本发明公开了一种智能生物静离方舱,包括密闭模块化主舱、密闭模块化副舱、风淋净化系统、空气净化送风系统及空气净化负压系统,所述密闭模块化主舱内设置有封闭洁净防护区,且该封闭洁净防护区内设置有折叠医疗床,风淋净化系统设置于密闭模块化副舱内,所述密闭模块化主舱设置有空气净化负压系统,所述密闭模块化主舱与密闭模块化副舱相互独立,所述空气净化负压系统内设置主舱高效过滤器;该负压医用静离舱采用两组空气净化系统,分别对主舱内、副舱内风淋系统的空气净化达到标准,使静脉药物调配或人隔离过程中把有害药物气味、粉末、微粒、挥发物质等进行过滤和排放处理,使舱内空间达到无菌、无微粒、无异味净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体为一种智能生物静离方舱。
背景技术
负压医用静离舱是在一个负压环境条件运行的立体空间,可在负压百级环境内进行静脉药物调配及作为恶性传染病隔离舱等功用。其可有效隔离舱内与舱外的病毒、微粒、细菌、生化细菌、生物细菌等相关空气中带来传播体。尤其是解决病毒携带者从入舱进行风淋系统处理后入主舱后安全有效隔离,也是关系到突发公共卫生事件时人类遇到疫情或病毒传播控制环节中保障被传染者安全的重要环节。近20年来国际国内突发性传染性疫情较多,涉及到人员较多且范围广泛,保障人类遇到疫情传播时的安全防护,出现过疫情快速,密集传播时,现有的医疗机构防护与隔离配套条件有限,靠个别感控中心病房及接诊能力无法满足患者需求,尚缺乏有效可移动隔离装备及时控制疫情或病毒传播,在急救接诊能力方面存在着明显广泛的安全隐患。因此提高医疗机构及时性控制被传染患者与其它环境或人等再次进行接触,同时有效及时隔离,是当前医疗机构及必要的措施,故而公共设施投放点的卫生环境配套显得尤为迫切。传统的安全隔离是由固定的隔离室内完成的没有独立负压运行条件和完善的标准设施,无法控制从发现被传染患者到指定隔离地点全流程控制传播。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种智能生物静离方舱,技术方案如下:
一种智能生物静离方舱,包括密闭模块化主舱、密闭模块化副舱、风淋净化系统、空气净化送风系统及空气净化负压系统,所述密闭模块化主舱内设置有封闭洁净防护区,且该封闭洁净防护区内设置有折叠医疗床,风淋净化系统设置于密闭模块化副舱内,所述密闭模块化主舱设置有空气净化负压系统,所述密闭模块化主舱与密闭模块化副舱相互独立,所述空气净化负压系统内设置主舱高效过滤器,所述所述密闭模块化主舱与密闭模块化副舱组合后设有洁净门。
所述密闭模块化副舱内设置风淋净化系统、洗手池、消毒更衣柜、洁净服更衣柜及生物安全装置。
所述密闭模块化主舱的舱外与舱内间设有物流缓冲区,且物流缓冲区设有负压运行互锁式传递窗口。
所述密闭模块化主舱的内侧壁设有压力传感器、粒子洁净度传感器及湿度传感器、生命体征热成像测温监控、互联网可视监控系统,所述密闭模块化主舱的舱体外壁上装设有控制开关和直观的声光报警器。
所述密闭模块化主舱内设有空调控制系统。
所述密闭模块化主舱与密闭模块化副舱均与压差补充系统进行连接,且压差补充系统监测净化门及互锁式传递窗口。
所述密闭模块化主舱的内侧壁离地面接近出开设负压排风孔,且负压排风孔的末端设置有排风机,所述负压排风孔设有活性炭处理箱装置。
所述风淋净化系统、空气净化送风系统及空气净化负压系统、空调控制系统及压差补充系统均由主控计算机监控,且主控计算机通过以太网交换机与多个非移动负压静离舱、可移动模块化负压静离舱连接。
本发明的有益效果:
该负压医用静离舱采用两组空气净化系统,分别对主舱内、副舱内风淋系统的空气净化达到标准,使静脉药物调配或人隔离过程中把有害药物气味、粉末、微粒、挥发物质等进行过滤和排放处理,使舱内空间达到无菌、无微粒、无异味净化。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例进行详述。
一种智能生物静离方舱,包括密闭模块化主舱3、密闭模块化副舱20、风淋净化系统22、空气净化送风系统1及空气净化负压系统2,为本发明的主要基本结构,所述密闭模块化主舱3内设置有封闭洁净防护区,且该封闭洁净防护区内设置有折叠医疗床11,通过封闭洁净防护区的设置,避免了含菌空气的反复污染,同时折叠医疗床11方便病患进行躺卧治疗,风淋净化系统22设置于密闭模块化副舱20内,对进出密闭模块化副舱20的医护人员进行风淋净化,避免携带病菌进行交叉感染,所述密闭模块化主舱3设置有空气净化负压系统2,对密闭模块化主舱3进行负压处理,通过使密闭模块化主舱3处于负压状态,实现空气的流通,所述密闭模块化主舱3与密闭模块化副舱20相互独立,实现空间的阻断,保证风淋净化的有效性,所述空气净化负压系统2内设置主舱高效过滤器13,对排出密闭模块化主舱3的气体进行净化,所述所述密闭模块化主舱3与密闭模块化副舱20组合后设有洁净门16,实现对出入的控制及通闭隔离。
具体而言,所述密闭模块化副舱20内设置风淋净化系统22、洗手池10、消毒更衣柜19、洁净服更衣柜21及生物安全装置23,实现医护人员进入密闭模块化主舱3前及离开密闭模块化副舱20前的处理。
具体而言,所述密闭模块化主舱3的舱外与舱内间设有物流缓冲区,且物流缓冲区设有负压运行互锁式传递窗口4,实现物流交换过程中的无接触操作。
具体而言,所述密闭模块化主舱3的内侧壁设有压力传感器、粒子洁净度传感器及湿度传感器、生命体征热成像测温监控、互联网可视监控系统8,实现对密闭模块化主舱3的有效监测,所述密闭模块化主舱3的舱体外壁上装设有控制开关和直观的声光报警器14,当密闭模块化主舱3内出现紧急状况时,进行报警及实现紧急断电控制。
具体而言,所述密闭模块化主舱3内设有空调控制系统18,方便对密闭模块化主舱3内的温度进行控制。
具体而言,所述密闭模块化主舱3与密闭模块化副舱20均与压差补充系统进行连接,且压差补充系统监测净化门16及互锁式传递窗口4,可自动根据净化门16及互锁式传递窗口4的开关状态自动调节补充风量及负压状态,保持运行标准性。
具体而言,所述密闭模块化主舱3的内侧壁离地面接近出开设负压排风孔15,且负压排风孔15的末端设置有排风机,实现对进入密闭模块化主舱3的空气进行导入,所述负压排风孔15设有活性炭处理箱装置13,实现对进入密闭模块化主舱3的空气进行过滤。
具体而言,所述风淋净化系统22、空气净化送风系统1及空气净化负压系统2、空调控制系统18及压差补充系统均由主控计算机监控,且主控计算机通过以太网交换机与多个非移动负压静离舱、可移动模块化负压静离舱连接,实现对本发明的有效远距离控制及监测。

1.一种智能生物静离方舱,包括密闭模块化主舱3、密闭模块化副舱20、风淋净化系统22、空气净化送风系统1及空气净化负压系统2,其特征在于:所述密闭模块化主舱3内设置有封闭洁净防护区,且该封闭洁净防护区内设置有折叠医疗床11,风淋净化系统22设置于密闭模块化副舱20内,所述密闭模块化主舱3设置有空气净化负压系统2,所述密闭模块化主舱3与密闭模块化副舱20相互独立,所述空气净化负压系统2内设置主舱高效过滤器13,所述所述密闭模块化主舱3与密闭模块化副舱20组合后设有洁净门16。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能生物静离方舱,其特征在于:所述密闭模块化副舱20内设置风淋净化系统22、洗手池10、消毒更衣柜19、洁净服更衣柜21及生物安全装置23。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能生物静离方舱,其特征在于:所述密闭模块化主舱3的舱外与舱内间设有物流缓冲区,且物流缓冲区设有负压运行互锁式传递窗口4。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能生物静离方舱,其特征在于:所述密闭模块化主舱3的内侧壁设有压力传感器、粒子洁净度传感器及湿度传感器、生命体征热成像测温监控、互联网可视监控系统8,所述密闭模块化主舱3的舱体外壁上装设有控制开关和直观的声光报警器14。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能生物静离方舱,其特征在于:所述密闭模块化主舱3内设有空调控制系统18。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能生物静离方舱,其特征在于:所述密闭模块化主舱3与密闭模块化副舱20均与压差补充系统进行连接,且压差补充系统监测净化门16及互锁式传递窗口4。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能生物静离方,其特征在于:所述密闭模块化主舱3的内侧壁离地面接近处开设负压排风孔15,且负压排风孔15的末端设置有排风机,所述负压排风孔15设有活性炭处理箱装置13。
