Description

Air-permeable easy-to-tear heat-sealing adhesive capable of being thermally sealed on various substrates
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sterilization and packaging of medicines and medical instruments, in particular to an easy-to-tear heat-sealing adhesive which is breathable and can be thermally sealed on various base materials.
Background
Among various medical or pharmaceutical packaged products, the sterilized products need to be sterilized by ethylene oxide, steam or radiation, wherein the ethylene oxide is used in a relatively large amount in a sterilization mode, and the required sterilized packages are relatively large. Conventional medical packaging using ethylene oxide sterilization requires the following: 1. it is necessary to adapt to ethylene oxide sterilization conditions. Due to the fact that negative pressure pumping is involved in sterilization to cause bag expansion, under certain temperature and humidity conditions, the hot creep is challenging. 2. Aging resistance, ensuring that the sterilized product can endure 3-10 years of shelf life. 3. The air permeability is good, and the ethylene oxide sterilizing gas can completely pass through. Therefore, the heat-sealing glue for packaging the medical equipment is designed, can adapt to the ethylene oxide sterilization condition, and still keeps the performance after multiple times of sterilization, which is a technical problem to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the easy-to-tear heat-sealing adhesive which is breathable and can be thermally sealed on various substrates, and has the advantages of good thermal creep resistance, aging resistance, high peel strength, good air permeability and excellent comprehensive performance in all aspects.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to provide an easy-to-tear heat-seal adhesive which is breathable and can be thermally sealed on various substrates, wherein the heat-seal adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of acrylate copolymer, 12-35 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene resin, 8-19 parts of modified epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, 1-6 parts of dodecyl fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether, 4-8 parts of polybutylene, 0.5-1.5 parts of a solidifying agent, 50-85 parts of a solvent, 0.1-0.3 part of an ultraviolet eliminator, 0.5-1.2 parts of a blending agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a smoothing agent, 0.1-0.2 part of an antioxidant, 0.5-4 parts of an excipient and 0.2-0.6 part of a defoaming agent.
The modified epoxy resin is p-hydroxybenzoic acid epoxy resin, the Tg point is 70-80 ℃, and the solid content is 35-45%. The Tg point of the resin refers to the glass transition temperature of the resin, i.e., the temperature at which the polymer changes from a high elastic state to a glassy state. The heat-seal gluing can have excellent creep resistance by selecting proper resin materials, and the peel strength of the heat-seal gluing is improved. The p-hydroxybenzoic acid also has the bactericidal effect, so that the heat-seal glue has certain bactericidal and bacteriostatic capacities.
The solidifying agent is one or more of dimethylaminopropylamine, m-phenylenediamine and diaminodiphenylmethane. The solidifying agent is a substance for promoting or controlling the solidifying, forming, heat sealing and gluing reaction. The resin curing is performed by chemical reactions such as condensation, closed loop, addition or catalysis, so that the resin has an irreversible change process, the thermal creep resistance of the material is improved, the peel strength of the heat-seal gluing is improved, and the curing is realized by adding a solidifying agent.
Further, the solvent is one or more of isopropyl acetate, butanone and isopropanol. Three solvents with good solubility and low boiling point are selected to have low toxicity to human bodies. The solvent recovery system can be used for recovering and reusing the low-toxicity solvent.
Further, the ultraviolet eliminating agent is one or more of nano titanium dioxide, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy benzophenone and hexamethyl phosphoric triamide. The ultraviolet eliminator is a light stabilizer, can absorb ultraviolet rays, reduces damage of the ultraviolet rays to materials, and improves aging resistance of heat-seal gluing, so that weather resistance of the materials is enhanced.
The blending agent is one or more of 2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, hydroxypropyl acrylate and sodium propylene sulfonate. The blending agent is a substance with two functional groups with different properties, and the molecular structure of the blending agent is mainly characterized in that the molecule contains two groups with different chemical properties, one group is an inorganophilic group and is easy to chemically react with the surface of an inorganic substance; the other is an organophilic group which can react with synthetic resin or other polymers or generate hydrogen bonds to be dissolved in the easily-torn heat-sealing glue, thereby improving the peeling strength of the glue material.
The smoothing agent is one or more of polymeric urea, polyethylene wax and polyamide wax. The smoothing agent forms a strong network structure in a heat-seal gluing solution, has excellent thixotropic property, excellent sagging prevention capability and sedimentation prevention capability, can keep the storage stability of heat-seal gluing slurry, prevents the slurry from layering and other problems, thereby increasing the uniformity of components of the glue material, promoting the realization of air permeability, and simultaneously being assisted with the selection of different gluing layer thicknesses, realizing the selection of more air permeability.
The excipient is one or more of diisononyl phthalate, zinc ethyl phenyl dithiocarbamate and didecyl phthalate. The excipient is a macromolecular auxiliary agent, has high boiling point, is difficult to volatilize, and has good miscibility with the polymers of all the components. The excipient is distributed among macromolecular chains, so that intermolecular force is reduced, the viscosity of the polymer is reduced, the processability is improved, the thermal creep resistance of the material is improved, and the peel strength of heat-sealing gluing is increased.
The antioxidant is one or more of antioxidant 168, antioxidant 1076 and antioxidant 164. The material is heated and sheared to generate free radicals, and the free radicals generate peroxide free radicals when meeting oxygen, and the peroxide free radicals further deprive hydrogen atoms from the main chain of the polymer to generate relatively stable polymer-based hydroperoxide. The cycle is repeated, the chain grows, and the reaction is gradually enlarged. The hydrogen donor antioxidant is mainly used for preventing or delaying aging and deterioration of the heat-seal gluing material, and simultaneously has other components of a stabilizing system, so that the antioxidant can fully play a synergistic effect and has effects on maintaining the peel strength performance and stabilizing the strength performance of the heat-seal gluing material.
The defoaming agent is one or more of simethicone, cyanuric chloride melamine and polyoxypropylene glycerol ether. Defoaming agents are substances that lower the surface tension of water, solutions, suspensions, etc., prevent foam formation, or reduce or eliminate the original foam. The use of the defoaming agent can ensure that the heat-seal gluing keeps the system character stable, increase the weather resistance of the material and increase the performances of the heat-seal gluing in all aspects.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the sizing can be performed on a variety of substrates such as dialysis paper, tyvek, and the like. The aseptic package has white color transfer when opened, is suitable for epoxy sterilization conditions, has good thermal creep resistance, and has creep rate less than 10 percent after 5 times of sterilization. The adhesive has good aging resistance, and the performance of the adhesive does not change after aging for more than 5 years. The peeling strength of various base materials is high, and the peeling strength is 4-8N/15mm under the condition of meeting the requirement of easy peeling. The permeability is good, the permeability value is increased on the substrate by only 10-50s GurleySeconds, and the ethylene oxide sterilization gas can completely pass through. The invention has obvious cost advantage, excellent comprehensive performance in all aspects, strong industrialization capability, stable and controllable quality and stronger application prospect.
