In order to fix the clamping plate 7, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, two sides of the bottom water baffle 6 provided with grooves are provided with a section of horizontal sliding groove 10, the horizontal sliding groove 10 penetrates through the front and rear surfaces of the bottom water baffle 6, and meanwhile, the clamping plate 7 is also provided with a section of clamping plate fixing groove corresponding to the horizontal sliding groove.
Further, the clamping plate 7 is connected with the bottom water baffle 6 through a locking member 8, the fastening member passes through a horizontal chute on the bottom water baffle 6 and a clamping plate fixing slot on the clamping plate 7 to fix the two columns, for example, the locking member 8 can be a common fastening bolt, and when the clamping plate 7 clamps the rail 9, the clamping plate 7 and the bottom water baffle 6 are fixed by tightening a nut on the fastening bolt.
Referring to fig. 4, the edge of the clamping plate 7 abutting against the rail 9 is provided with a special-shaped groove, the special-shaped groove is a half-i-shaped groove, and when the two clamping plates 7 wrap the rail 9, the special-shaped grooves on the two clamping plates 7 can just in time be spliced into the cross-section shape of the i-shaped rail 9, so that the rail 9 can be completely wrapped.
It should be noted that the shape of the special-shaped groove at the upper edge of the clamping plate 7 is not limited to the semi-i-shaped groove in this embodiment, but may be other shapes, which need to be determined according to the shape of the rail 9,
in order to ensure the tightness of the engagement of the clamping plate 7 with the rail 9, a waterproof pad 13 may also be provided on the edge of the clamping plate 7.
Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, a T-shaped pressing member 15 is disposed at the top in a vertical groove on the fixing column, wherein the bottom of the T-shaped pressing member 15 is embedded into the vertical groove 3 of the fixing column, and the bottom of the T-shaped pressing member 15 contacts with the upper surface of the top water baffle 4 through a first spring 19 and a fixing block 17, so that the pressure is transmitted to each water baffle by applying the downward pressure to the top water baffle 4, and the waterproof pad 13 between two adjacent water baffles is pressed, thereby further improving the tightness of the two water baffles.
In order to realize the detachable connection between the T-shaped pressing member 15 and the vertical groove 3, as shown in fig. 5, a locking hole 20 may be disposed on the front side or the rear side and the right side surface of the vertical groove 3, a locking piece 16 is disposed on the T-shaped pressing member 15, meanwhile, a locking hole 20 capable of placing the locking piece 16 is disposed on the T-shaped pressing member 15, a second spring 18 is disposed in the locking hole 20, wherein one end of the second spring 18 is connected with the locking piece 16, and the other end is in contact with the bottom surface in the through hole, so that when the T-shaped pressing member 15 is inserted into the vertical groove 3, the locking piece 16 is inserted into the locking hole 20 under the elastic action of the second spring 18 to realize the fixation of the T-shaped pressing member 15.
Of course, the detachable connection mode of the T-shaped pressing member 15 and the vertical groove 3 is not limited to the mode of the locking piece 16 and the locking hole 20 in this example, and other modes may be adopted, for example, an interval is provided on the outer surface of the vertical groove 3, and meanwhile, a jack is also provided on the T-shaped pressing member 15, when the T-shaped pressing member 15 presses down the first spring 18, and when the jack on the T-shaped pressing member 15 is coaxial with the jack on the vertical groove 3, the jack on the T-shaped pressing member 15 and the jack on the vertical groove 3 may be inserted through the positioning pin, so as to fix the two.
The following describes in detail the method of use of the water deflector on the basis of the placement on the rail 9:
two sides of a rail 9 at an entrance section of the subway are respectively provided with a fixed column, and a vertical groove 3 is machined in the fixed column in advance;
firstly, the bottom water baffle 6 is installed, the bottom water baffle 6 is inserted into the vertical groove 3 of the fixed column, the rail 9 is ensured to be clamped into the groove on the bottom water baffle 6, after the bottom water baffle 6 is placed, the clamping plate 7 on the bottom water baffle 6 is moved, the rail 9 is clamped, and the clamping plate 7 is clamped to the fixed column through the locking piece 8 on the clamping plate 7.
After the bottom water baffle 6 is fixed, the middle water baffle 5 and the top water baffle 4 are sequentially placed, and after the top water baffle 4 is placed, the T-shaped pressing piece 15 is inserted into the vertical groove 3 and is fixed.
Finally, it is noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalents may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which is intended to be covered by the claims of the present invention.
