Description

Antifreezing shield muck paste slurry and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of shield construction, and relates to an antifreezing shield muck paste slurry and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous expansion of the underground engineering field in China, urban subways meet the peak of construction, the shield method in subway construction is a relatively wide application mode, and a large amount of muck is generated in the construction process no matter an earth pressure balance shield or a slurry shield. However, in winter construction in alpine regions, the phenomenon that the temperature is too low so that the slag soil is frozen exists, and therefore the transmission of the slag soil and the further development of the shield are influenced. Therefore, how to reduce the freezing point of the slag and keep the fluidity at low temperature becomes a problem to be solved urgently. At present, the antifreezing agent mainly comprises three categories of chloride salt, formate and organic alcohol, wherein the chloride salt is the main antifreezing agent, and has the advantages of low price, convenient use and good antifreezing effect. The addition of chloride salt to the muck paste can maintain the system with better rheological properties at low temperature, but when the concentration of chloride salt is too high, small-particle clay is agglomerated into large particles, and the fluidity is reduced. In order to better shield construction and increase the fluidity of the low-temperature slag-soil slurry, a proper chemical additive needs to be selected, so that the adverse effect of the chloride on the slurry system is reduced, and the slurry performance is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an antifreezing shield muck slurry and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the problems that the existing muck slurry is easy to freeze at low temperature and obstructs shield construction.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an anti-freezing shield residual soil paste slurry is prepared from an anti-freezing solution of the residual soil paste slurry and shield residual soil, wherein:
the muck paste antifreeze fluid is prepared from clear water, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium hydroxide, antifreeze protein and an antifreeze additive;
the addition amount of the sodium chloride is 6 to 10 percent of the mass of the clear water;
the addition amount of the potassium chloride is 1 to 3 percent of the mass of the clear water;
the addition amount of the sodium hydroxide is 0.1 to 0.5 percent of the mass of the clear water;
the addition amount of the antifreeze protein is 0.1 to 0.2 percent of the mass of the clear water;
the addition amount of the anti-freezing additive is 2-6% of the mass of the clear water;
the addition amount of the muck paste antifreeze fluid is 20 to 30 percent of the mass of the shield muck.
A preparation method of the anti-freezing shield muck slurry comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing a certain amount of clear water, adding sodium chloride, potassium chloride and sodium hydroxide into the clear water, and fully stirring to completely dissolve the sodium chloride, the potassium chloride and the sodium hydroxide;
step 2: adding the antifreeze protein and the antifreeze additive while stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain the muck paste antifreeze fluid;
and step 3: and adding the muck paste antifreezing solution into the shield muck, and uniformly stirring to obtain the antifreezing shield muck paste.
In the invention, the sodium chloride is an analytically pure sodium chloride reagent produced by national medicine group chemical reagent limited company. Sodium chloride can reduce intermolecular interactions and reduce water activity, thereby lowering the freezing point of aqueous solutions. The freezing point of the slurry decreases as the sodium chloride content increases, but when the chloride concentration is too high, small clay particles agglomerate into larger particles, reducing fluidity. Therefore, the amount of sodium chloride to be added needs to be appropriately controlled.
In the invention, the potassium chloride is an analytically pure potassium chloride reagent produced by chemical reagent Limited of national drug group.
In the invention, the sodium hydroxide is an analytically pure sodium hydroxide reagent produced by chemical reagent of national drug group, inc. The pH value of the slurry can be adjusted to 6-8 by a proper amount of sodium hydroxide.
In the invention, the antifreeze protein is plant antifreeze protein (wheat bran), which can promote impurity molecules to be adsorbed on the surface of the ice growth path, so that the curvature of the ice surface is increased, and the surface area of the edge is also increased. Due to the influence of surface tension, increasing the surface area changes the equilibrium state of the system, thereby lowering the freezing point. And the additive has large yield and low cost, and is a mud antifreezing additive with great application value.
In the invention, the anti-freezing additive is a mixture of calcium magnesium acetate and sulfomethylated tannin, and the mass ratio of the anti-freezing additive is 3. The calcium-magnesium acetate has better anti-freezing effect and is a main additive component of part of snow remover; the sulfomethylated tannin has good dilution dispersibility, and can improve the fluidity of the muck paste slurry.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the invention, additives such as sodium chloride and the like are added in a composite manner while a small amount of wheat bran plant antifreeze protein is added, so that the freezing point of the muck paste slurry is effectively reduced, the muck paste slurry still has good fluidity in a low-temperature environment, and the normal development of shield construction is ensured. And because the addition amount is less, the price is low, and the application prospect is wide.
