本发明涉及一种肥料,具体涉及一种有机发酵的果树肥料及其制备方法。
背景技术
果树是重要的经济作物,肥料在提高果树的产量及品质方面起着重要的作用,直接影响果农的收益。目前,果树施用的肥料为有机肥、化肥和叶面肥。果树肥料的正确使用,是生产无公害果品的关键环节之一。农业部颁布实施的国家农业行业标准,对生产绿色食品(果品)的肥料使用准则也做了明确的规定,要求施肥原则要以有机肥为主,化肥为辅,保持或增加土壤肥力及土壤微生物活性。因此,有机肥及叶面肥的施用非常关键,对果树的产量及品质影响较大。目前,果树施肥时间一般分为基肥和追肥两大类。一、基肥:以有机肥为主,其能在较长时间内供给果树多种必需养分的基本肥料,必须施足,其施用量相当于全年果树施肥量的2/3。基肥的施用时期,通常自采果后至次年萌芽前均可施用,但以秋季早施为主。二、追肥:开春后,果树追肥应以速效肥为主。通常果树追肥有两个时期:(1)花前追肥;(2)果树萌芽。但实际应用时,保水、保肥效果以及果树的抗逆性并不理想。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种有机发酵的果树肥料及其制备方法,发酵而成的有机肥中不仅含有大量有益菌、有机质和多种微量元素,施用后增加土壤有益菌、固氮、解磷、活化土壤,提高土壤的保水性、肥料利用率及肥料持效性,能达到控释肥的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种有机发酵的果树肥料,包括基肥和叶面肥,所述基肥包括如下组分:有机肥2800-3200g、尿素250-300g、磷酸一铵150-200g、氯化钾150-200g;
所述叶面肥按重量百分比包括如下组分:尿素10-15%、磷酸二氢钾3-5%、农用壳寡糖0.3-0.5%、6-BA0.1-0.2%、多效唑0.1-0.2%、三唑酮1-2%、聚乙二醇3-5%、四硼酸钠0.1-0.2%、硫酸铜0.01%、硫酸亚铁0.03%、硫酸锌0.03%、硫酸锰0.01%、氯化镁0.02%,其余为水。
其中,所述有机肥的原料按重量份数包括如下组分:干鸡粪20-30份、玉米秆20-30份、稻壳5-10份、果树叶5-10份、豆饼20-30份、金针菇菌渣10-15份、复合菌剂1份。
其中,所述复合菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、圆褐固氮菌、黑曲霉菌和产朊假丝酵母中的一种或多种混合。

将枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、圆褐固氮菌、黑曲霉菌和产朊假丝酵母混合配制成复合菌剂,按重量份数比将干鸡粪、玉米秆、稻壳、果树叶、豆饼和金针菇菌渣进行粉碎后,与复合菌剂进行混合、发酵,烘干后并碾压粉碎,得到有机肥;
S2、基肥的配制:
将S1获得的有机肥2800-3200g、尿素250-300g、磷酸一铵150-200g、氯化钾150-200g混合均匀,得到基肥;
S3、叶面肥的配制:

S2、基肥的配制:
将S1获得的有机肥2800-3200g、尿素250-300g、磷酸一铵150-200g、氯化钾150-200g混合均匀,得到基肥;
S3、叶面肥的配制:
按重量百分比将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、农用壳寡糖、6-BA、多效唑、三唑酮、聚乙二醇、四硼酸钠、硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、氯化镁加入水中,混合均匀配制成叶面肥;其中,各组分的重量百分比如下:
尿素 10-15%;
磷酸二氢钾 3-5%;
农用壳寡糖 0.3-0.5%;
6-BA 0.1-0.2%;
多效唑 0.1-0.2%;
三唑酮 1-2%;
聚乙二醇 3-5%;
四硼酸钠 0.1-0.2%;
硫酸铜 0.01%;
硫酸亚铁 0.03%;
硫酸锌 0.03%;
硫酸锰 0.01%;
氯化镁 0.02%;
水 定量至100g。
其中,所述枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、圆褐固氮菌、黑曲霉菌和产朊假丝酵母的活菌数比为5-10:2-5:2-5:2-5:1-3。
其中,所述有机肥中,干鸡粪20-30份;玉米秆20-30份;稻壳5-10份;果树叶5-10份;豆饼20-30份;金针菇菌渣10-15份;复合菌剂1份。

Claims (7)
1.一种有机发酵的果树肥料,其特征在于,包括基肥和叶面肥,所述基肥包括如下组分:有机肥2800-3200g、尿素250-300g、磷酸一铵150-200g、氯化钾150-200g;
所述叶面肥按重量百分比包括如下组分:尿素10-15%、磷酸二氢钾3-5%、农用壳寡糖0.3-0.5%、6-BA0.1-0.2%、多效唑0.1-0.2%、三唑酮1-2%、聚乙二醇3-5%、四硼酸钠0.1-0.2%、硫酸铜0.01%、硫酸亚铁0.03%、硫酸锌0.03%、硫酸锰0.01%、氯化镁0.02%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机发酵的果树肥料,其特征在于,所述有机肥的原料按重量份数包括如下组分:干鸡粪20-30份、玉米秆20-30份、稻壳5-10份、果树叶5-10份、豆饼20-30份、金针菇菌渣10-15份、复合菌剂1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种有机发酵的果树肥料,其特征在于,所述复合菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、圆褐固氮菌、黑曲霉菌和产朊假丝酵母中的一种或多种混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种有机发酵的果树肥料,其特征在于,所述枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、圆褐固氮菌、黑曲霉菌和产朊假丝酵母的活菌数比为5-10:2-5:2-5:2-5:1-3。
5.一种有机发酵的果树肥料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备有机肥:
将枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、圆褐固氮菌、黑曲霉菌和产朊假丝酵母混合配制成复合菌剂,按重量份数比将干鸡粪、玉米秆、稻壳、果树叶、豆饼和金针菇菌渣进行粉碎后,与复合菌剂进行混合、发酵,烘干后并碾压粉碎,得到有机肥;
S2、基肥的配制:
将S1获得的有机肥2800-3200g、尿素250-300g、磷酸一铵150-200g、氯化钾150-200g混合均匀,得到基肥;
S3、叶面肥的配制:
按重量百分比将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、农用壳寡糖、6-BA、多效唑、三唑酮、聚乙二醇、四硼酸钠、硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、氯化镁加入水中,混合均匀配制成叶面肥;其中,各组分的重量百分比如下:
尿素 10-15%;
磷酸二氢钾 3-5%;
农用壳寡糖 0.3-0.5%;
6-BA 0.1-0.2%;
多效唑 0.1-0.2%;
三唑酮 1-2%;

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种有机发酵的果树肥料,其特征在于,所述枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、圆褐固氮菌、黑曲霉菌和产朊假丝酵母的活菌数比为5-10:2-5:2-5:2-5:1-3。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种有机发酵的果树肥料,其特征在于,所述有机肥干鸡粪20-30份、玉米秆20-30份、稻壳5-10份、果树叶5-10份、豆饼20-30份、金针菇菌渣10-15份、复合菌剂1份。
