Abstract
本发明属于切削液领域,具体涉及一种半合成切斜液,其质量配比如下:水性防锈剂6‑10份,碱缓冲剂6‑8份、去离子水52‑56份、特种胺1‑3份、乳化剂5‑8份、助乳化剂1‑2份、抗硬水剂1‑2份、缓释剂1‑2份、杀菌剂复合包1‑2份、基础油15‑20份、极压润滑剂3‑5份、耦合剂1‑3份、表面活性剂1‑3份、消泡剂复合包0.1‑0.2份。本发明满足GB/T6144‑2010及SY1374‑77的指标,不含、氯、酚类和亚硝酸盐,也不含硫等有毒有害物质,对人体无伤害,对环境无影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于切削液领域,具体涉及一种半合成切斜液。
背景技术
切削是机械制造中最主要的加工方法,在切削加工的过程中需要在刀具和工件之间加入适量的切削液,用来起到冷却、润滑、防锈、清洗等各种功能。尤其是用在金属切削加工上的切削液,其冷却性能和润滑性能决定了刀具的使用寿命和工件表面的切削效果。
专利号为CN104479826B的发明公开了一种超硬材料加工过程中的切削液,所述切削液包括有以下几种组成成分:二硫化钼、酒石酸、氯化石蜡、油酸、石油磺酸钠,以及变压器油和/或豆油。该发明虽然在切削液中加入了二硫化钼,使其具有较好的润滑性,但是研究发现二硫化钼在高温下容易被碳化失效,从而使得在高温下切削液的润滑性丧失,降低了刀具的使用寿命和工件表面的切削效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种半合成切削液,满足GB/T6144-2010及SY1374-77的指标,不含、氯、酚类和亚硝酸盐,也不含硫等有毒有害物质,对人体无伤害,对环境无影响。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种半合成切削液,其质量配比如下:
水性防锈剂6-10份,碱缓冲剂6-8份、去离子水52-56份、特种胺1-3份、乳化剂5-8份、助乳化剂1-2份、抗硬水剂1-2份、缓释剂1-2份、杀菌剂复合包1-2份、基础油15-20份、极压润滑剂3-5份、耦合剂1-3份、表面活性剂1-3份、消泡剂复合包0.1-0.2份。
所述水性防锈剂由硼酸、730三元酸和新癸酸组成,且硼酸、730三元酸和新葵酸的质量比为1:1:1。
所述碱缓冲剂采用一乙醇胺和三乙醇胺的混合物。
所述特种胺采用美国陶氏AMP95。
所述乳化剂采用沙索RT64。
所述助乳化剂采用M28B妥尔油脂肪酸。
所述抗硬水剂采用沙索4570LF醇醚羧酸。
所述缓释剂采用铝缓蚀剂,具体采用NEUF815铝缓蚀剂和磷酸酯型铝缓释剂混合而成。
所述杀菌剂复合包包括BIT和IPBC-30,且BIT和IPBC-30的值相比为1:0.5。进一步的,所述杀菌剂还包括微米二氧化钛颗粒,所述二氧化钛颗粒占杀菌剂复合包质量的2%。
所述基础油采用26#环烷基矿物油。
所述极压润滑剂采用禾大3955自乳化酯。
所述耦合剂采用丙二醇苯醚。
所述表面活性剂采用司盘80。
所述消泡剂复合包由快速型消泡剂和长寿命型消泡剂组成,且快速型消泡剂和长寿命型消泡剂的质量比为1:1,所述快速型消泡剂采用道康宁3168,所述长寿命型消泡剂采用道康宁1247。
所述半合成切削液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将水性防锈剂、碱缓冲剂和部分去离子水按照比例加入至搅拌锅内搅拌0.5h,制成复合剂A;
步骤2,将特种铵加入至复合剂A中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂B;
步骤3,依次将乳化剂、助乳化剂和抗硬水剂加入至复合剂B搅拌均匀,制成复合剂C;
步骤4,将缓释剂和杀菌剂复合包加入至复合剂C中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂D;
步骤5,将基础油和极压润滑剂加入至复合剂D中搅拌均匀,然后将剩余的去离子水加入搅拌,制成复合剂E;
步骤6,将耦合剂和表面活性剂加入至复合剂E中搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入消泡剂复合包并搅拌均匀,得到半合成切削液。
所述磨削液与蒸馏水配置成质量比为5%的工作液来使用。
从以上描述可以看出,本发明具备以下优点:
1.本发明满足GB/T6144-2010及SY1374-77的指标,不含、氯、酚类和亚硝酸盐,也不含硫等有毒有害物质,对人体无伤害,对环境无影响。
2.本发明具有良好地防锈清洗功能,有效折光40±1%,在保持工件表面清洁光亮防锈的同时,具有较好地清洗效果,同时,其低含油特性,使其拥有较好的润滑性,在用于CNC、加工车床、铣床、锯床等多种工艺,可有效减小刀具磨损,提高刀具的使用寿命。
3.本发明可实现长寿命使用,工作液可循再使用,可做到长期不更换新液,工作液可单机,可集中供应使用。
4.本发明有较好的机台防锈性能,不破坏油漆,与通常使用的机床密封件相容,同时,有较强的杀菌、抗菌、防腐能力,可有效杀灭细菌及真菌,使得工作液长时间使用,不宜生菌发臭。
5.本发明可适应铁、铸铁、不锈钢、碳钢等黑色金属以及各种材质的铝等有色金属材料工件加工。
具体实施方式
结合实施例详细说明本发明,但不对本发明的权利要求做任何限定。
实施例1
一种半合成切削液,其制备方法如下:
步骤1,将2g硼酸、2g730三元酸、2g新癸酸组成6g水性防锈剂,将3g美国陶氏的一乙醇胺和3g美国陶氏的三乙醇胺组成6g碱缓冲剂,将6g水性防锈剂和6g碱缓冲剂加入至20g去离子水中,并放入搅拌锅以500r/min的搅拌速度搅拌0.5h,制成复合剂A;
步骤2,将1g的AMP-95特种铵加入至复合剂A中,以500r/min的搅拌速度搅拌均匀,制成复合剂B;
步骤3,依次将6g沙索RT64、1gM28B妥尔油脂肪酸和1g沙索4570LF醇醚羧酸加入至复合剂B中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂C;
步骤4,将0.5gNEUF815铝缓蚀剂和0.5g磷酸酯型铝缓释剂混合形成1g缓蚀剂,将0.66gBIT和0.34gIPBC-30混合搅拌形成1g杀菌剂复合包,然后将缓释剂和杀菌剂复合包加入至复合剂C中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂D;
步骤5,将15g26#环烷基矿物油和3g禾大3955自乳化酯加入至复合剂D中搅拌均匀,然后将32g去离子水搅拌并持续搅拌,制成复合剂E;
步骤6,将1g丙二醇苯醚和1g司盘80加入至复合剂E中搅拌均匀,然后将0.05g道康宁3168和0.05g道康宁1247组成的0.1g消泡剂复合包缓慢加入,并持续搅拌,得到产品-半合成切削液。
实施例2
一种半合成切削液,其制备方法如下:
步骤1,将3g硼酸、3g730三元酸、4g新癸酸组成10g水性防锈剂,4美国陶氏的一乙醇胺和4g美国陶氏的三乙醇胺组成8g碱缓冲剂,将10g水性防锈剂和8g碱缓冲剂加入至20g去离子水中,并放入搅拌锅以1000r/min的搅拌速度搅拌0.5h,制成复合剂A;
步骤2,将3g的AMP-95特种铵加入至复合剂A中,以1000r/min的搅拌速度搅拌均匀,制成复合剂B;
步骤3,依次将8g沙索RT64、2gM28B妥尔油脂肪酸和2g沙索4570LF醇醚羧酸加入至复合剂B中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂C;
步骤4,将1gNEUF815铝缓蚀剂和1g磷酸酯型铝缓释剂混合形成2g缓蚀剂,将1.3gBIT和0.7gIPBC-30混合搅拌形成2g杀菌剂复合包,然后将缓释剂和杀菌剂复合包加入至复合剂C中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂D;
步骤5,将20g26#环烷基矿物油和5g禾大3955自乳化酯加入至复合剂D中搅拌均匀,然后将36g去离子水搅拌并持续搅拌,制成复合剂E;
步骤6,将3g丙二醇苯醚和3g司盘80加入至复合剂E中搅拌均匀,然后将0.1g道康宁3168和0.1g道康宁1247组成的0.2g消泡剂复合包缓慢加入,并持续搅拌,得到产品-半合成切削液。
实施例3
一种半合成切削液,其制备方法如下:
步骤1,将3g硼酸、3g730三元酸、3g新癸酸组成9g水性防锈剂,将3g美国陶氏的一乙醇胺和3g美国陶氏的三乙醇胺组成6g碱缓冲剂,将9g水性防锈剂和6g碱缓冲剂加入至20g去离子水中,并放入搅拌锅以500r/min的搅拌速度搅拌0.5h,制成复合剂A;
步骤2,将2g的AMP-95特种铵加入至复合剂A中,以500r/min的搅拌速度搅拌均匀,制成复合剂B;
步骤3,依次将7g沙索RT64、1gM28B妥尔油脂肪酸和2g沙索4570LF醇醚羧酸加入至复合剂B中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂C;
步骤4,将0.5gNEUF815铝缓蚀剂和0.5g磷酸酯型铝缓释剂混合形成1g缓蚀剂,将1gBIT和0.5gIPBC-30混合搅拌形成1.5g杀菌剂复合包,然后将缓释剂和杀菌剂复合包加入至复合剂C中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂D;
步骤5,将18g26#环烷基矿物油和4g禾大3955自乳化酯加入至复合剂D中搅拌均匀,然后将34g去离子水搅拌并持续搅拌,制成复合剂E;
步骤6,将2g丙二醇苯醚和2g司盘80加入至复合剂E中搅拌均匀,然后将0.05g道康宁3168和0.05g道康宁1247组成的0.1g消泡剂复合包缓慢加入,并持续搅拌,得到产品-半合成切削液。
实施例4
一种半合成切削液,其制备方法如下:
步骤1,将3g硼酸、3g730三元酸、3g新癸酸组成9g水性防锈剂,将3g美国陶氏的一乙醇胺和3g美国陶氏的三乙醇胺组成6g碱缓冲剂,将9g水性防锈剂和6g碱缓冲剂加入至20g去离子水中,并放入搅拌锅以500r/min的搅拌速度搅拌0.5h,制成复合剂A;
步骤2,将2g的AMP-95特种铵加入至复合剂A中,以500r/min的搅拌速度搅拌均匀,制成复合剂B;
步骤3,依次将7g沙索RT64、1gM28B妥尔油脂肪酸和2g沙索4570LF醇醚羧酸加入至复合剂B中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂C;
步骤4,将0.5gNEUF815铝缓蚀剂和0.5g磷酸酯型铝缓释剂混合形成1g缓蚀剂,将0.98gBIT、0.49gIPBC-30和0.03g微米二氧化钛混合搅拌形成1.5g杀菌剂复合包,然后将缓释剂和杀菌剂复合包加入至复合剂C中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂D;
步骤5,将18g26#环烷基矿物油和4g禾大3955自乳化酯加入至复合剂D中搅拌均匀,然后将34g去离子水搅拌并持续搅拌,制成复合剂E;
步骤6,将2g丙二醇苯醚和2g司盘80加入至复合剂E中搅拌均匀,然后将0.05g道康宁3168和0.05g道康宁1247组成的0.1g消泡剂复合包缓慢加入,并持续搅拌,得到产品-半合成切削液。
其中,微米二氧化钛的制备方法包括:步骤a,将10g钛酸正丁酯加入至30g无水乙醚中搅拌均匀,然后加入20g氯化钠和2g碳酸铵2℃低温搅拌形成悬浊液,40℃的温度,2MPa的压力下恒温造粒形成3mm颗粒,步骤b,将颗粒在100℃下静置0.5h,取出后依次采用甘油和无水乙醚洗涤后得到1-3微米的二氧化钛。微米二氧化钛本身具有抗菌性,能够在抗菌剂复合包中起到物理抗菌效果,同时二氧化钛结构稳定性,不易形成破坏,同时微米级二氧化钛能够形成一定的滚珠效应,大大降低了摩擦力,防止碎屑的二次划伤。
对比试验
以实施例3和实施例4制备的磨削液利用蒸馏水配制质量比为5%的工作液,对比例以某品牌磨削液为例,采用相同的配比配制对比工作液。铝合金加工工件表面粗糙度:实施例3的磨削液Ra0.27μm,实施例4的磨削液Ra0.24μm,对比例的Ra0.40μm。
工作8小时后取循环液进行静置比较:实施例3的磨屑完全分层时间为约1.5小时,实施例3的磨屑完全分层时间为约1.3小时,某品牌磨削液磨屑完全分层时间约为4小时。
本发明以水性防锈剂、碱缓冲剂、去离子水、特种胺、乳化剂、助乳化剂、抗硬水剂、缓释剂、杀菌剂、基础油、极压润滑剂、耦合剂,以及表面活性剂反应而成,具备一定的乳化能力,其稀释液具有良好的防锈性、抗菌性、润滑性,并具有低泡性;适合于多种加工方式,如车削、铣削、磨削等,可广泛用于单机和中央冷却系统。本发明的切削液有良好的清洗性、防锈性、润滑性等性能,同时还具有较强抗硬水性,不含亚硝酸纳,不含氯,不含硫,无气味,无毒无害,对车间员工皮肤不过敏。对铝筒等有色金属加工容易引起的变色,有较好的抑制作用。
可以理解的是,以上关于本发明的具体描述,仅用于说明本发明而并非受限于本发明实施例所描述的技术方案。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,仍然可以对本发明进行修改或等同替换,以达到相同的技术效果;只要满足使用需要,都在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种半合成切削液,其特征在于:其质量配比如下:
水性防锈剂6-10份,碱缓冲剂6-8份、去离子水52-56份、特种胺1-3份、乳化剂5-8份、助乳化剂1-2份、抗硬水剂1-2份、缓释剂1-2份、杀菌剂复合包1-2份、基础油15-20份、极压润滑剂3-5份、耦合剂1-3份、表面活性剂1-3份、消泡剂复合包0.1-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半合成切削液,其特征在于:所述水性防锈剂由硼酸、730三元酸和新癸酸组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半合成切削液,其特征在于:所述碱缓冲剂采用一乙醇胺和三乙醇胺的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的半合成切削液,其特征在于:所述缓释剂采用铝缓蚀剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的半合成切削液,其特征在于:所述基础油采用26#环烷基矿物油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的半合成切削液,其特征在于:所述极压润滑剂采用禾大3955自乳化酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的半合成切削液,其特征在于:所述耦合剂采用丙二醇苯醚。
8.根据权利要求1所述的半合成切削液,其特征在于:所述半合成切削液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将水性防锈剂、碱缓冲剂和部分去离子水按照比例加入至搅拌锅内搅拌0.5h,制成复合剂A;
步骤2,将特种铵加入至复合剂A中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂B;
步骤3,依次将乳化剂、助乳化剂和抗硬水剂加入至复合剂B搅拌均匀,制成复合剂C;
步骤4,将缓释剂和杀菌剂复合包加入至复合剂C中搅拌均匀,制成复合剂D;
步骤5,将基础油和极压润滑剂加入至复合剂D中搅拌均匀,然后将剩余的去离子水加入搅拌,制成复合剂E;
步骤6,将耦合剂和表面活性剂加入至复合剂E中搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入消泡剂复合包并搅拌均匀,得到半合成切削液。
9.根据权利要求1所述的半合成切削液,其特征在于:所述磨削液与蒸馏水配置成质量比为5%的工作液来使用。
