步的,如图1至图5所示的实施例中,核酸采样亭内设有卫生间19。该卫生间是专门为医护人员专用配置的微型卫生间,在确保室内空气质量情况下,解决医护人员因可能的生理需求频繁出入工作仓,避免感染风险。
进一步的,在降低核酸采集对象人群的交叉感染风险方面,本产品主要对高风险感染区域设置可控消毒雾化消杀装置,具体如下:
一、重度风险区雾化消毒喷洒系统
在核酸采样亭与被检人群重点接触窗口位置,设置内控雾化消毒液喷洒机构,可执行程控自动消毒液喷洒;在采样窗口隔离手套下方设置内控消毒雾化喷洒装置,室内采样人员通过内控装置即可实现每检手套消毒的防疫指导目标。
二、轻度风险区雾化消毒喷洒系统
在核酸采样亭上方布置360度喷洒装置,可对核酸采样亭周围1米内空间实现立体消毒雾化喷洒消毒工作,确保周围环境无死角消毒。
三、重点风险区物理保护装置
核酸采样亭对重点风险区---核酸采样窗口配置了电动防护罩,当工作状态中升起,起到遮挡阳光直射及雨水淋湿;当采样亭非工作状态下,防护罩落下,保护采样窗口受机械碰撞损伤及有害漂浮颗粒附着污染。
进一步的,本产品主要材质如下:
1)主要接触面均采用304不锈钢材质,耐腐蚀耐消毒。
2)墙内板电镀净化板。
3)地面环保复合地板。
4)墙体保温材料采用防火环保岩棉填充。
5)墙体表面高温环保喷塑,光滑易清洁,耐腐蚀。

1.一种核酸采样亭,包括窗口消毒喷头(1)、窗口消毒残留物清扫装置(2)、采样手套消毒喷头(3)、360°消毒喷头(4)、身份信息读取装置(5)、常闭通道(6)、已检试管暂存仓(7)、检测残留暂存仓(8)、保护罩(9)、万向轮(10)、门体(11)、活性炭过滤装置(12)、新风系统(13)、等离子室(14)、紫外线灯(15)、遮阳顶棚(16)、电力接入端(17)、调温空调(18)、卫生间(19),其特征在于:所述核酸采样亭设有两个检测窗,每个检测窗下沿均设有采样手套消毒喷头(3),上沿均设有窗口消毒喷头(1),窗口消毒喷头(1)一侧设有窗口消毒残留物清扫装置(2),所述检测窗处设有两个套接有采样手套的开口,套接有采样手套的开口中部设有采样口,采样口一侧设有常闭通道(6)用于采样试管或拭子隔离式传输,检测窗一侧设有身份信息读取装置(5),身份信息读取装置(5)外置在核酸采样亭亭壁上,所述检测窗上方在核酸采样亭顶部设有多个360°消毒喷头(4);
所述核酸采样亭内设有四联消毒净化系统,包括活性炭过滤装置(12)、新风系统(13)、等离子室(14)、紫外线灯(15),活性炭过滤装置(12)配置了活性炭消毒喷雾混合灭杀前端空气处置机构;
所述核酸采样亭设有电力接入端(17),电力接入端(17)为隐藏式机械锁定结构,电力接入端(17)通过导线连接核酸采样亭内置的标准控制箱。
