Abstract
The invention discloses a method for producing foliar fertilizer containing organic matters by using corn soaking solution, which comprises the steps of adjusting the concentration of the corn soaking solution, and adjusting the concentration of the corn soaking solution to 20-40% by adding deionized water and distilled water or an evaporator; dropwise adding 20% concentration liquid caustic soda into the corn soaking solution, and adjusting the pH to 7.0-9.5; controlling the temperature of the corn soaking liquid to 10-40 ℃; standing the corn soaking solution for 20-50 minutes; centrifuging the corn soaking solution by using a horizontal decanter centrifuge to obtain protein and centrifugate; drying the protein to obtain corn soaking liquid composite protein powder; adjusting the pH of the centrifugate to 4.0-5.5 by using hydrochloric acid; adding a metal compound into the centrifugate after the pH value is adjusted, and uniformly mixing; and filling the centrifugate to obtain the foliar fertilizer containing the organic matters. The method can comprehensively utilize all the corn soaking liquid, has simple process and short operation flow, does not generate wastewater, can really solve the problem of difficult wastewater treatment of enterprises, and brings great benefits to the enterprises.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of foliar fertilizers, in particular to a method for producing an organic foliar fertilizer by using corn soaking liquid.
Background
The corn starch produced by the wet method contains components such as protein, amino acid, ash and lactic acid, the corn soaking liquid is difficult to treat, and the corn starch is discharged as waste water or simply concentrated for sale by general enterprises without using the value of the corn soaking liquid. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the metal compound in S8 includes, but is not limited to: diborane, borax, sodium spraying acid and boric acid; zinc chloride, zinc sulfate; oxides, hydroxides, manganese salts of manganese; ferric oxide, ferroferric oxide, ferric hydroxide, ferrous hydroxide, ferric chloride and ferrous chloride; cuprous chloride, cupric sulfate hydrate, cupric sulfate pentahydrate; molybdenum trioxide, molybdenum trichloride, molybdenum pentachloride and molybdenum trisulfide.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, by utilizing the characteristics of the corn soaking solution, through researching the isoelectric point of the corn soaking solution, under the proper isoelectric point, the protein in the corn soaking solution is precipitated, the protein in the corn soaking solution is extracted by using a centrifugal method, the components of the supernatant are researched, and the centrifuged supernatant meets the requirement of organic foliar fertilizer by adding several kinds of auxiliary agents, and is directly used for producing the organic foliar fertilizer, so that the corn soaking solution is completely utilized, no wastewater is generated, and the defects in the prior art are overcome;
the method can comprehensively utilize all the corn soaking liquid, has simple process and short operation flow, does not generate wastewater, can really solve the problem of difficult wastewater treatment of enterprises, and brings great benefits to the enterprises.
